We had such a good experience with this company. They arrived on time and gave us advanced notice when they would be on their way. The price was fair and they did a beautiful job. There were even some areas that we had some light bleaching from trying to clean the couch with store bought products and it left light marks on the material. These people are the greatest! My home was flooded and I was told by the restoration company that all of my furniture was unsalvageable because it was "black" water. I called Mark It Clean and Mannie came out and looked at my furniture. Only the skirts had touched the water and Mannie was confident that he could clean them. I believed him. He lifted up the sofa, looked underneath and saw no mold. He sniffed the fabric of the skirt and there was no odor, he looked on the back side of the skirt and saw a water mark so he knew how high the water had gotten. The base of the sofa had not been touched with water. He also explained things to me about the process of restoration. I felt good about what he said and am so happy that I called! Mark It Clean did a fabulous job. I had a party and someone spilled an entire glass of red wine on an expensive area rug in my living room. Applied several "cleaners" but nothing touched the stain. The next morning I called and Mark It Clean was here to up the rug. Quoted me a very reasonable price...now to see whether the stain came out. They called to arrange a time to bring my rug back and they did a beautiful...cannot tell where the stain was on either the front or back. They were on time and very polite. I called this company for a quote and they wouldn't give over the phone and explained that the tech would have to look and quote. Made the appointment and they showed up early. The one that appeared to be the one incharge got out his laser measure tool and went wall to wall. I wanted three rooms cleaned and a hallway. The guy in charge came up with a quote of $835.00 or option two @ $513.00....I felt they were taking advantage of a senior citizen and ran them off. Several minutes later got a phone call from the office and she said they had to clean 1000 feet. I told her I've never paid more than $200.00 for the WHOLE house. Not my 1st rodeo. She then wanted to know how much I wanted to pay. Told her not interested. Several minutes later another truck showed up now there are three guys. One on the elder men, came in and we talked. He offered to do the job for $300.00, I said no way. We settled on $250.00 because I was cleaning for fathers day group and running out of time. We agreed they would prespray, scrub with machine and suck out the water & debri. I noticed they were using a lot of water, etc. When they finally left I paid them with a check and tipped them $30.00 cash. Then I find out the next day, and the day after and the day after (3 day) that the carpet was still soaked. Applied fans, turned on heat, opened doors, and the carpet is still damp today, (day 4 )...Think they soaked it on purpose because I didn't go for their BAIT & SWITCH. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS AS THEIR OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE....They also sent me a receipt for $100.00 for a job done in Long Beach. How messed up can you be. Next time I'll use STANLEY STEAMER, at least they dry over night. NOT HAPPY, BE CAREFUL read more

These guys are amazing!!! Lucas Sharp and his assistant got my 10-year old off-white sofa back to looking nearly new (I have two kids under 10 and two dogs, so this wasn't an easy task!). Ditto for my two wool rugs and four other chairs/sofas. I loved that they took their time (but weren't slow), explained everything, and were super polite. The gentleman on the phone told me they would be out between 1 and 3 PM and they called me 10 minutes to 1 PM and was literally on my door step a few minutes later! Lucas came in and took a look at my couch that I wanted clean and provided me an estimate on the spot that was far cheaper than what I expected.
