Recently over the holidays had Granite counter tops installed in my kitchen. I looked at several different companies before choosing Marjan stone as my installer. I brought in my dimensions and was very surprised to find out how many different colors and types of stone and quartz and different types of materials they had. They had a large selection. Once I finally decided on a granite color I had to choose an edge, which they had lots of!! The quote was quick and reasonable. Within a week they had someone out to measure the area. He showed up on time, was friendly. The installers showed up a couple hours late, when I called in the person I talked to said that I must have had the time wrong that they were supposed to show up a couple hours later, no big deal I had the day off anyway. They showed up at the end of the 2nd window I was given. The isntallers themselves were very friendly and polite. They got right to work and had my 44 sq ft of granite installed within 4 hours. They left everything as clean as when they came and I couldn't have asked for any better of a job. The granite really looks nice and was a great choice for the kitchen! I would use and recommend Marjan stone again, I do give them credit for being so timely around the holidays and during the process of their move to Spring Valley. The only thing I wasn't happy about was being told I must have heard the time wrong. read more

Marjan Stone measured, manufactured and installed 2 counter tops and an island top in my kitchen using Camberia manufactured quartz in April 2012. Charlie did initial estimate based on my drawing and then came to do an onside estimate. A few days before installation, Hikmet, the owner of the company came to do a detailed measurement for template. The day before installation, a team came to do demolition and next day, another team came to installed the premanufactured counter tops and the island top. They stuck on the price estimate given at beginning and didn't make any changes even with some small extra work. The process was very smooth. Their price was excellent. It was over $1000 less then some other professional installers. The people installed the counter tops were very professional, neat and clean. The quality of their work is very good, especially when I compared their work with some other counter tops that I have seen. My wife was particularly happy because they came to install the new ones one day after they did the demolition of the previous tile tops. As a result, we were without Kitchen for less than two days instead of 7 to 10 days that others requested. It should also point out that they did so without any compromise in the work quality. I would highly recommend them for any counter top installation. read more

I hired this company for a countertop and backsplash project and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was poor, with key details not clearly documented or confirmed prior to fabrication. Despite discussions during templating, a revised slab layout was never provided for approval before fabrication, which resulted in design and fit issues that could have been avoided. Installation took longer than represented and required significant on-site modifications. Most concerning, the backsplash was fabricated incorrectly around multiple electrical outlets, leaving openings that do not properly accommodate standard outlets or cover plates. The outlets cannot sit flush, and the installation was left in a condition that is neither clean nor professionally finished. When I raised these issues prior to final payment, I was met with threats of a lien rather than a good-faith effort to resolve the defects. I ultimately chose to pay simply to move on, but I do not consider the workmanship acceptable or the project properly completed. I would strongly caution future customers to insist on clear written approvals, detailed documentation, and to carefully inspect all fabrication and installation details before final payment. read more

We are very happy & pleased with our kitchen countertops that was recently done. It was well done! Their workmanship is meticulous, clean with excellent quality. The workers were good, approachable, respectful & easy to work with. It was a pleasure, comfortable & great working with Amanda Wallace, the sales manager! Our negotiations with her was smoothly done. She had a lot of patience negotiating with us... offered us the best deal she can give. Initially the cost was a bit pricey compared to the previous estimates we had... but after all the discounts given, the cost is reasonable & definitely worth it! We're very satisfied & happy with our kitchen countertops! We always get positive remarks from people who see it. Yes, we will highly recommend MarjanStone to our family, friends, neighbors & others who like a really good quality workmanship. Philip & Naty read more

Marjan Stone helped us with our kitchen remodel this last summer and they did an amazing job of helping us through the process and the end result was better than we could have ever expected. John, Charlie and Hikmet all took time to make sure that we were happy with the selection that we made and their installers were quick and paid extra attention to the detail, down to making recommendations on the layout of our faucet, soap dispenser, etc. We could not be happier with how things turned out and we are planning on using them again for both of our bathrooms this year. Selecting finishes for a remodel is never an easy task but Marjan Stone made the process 10 times easier for my wife and I. read more

We used Marjan Stone for our new countertops in both of our bathrooms--projects that were on the back burner for years and, thankfully, were just recently finished. Marjan did a beautiful job! John helped us select two different countertops for our two bathrooms and outlined a time frame in which the jobs would be completed. Both jobs were completed on schedule, and the installers were extremely efficient, professional, and polite. We are still in awe of how beautiful our bathrooms turned out, and one of the most important decisions was selecting the perfect countertop. Thank you, Marjan! read more

I shopped numerous stone and countertop companies in San Diego County. Most bids were $1,500 for a small bathroom vanity. Ouch. Marjan had several remnant pieces at a more reasonable price. Robert and staff were very professional and pleasant. We had some issues with remnant flaws and Robert was very accommodating. The vanity top looks amazing! Beautiful craftsmanship on fabrication and excellent installation. read more

We recently had new quartz bathroom counters installed by Marjan. They are beautiful except for one corner that the installers damaged in transit. Rob and Will from Marjan came out and repaired the damage flawlessly. They also removed remaining installation residue and shined everything beautifully. Now we are extremely happy with our finished product. They did a great job! read more

We recently had Marjan Stone fabricate a granite counter and buffet top for our kitchen remodel. Edwin came out and did all of the measurements. After the fabrication was completed, Sham, Fadie and another gentleman came to our home to install the counters. The work Matjan and their employees did was AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better product or installation. read more

Marjan stone was very professional throughout the whole process. I selected something out of their granite slab yard for my kitchen and a quartz remnant for my bathroom. They made sure I was only without a kitchen and bathroom for one day - which made me me very happy. Four stars due to the small small caulking issue but they fixed it the day after! Thank you. read more

These were the fabricators used for the tub surround for our bathroom remodel. After multiple installation problems (6 I believe, between the tub and the matching piece for the sink) and after leaving a HUGE mess in our house, we are still left with an inferior result. We will now have to get another fabricator to come in and replace the tub surround. BEWARE! read more

Their work was better than expected with and the thickness of the counter allows for greater sturdiness. We were frustrated with the delays to come measure and then additional delays for before installation. The previous 2 instances I had counters installed they were completed onsite and within 2 working days. Marjan took over 3 weeks to complete the job. read more

Not only are the counters absolutely beautiful and exactly what my wife wanted, but the installers (Rwank and Mike) were a pleasure to do business with!
