She absolutely nailed the natural look I wanted, and I am obsessed with my results. No indications on socials or otherwise that they are appointment only. I reached out via message on instagram, no answer. I stopped by thinking maybe there was a phone issue. The hairdresser I was told to speak with laughed and said, "Yeah, we don't even use that phone. And we don't take new clients." She looked at me like I shouldn't be standing in her business that is advertised as open on google. Her tone was very rude. Why don't you update your social media the same way everyone does who is by appointment only and remove your phone number "that you don't use" from google. Perhaps you could avoid treating people with disrespect. Don't waste your time, these hairdressers don't want your business. Save yourself a trip.

A couple of the cuts I saw while there looked pretty goood so I may be back to get a cut. The parking lot is a little small but did not struggle to find a spot. Brought my sister and daughter here to get their nails done by Henry who was very friendly and made the ladies feel very welcome! There is plenty of seating in the waiting area but from what I observed; most everyone that came in was greeted right away and brought to one of the stations and seated. He had a lot of nail designs to choose from and what was very unique about his style was that he incorporated airbrushing in to his nail art which was done as an overlay after the polish was completed. He used a gel based polish and dried under violet lights roughly 30 seconds then followed up with clear.

After she cut my hair she told me to call her if I had any problems with the new cut or issues with styling. After a few days I wasn't able to duplicate what she had done so I called her. She said I could stop by in a couple days but that she was busy at that time and she would call me back; she never did. I called a couple days later and left a message saying that I needed help styling, she never returned my call. Last week I called and told her I needed a trim, she answered her cell said she was busy and would call me back; again, she never did. I decided to give her one last chance so I called, she answered and I made an appointment for a haircut this week. I was on time for my haircut and she wasn't there. When I walked into the salon her co-worker was talking to a couple of people but told me 'I'm calling her right now' (my stylist); the co-worker wasn't calling she was talking. The co-worker said that my stylist was with her daughter. I started to leave and this same woman said to me 'I'm calling her right now'; she didn't have a phone in her hand. If my stylist had just contacted me I would have been more then willing to reschedule my hair appointment. This is one of the strangest experiences I have ever had. The stylist did a great job but I won't go back to her again. She was very unprofessional and she has lost my business.
