So it made it easy to close out once she texted me the invoice at the end.

Letizia and her entire cleaning crew were phenomenal from start to finish. They were on time, incredibly detailed oriented, and took the time to ask great questions about our specific needs and wants. We especially appreciated how flexible they were regarding what we did and didn't want to pay to get done. They performed the deep cleaning we needed, and the results were stunning. Our house now has a beautiful, fresh look and feel just in time for the holiday season. The team was friendly, kind, and made the entire process completely stress-free. In fact, the shine they left on our home was definitely worth its weight in gold, much like a certain team's legacy (Go Niners!) We are super happy with the outcome and are definitely looking forward to having them come again soon to help keep our house maintained. There were some tough stains on the stove and one in the shower (darn shower rack rust!) that didn't quite come off, but I feel they did their very best at trying to remove them. I told them that I had always paid about $15 per man hour and that my house usually took about three to four hours every other week and as a senior, it would be very difficult for me to pay $25 an hour for housecleaning. They said that they would do it for $50 a week. I thought that we had negotiated three man hours of cleaning for $50 but in retrospect, I think that they meant that they would just spend less time cleaning. As a result neither one of us felt good about the job. They finally quit by sending me a text message. I suggest that they make their intentions clear in the beginning so that they can continue to grow their business.
