I needed a last minute move-out cleaning. After living in the same rental for 9 years, the wear-and-tear and deferred maintenance were substantial. My goal was to get my deposit back, but mostly to assure that I left the place looking as cared-for as I could. Leticia's was known to be pricey. I went into this knowing that it would be expensive. But on an hourly basis, the labor was worth the peace of mind and especially the knowledge I wouldn't need to do this myself. I really panicked as some other reviews have shared similarly, when the job was nearly done and the upsell offer came. I decided not to spend any more, because I knew certain things would be replaced anyway- so I declined that. That was anxiety-provoking, but when I saw the finished product, the place was absolutely sparkling. I am also a proud big tipper and left a tip with them halfway through. I got the whole deposit back, and felt good turning over the keys. I will absolutely use this service again. I'll pay for this level of quality again. Thanks so much! read more

If I could give negative for today I would-I'm so disappointed. We hired Leticias a while back and they started out pretty good of course. I received multiple texts to give a positive review and once I did their service tanked. One time they didn't even clean the floors. They did come back to do them the following day which was appreciated. We have tried to give them a second chance and hired them for a deep cleaning before a party we're having this weekend and paid 480 for nothing! The attached photos are the result of hiring Leticia's First Class Cleaning. As you can see the stainless steel range and hood have been damaged with abrasive products used while cleaning. Although, if you look at their website, they claim to not use any abrasive products on stainless steel, to take photos before and after cleaning, to report any damage immediately and also that they are fully insured for any damages caused by them. None of those claims have been proven to be true! Their insurance denied paying for the damages based on their policy stating their work was incorrectly performed. BEWARE! read more

Letecia and her team did an amazing job on a deep clean of my house. They fit me on on short notice and they were very thorough. All of my cabinet doors, my oven, baseboards and even all of the ceiling fans are immaculate. They worked very hard and Letecia communicated progress with me throughout the time they were working. When i called in the office manager quoted me around $200 for a cleaning. I even clarified the price before confirming appointment. The cleaning itself was great but the bill came and it was more than double. When i called to question it he stated that they had 3 people perform the work so it would be 200 per person. This was never mentioned prior to cleaning in any way. When i called to complain he admitted that his quote was very deceitful and misleading and that they had this same complaint many times. he adjusted the price slightly was the total was still $435. I cannot recommend a company who admits to deciet but charges the customer anyway. read more

Unfortunately, I am not able to give this business a good review. I had asked Leticia for a quote on a move out clean and decided on a package that would have cost $380 for two workers for a total of 10 hours (5 per person). The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, and we have had many cleans in the past that took ~5 hours and have never cost more than $500 total. When the cleaners arrived, they couldn't communicate with me, so we had to use a translation app, and when I called Leticia she told me she was sending a 3rd cleaner. I didn't want to refuse additional help, and figured the time would go by faster with another cleaner. Instead, the entire job took them 7 1/2 hours and Leticia charged me double ($760) the amount of the original package I chose. She also added on a $35 travel fee which was never disclosed in our communications. The house is in SLO, and I cannot imagine there is a logical reason for a $35 dollar travel charge. Regardless, I asked Leticia to be reasonable and decrease the charges since she never specifically asked me for a 3rd cleaner and did not give me the new price up front. She was not willing to lower the charge, and said she could only take the travel fee off (that should not have been added in the first place). I was referred to Leticia's cleaning service by a good family friend, but unfortunately, I will never use her service again, or be able to recommend her service to anyone else in SLO county. read more
