In fact, the landlord ended up refunding our entire security deposit, which is almost unheard of. I recommend Justin for any house cleaning job you have - he was great. I'm a little bit germaphobe and do not want cross contamination from other houses. We have scheduled another cleaning for next month.

I arranged to have them deep clean two empty rooms. Initially, I was given a ridiculous quote so I…read morerequested them to review and change their quote and they did -surprisingly $250 less than the original quote. It was for two rooms one was carpeted and I had asked if they could just do a quick steam clean so taking off the steam clean the job would be $300 for a bathroom and a bedroom. They gave me an arrival window of about an hour. They arrived two hours after the end of that window. There was also a mixup of the address which was not the reason why they were late. The cleaner stayed for one hour and 15 minutes and left before the job was completed so we waited for three hours to have them come and leave within an hour. I spoke with a gentleman that manages the services. I explained to him my dissatisfaction. I was trying to be gracious. They asked if they could try again I said yes. They gave me a window of 1/2 hour for the next day. When they did not arrive within that window, we waited another 30 minutes. At that time I received a text message saying they would be there within 60 minutes. I asked them to please cancel the job and return my deposit. I received a call from the business telling me that they could not return my deposit so I spent $90 for one hour of cleaning and they didn't leave the rooms clean. I'm out $90 and two dirty rooms.

I do not recommend this business…read more They arrived late for the initial walk-through despite assuring me they would be on time. The explanation given was that they were delayed on the Cuesta Grade. We scheduled the first cleaning for 2:00PM. At 7:30AM that morning, they contacted me to ask if they could come at 8:30AM instead due to a cancellation. While I understand that schedules can change, I was not able to rearrange my day on such short notice and asked to keep our agreed-upon time. They said that would not work for them, and canceled cleaning at all. Honesty and reliability are essential qualities in a service provider, and they don't seem to have either.
