Excellent speedy service! I was in the middle of moving and realized my large area rugs desperately needed to be professionally cleaned. I reached out to Juan and he came while the movers were still unloading at my new home to whisk them away for cleaning. He returned 3 business days later with 17 year old rugs that looked brand new! Pickup and delivery were included for a very reasonable price. I'll add photos once the packing boxes are emptied and you can actually see the floor! read more

Explained his timing, gave a quote and suggested what I could do in the meantime. The next day he showed up right on time and was so friendly and efficient. He got the job done very quickly and got all of my stains out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Juan was great. Quick correspondence for an estimate, scheduled within 5 days as I waited for other estimates Arrived and got started a little early. I had a three cushion tufted couch from pier one that had cat urine odor in quite a few places and Juan was able to clean the couch within an hour and a half. Great price and was within the quoted estimate. I'm especially happy I no longer have to smell cat pee wafting around and I can use my couch again. read more

Steam Action - Couch immediately after cleaning. Just a little more air drying needed before being put back to use. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

We needed our floors and carpets cleaned in our condo between tenants. Our regular company wasn't able to schedule us during the time we had available. We checked yelp and got a few quotes. Juan offered to come and meet me while I was in town and he was able to offer the price that our other company had quoted. The price did change because he found some wax buildup that we agreed should be stripped but it was still reasonable. He came out when he said he would and did a great job. We were very pleased with his work. read more

Found them through Yelp to help with move-out cleaning and they responded in a fast time manner. I was able to receive an estimate online then later an in-person estimate. The workers are super nice and did a great job with our rental house. The price was very fair and was one of the lower prices in the area. read more

Great communication, fast and quality service, scheduling was easy and very fair rate! Thank you!

Steam Action replied quickly to my request for an estimate via Yelp. Juan made scheduling easy, with quick availability, and quoted a very fair price. They showed up on time and protected my wood floors as well as the baseboard corners. I had some heavy wear/staining and they took extra care to make sure those spots were clean when they left. My carpets look fantastic now- I'm definitely saving their info for next time! read more

We moved into a rental and the carpets were in bad shape and had not been professionally cleaned in years. The results are amazing and crew was awesome. Highly recommend. read more

Communication was excellent in setting up the date and time. Juan arrived at precisely the time agreed upon. We needed the carpets in the Family Room and Living room steam cleaned. It was the first time they had this type of deep cleaning. They look brand new again. His estimate for the work was well worth the price. He finished in just under two hours. The carpets were probably dry enough to put furniture back, but we chose to wait overnight to do the next day. read more

I needed to have a carpet cleaning service come to clean my rentals carpet as I do yearly. I read some of the reviews about Juan and I KNOW this gentleman has integrity and will get the job done ! I had previously had a bad experience with another company last year that literally stated they vacuumed ALL carpeting and thoroughly cleaned it and he was done in 35 minutes! Which is not possible! Juan was willing to come on a Sunday when most wouldn't. He was there for a good bit of time and I could tell he thoroughly cleaned all the carpeting. I was impressed. We had an issue in one room with a stain that was "wicking" ( basically kept coming back even after cleaning) Juan was able to come again and my request and able to change padding under the stain, re-steam/clean and dry it thoroughly until at last it was gone. His work ethic is impeccable!!! I will now use him on my OWN HOME and for ALL future carpet cleanings for my rental. His estimate was fair and reasonable. If you want a HONEST hard working gentleman that does superior work you should consider him for any carpet cleanings!!! read more

We highly recommend Steam action carpet cleaning! We booked ahead and then realized we needed a morning appointment to allow the carpeting to dry the same day as we had to get the furniture in that evening! They rearranged their schedule for us and were so thorough with the cleaning, they moved the items we had placed against one bedroom wall to allow the rest of the room to be cleaned, so that they were able to clean that side of the room as well! They were courteous and professional, I would use them again! read more

Great communication, service, and results. We recommend this business and will use them again!

We spot cleaned a mess on the carpets and realized how dirty they were, so went looking for a carpet cleaner. I wasn't here for the cleaning but saw the results when I got home, he did a great job. One of my big concerns is that the carpets aren't too wet for long time after, most of the carpets were dry by the time I got home. My wife who was here said Juan was very nice and did a great job, he even went over the hallway twice! We feel we received great value and would recommend Steam Action to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. read more

Excellent Service!!! We have used Steam Action Carpet Cleaning in the past and we have been satisfied. The first time was for our office carpet about a year ago, Juan did such a great job, so we called him back to clean our carpet at home for our living room.
