Karpet Klean did a fantastic job and made quick work of it! With guest coming and a sick dog, I needed carpets cleaned fast! Gabe was able to get me in the next day. It took them a few hours to vacuum and clean 5 bedrooms, 2 staircases, and an 8x10 rug. Highly recommend! read more

We purchased a condo a year ago and it was in need of some TLC. We were able to replace carpet in most of the rooms as well as floors in some of the bathrooms, but the tile in the entry, dining room, kitchen and hallways throughout the ground floor could only be given a quick scrubbing before my daughter and her roommates moved in for the school year. So a year later, the number one request was to clean the floors, which to be honest, look like they haven't had a thorough cleaning since the condo was built in the 80s. I put in a request on Yelp! and Glen was one of the first people to respond. We set up for him to come out, inspect and give a quote. He provided a reasonable quote and we scheduled a time. But then life happened and I had to postpone the work. Glen was totally understanding. He gave us our time and even reached out again about the time that I said we would be able to revisit the job. We scheduled the work and he showed up right on time and went to work. In addition to the floors we asked him to clean the carpets. Even though most were installed just last year, there was some signs of heavy wear and stains on a few of the surfaces. Overall, Glen did a great job. The carpets were cleaned and the stains removed. The floors which had been dirty and sticky in some places and the grout practically black were brought back a long way. We have some of the same tile lining the fireplace on the wall and after Glen was finished, the floor resembles the tile on the wall. Best of all, you can now walk on the floors barefoot without sticking to the ground. One last point, in one area of the floor, it looked like some black marks had been left on the ground. After consultation with Glen and some back and forth sharing pictures, we determined that the the black marks were actually under the years of build up and grime and had revealed themselves after all of that had been stripped off. Glen even offered to come out and try to see if he can further clean those marks, definitely above and beyond. If you need someone who knows their stuff and as a bonus, is reasonably priced and friendly, look no further than Karpet Klean and Glen. read more

Glen was very professional, works very quickly, and did a super job. Squeezed in our cleaning request. He explained the specifics of his cleaning products (non-toxic, dries quickly) and that was greatly appreciated. The cost of the cleaning service was very reasonable. We will gladly recommend his company to all our friends. read more

I was able to get an appointment to get my carpets cleaned within a day of contacting Carpet Klean (never was my expectation, but it definitely was nice!). Glenn gave me a quote prior to arrival, and when he finished, he actually lowered the quote a little, perhaps because I miscommunicated about there being pet stains, which there weren't. I appreciated that honesty. I felt the price was very fair for the amount and quality of work that was done. My carpets look and feel fantastic, the experience was hassle free and professional. The carpets dried quickly as well, which is a huge plus in colder months. I saved the number in my phone for next time, because I anticipate being a repeat customer :) read more

Good reliable company. Workers were polite and efficient . I definitely would recommend Karpet Klean

Had a scheduled appointment with this guy Glen and he canceled the day of the appointment. Already had stuff moved for the carpet clean so I could be ready for him to do the carpets. Trying to get a carpet guy the day of is almost impossible I feel like it very unprofessional to text and cancel the day your appointment is scheduled. Quote was for 150$ for living room and one bedroom with a small hallway in a small condo in San Luis Obispo. I don't recommend this guy. So hopefully no one else will move all there stuff to have the carpets cleaned and then get canceled on like he did me. Response to his response. Yes I over reacted when you canceled on me the morning of, which I said sorry for right after I sent that text know I overreacted. On the quote you never once said 250$ you told me 170$ then a few days later told me 150$ I never said the anything bad about the pricing, I was just letting people know what you charge. Also you expect me to be happy when you cancel on me day of after I have moved my whole house around for no reason cause I couldn't get anyone over here to do the carpets the same day I know for sure you wouldn't be happy if this happened to you. So yes i said some thing when I was mad but you are still unprofessional and the people should know to beware of hiring you to do a job the people have a right to know when you do good and when you screw up. Out of the 3 people who quoted me you where the highest also but I still chose you when I guess I shouldn't have cause then I wouldn't be moving my stuff back in with out the carpets being cleaned. read more

I hired Glen to clean the carpet in my house (2 bed, 2 bath) and he did a fabulous job. Glen is extremely professional and communication on the job was great (price, scheduling, day-of logistics). Payments and invoices were all handled electronically as well which was nice for documentation purposes if you need that. Will definitely hire him again for my carpet cleaning and tile grout cleaning needs in the future. read more
