We called Armando at Sky Blue on Friday and he was able to come out on Saturday (the very next morning). Somehow missed our long to do list and the carpets had to be cleaned and we only had one day! He fit us in and worked on Saturday, thank you! Armando was so professional, prompt and SUPER CLEAN! I have to recommend him to everyone. I have never seen any company put so much and effort in protecting your walls, tile, and even the corners of our home. A big shout out to my Yelper friends, we found him on Yelp last night and now my carpets are perfectly and professionally clean! Thank you, thank you. He seriously takes pride in his work and business. I'd give him extra stars if we had a plus up rating. On top of the professional perfectionism in Armando's service he offered a wonderful price. We paid him extra because we think he deserved more. It is a self owned business, so it's great to know that no one is skimming off the top. I took pictures of the special plastic corner protectors because I've never seen them used before (and I have had plenty of carpets cleaned). He wore little booties on his feet (even before he cleaned the carpet) he was sure not to bring any dirt into our home. I told him thank you and he said "I take care of your home the way I'd like my home to be treated." Love this, the golden rule applied to carpet cleaning. He spent time discussing the stains on our carpet. He asked what they were and what we had used on them to get them out and to make sure there wouldn't be any interactions with the products he used. These folks were absolutely amazing. I sent them a message yesterday (Sunday) about a sofa, a loveseat, three dogs and a muddy winter. They came this morning and went right to work. Armando and his wife did an amazing job on our home! When I inquired about his availability through Yelp, his response time and communication was excellent. After we spoke, he called me back because he happened to get a cancellation and was able to get my house in the schedule quicker than expected. They were exceptionally clean and professional, taking care to not get the wood floors wet, and there was no overspray on the furniture that I couldn't move out of the way. We have a sweet dog, which they were so nice to and not scared of, but our sweet dog has kidney disease...hence he has issues with throwing up and having diarrhea. We always clean the stains quickly ourselves, and they seemed to look okay but mysteriously resurface after about a week. They were able to get dog vomit and diarrhea stains out of the carpets, along with cleaning the traffic patterns. And they used booties whenever they were inside the house. (You can see footsteps in the photos, because I asked them to open the windows before leaving.) Our dog loved Armando's wife so much that he followed her to the van. 3 years ago I hired Armando based on his reviews. I have white carpet, live in the country (not my idea but it came with the house), and was certain we were going to have to replace it. I called two weeks before 24 people were coming for Thanksgiving thinking no way he would be available. He fit us in on the Saturday before company arrived. I was amazed at what my carpet looked liked when he was done. It went from dingy grey to bright white in no time at all. I have had him back for a re-do every year since.
