Brandon did a great job cleaning our carpets. I am grateful for his service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Deep Steam Carpet Cleaners if you are looking to get your carpets cleaned. They gave us a good value for their service. I was impressed with the equipment being used to clean with hot deep penetrating steam and strong extraction equipment lifting the dirt out of our carpet. Glad we scheduled with Deep Steam Carpet Cleaners and will do so again when needed. Thank you! read more

On time. Nice work. Reasonably priced. Did all carpets & areas rugs. All looks great. Next time, I will call this company first & would readily recommend them. read more

We have used Deep Steam every year or so. They do a wonderful job. Kyler and Brandon cleaned our carpets today and "wow", they look beautiful. An excellent company with excellent employees. Don't use any other company. Thanks guys. read more

We've used Deep Steam for my years. They are very professional and my carpets always look refreshed after they've cleaned them.

The men were quick. Too quick. But they didn't really pre treat any stains on the carpet. When I asked about he stains left he just kind of shrugged and said he really scrubbed it but didn't know why it was still there or yellowish read more

We were very satisfied with this company for cleaning our sofa and spot cleaning some carpets. They responded quickly, showed up on time and were priced reasonably. Will use them again! read more

Great service! Most of my interactions were with Meredith on the phone. She was clear with all her communications about scheduling, confirmations, and payments. My boyfriend met with the actual technician and the service was quick, easy, and worth it. Highly recommend! read more

Best upholstery cleaning! I had a couch and two chairs cleaned and they look amazing! Thank you deep steam!

I desperately needed my carpets cleaned & Deep Steam was able to fit me into their schedule the following week! The gentleman (Neil) who shampooed my carpet was early, very professional & fast! He was able to clean two large rooms & a small hallway in just over an hour. I was so impressed! My carpet looks amazing! I will use them every time! read more

If you're looking to deep steam clean a house that is completely empty, they'll be great. Be careful of giving them a job with any sort of complicated thinking. Like subtracting $15 from $130. It will take their technician 3 minutes of failing before he asks you what the answer is. If you have furniture, expect for the lady who schedules to tell you that's not a problem, the techs will move it. The techs will move AROUND it, but will not move a chair, let alone an armchair or a sofa. They charge a $100 minimum service fee which everyone will "forget" to tell you about until you've contracted them for a $40 job and they screw you over on the other $60. The lady on the phone will blame the techs for not telling you, the techs will blame her, and the manager will neglect calling you back for over a week until you leave a pissed off phone message. Then he'll call and tell you that he'll give you the money he ripped you off for as a discount on the next time you hire them to do your house. And they definitely round up when it comes to measuring square footage in a room, but round down when it comes to cleaning that square footage. Horrible company. Small rinky-dink operation with no sense of professionalism. Will never do business with them again, will always talk badly about them, and will encourage anyone that cares about customer service to turn and run. read more

Great carpet cleaner. We had them clean our Paso Robles home. They did spot cleaning, the cleaned our area rugs and the did a deep cleaning of our tile and then sealed the tile and grout to keep it in great looking condition. The crew was professional and trustworthy. We will definitely have them back again. read more

This company is also know as Central Coast Casualty and Restoration Inc. Meredith in the office is very cheerful and scheduled me immediately. Within two hours of calling they came to my home to clean two couches and a wool area rug. (Cat problem). The technician, Antonio, was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The furniture and rug look superb and he also a very mild, pleasant-smelling deodorizer. I am very impressed and will certainly be using this company again. read more

I had a great experience with deep steam. I called them last minute and they were able to help me. They were on time, did an excellent job, and it was done really quickly. The best part was it didn't have that soapy feel afterward that recently cleaned carpet often does. read more

They did a great job! We had a carpeted area that was so badly stained and malodorous that I was sure would need to be replaced after my step son moved out. Almost all the stains were removed and the smell almost disappeared. It was a miracle! I would highly recommend their service and will definitely use them next time! read more

Deep Steam Carpet Cleaners is a reliable local company, and I highly recommend them. They go out of their way to do a fantastic job! I have had them clean our carpets twice and each time they have been friendly, most accommodating in scheduling, and the technicians went out of their way to do a great job. My carpet looks like it is brand new, because they use carpet manufacturer approved methods, and leave no soapy residue. They use the right products, and their truck-mounted equipment does the job right, unlike some of their North County competitors. You can call this company with confidence they will do the job right. read more

First off, ask for Antonio. He is amazing and did a great job with upholstery cleaning on my couch. He's done my carpets before that. Antonio gives a personal touch to the job by giving great advice about keeping your couch and carpet clean in the future. He told me about a solution to help when our dog has an accident on the carpet to get rid of the urine smell between professional cleanings. I really appreciate it. A great company with great employees. read more

If I could give them more stars I would!! I couldn't say enough positive things about this company. We had our carpet and our couch cleaned last week and our carpet and couch looks brand new!! The technicians were VERY polite, VERY professional and extremely helpful with answering any question I threw at them about my carpet care. It was also very easy to call in and set this apt up (not a million question about my carpet) I will definitely be using them again. read more

Very pleased! Antonio and son did an awesome job! Came on time, got right to work and got the job done. I won't be using any other carpet cleaning company in the future! read more

This is one of the best companies around on the Central Coast. They are very knowledgable, friendly, and really go the extra mile. I have to start by saying that my carpets are very old and I did not have much hope for any improvement, I just wanted them clean. After Deep Steam cleaned my carpets they looked incredible and smelled fantastic. I will use them again, and again. A+++ read more

The carpet looked clean. The workers were friendly. BUT the carpet was left wet--to the point that the anti-microbial in the solution was no longer effective, so that MOLD grew. It took months to determine why I was continually tired and my HAIR was FALLING OUT!! The owner of the company has refused to take any responsibility or to help pay for remediation. read more

Very unprofessional...the technician came to the house and I showed him around. He stated there was too many items on the floor upstairs. I said I had to leave to pick up my kids but he could start downstairs and I would move the items when I got back. As soon as I left he just left a note to reschedule with the office. When I called the office to reschedule the technician told them that there was stuff on the downstairs floor too but the only things in the living and dining room were furniture! read more

When A-1 Pro Carpet Cleaning didn't show up for my appointment, I called Deep Steam and they were so kind to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They saved the day and did a fantastic job on both my carpet and upholstery. The technicians were totally professional, thorough, and speedy. They made sure I was satisfied and made that filthy carpet look like new again. Call Deep Steam first and avoid A-1 Pro. That is the difference between professional and definitely not "Pro." read more

I found Deep Steam through Yelp, and the great reviews about them were true. The woman in the office was very nice, helpful and scheduled me quickly. They called me and actually were able to come early. The man who cleaned my rugs was also very nice, and I think he did an excellent job. The carpet dried quick and looks great! read more

Kyler and his team came for carpet cleaning and tile grout cleaning today and did an awesome job. Really nice guys and very professional. They got a couple bad dog pee stains out and even some colored marker stains that were in our carpet, along with the usual dirt buildup. Had our area rug done also, and it all feels so much cleaner. First time having grout professionally cleaned and that was also totally worth it. Highly recommended! read more

My chair was destroyed during cleaning but they did stand by it and repair it. Then after delivering they acted like I had somehow cheated them although the fabric on my chair was left in shreds. Still they stood by their commitment to replace chair. read more

I had my carpets cleaned today by Antonio and he was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgable, and honest which I value. I will use Deep Steam Carpet cleaners for all my carpet cleaning needs. Thank you Antonio! read more

Kyler and Darren came to clean our carpets yesterday for the first time, and what a great job they did!! They were way more professional, in every way, than any of the companies we had used for the last 14 years. They worked hard, finished in a reasonable time and the cost was less than quoted on the phone. They are older carpets that we need to replace but are trying to keep for at least another year. They look great. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of the service we received from this company and their personnel. read more

Since I moved to Atascadero about 2 years ago, this has been my go to for carpet cleaning. They always arrive on time and do a great, thorough job. I've used other carpet cleaners (when I lived in SLO), but I think this company is the best bang for your buck. Would highly recommend! read more
