I was so impressed with the prompt return call from Adam Copher to our first in-person meeting that I didn't even bother to get bids from other contractors. When I had questions about surface bullnose or metal trim, Adam graciously met me at the new tile supplier in Atascadero to show me the difference and explain the pros and cons of each choice. The tile installer, Manny, was a dream come true. He was polite, a perfectionist, and dedicated. At the end of each day, Manny was impeccable at cleaning up after a hard day of work. Adam checked in daily in person which was appreciated. It's no wonder this tile contractor has such awesome reviews. There are 4 tiles with crack all the way across now. 2 more in the last month. I rearanged my schedule for your confirmed appointment time after our phone conversation where you were apologetic. This is a very different approach than a professional business should hold. You should not act one way over the phone but completely different on your messages. You never said anything about feeling uncomfortable. I'm upset but I believe rightfully so after having several issues ignored or not resolved. I'm sorry this is the way you operate your business.
