Letizia and her entire cleaning crew were phenomenal from start to finish. They were on time, incredibly detailed oriented, and took the time to ask great questions about our specific needs and wants. We especially appreciated how flexible they were regarding what we did and didn't want to pay to get done. They performed the deep cleaning we needed, and the results were stunning. Our house now has a beautiful, fresh look and feel just in time for the holiday season. The team was friendly, kind, and made the entire process completely stress-free. In fact, the shine they left on our home was definitely worth its weight in gold, much like a certain team's legacy (Go Niners!) We are super happy with the outcome and are definitely looking forward to having them come again soon to help keep our house maintained. I arranged to have them deep clean two empty rooms. Initially, I was given a ridiculous quote so I…read morerequested them to review and change their quote and they did -surprisingly $250 less than the original quote. It was for two rooms one was carpeted and I had asked if they could just do a quick steam clean so taking off the steam clean the job would be $300 for a bathroom and a bedroom. They gave me an arrival window of about an hour. They arrived two hours after the end of that window. There was also a mixup of the address which was not the reason why they were late. The cleaner stayed for one hour and 15 minutes and left before the job was completed so we waited for three hours to have them come and leave within an hour. I spoke with a gentleman that manages the services. I explained to him my dissatisfaction. I was trying to be gracious. They asked if they could try again I said yes. They gave me a window of 1/2 hour for the next day. When they did not arrive within that window, we waited another 30 minutes. At that time I received a text message saying they would be there within 60 minutes. I asked them to please cancel the job and return my deposit. I received a call from the business telling me that they could not return my deposit so I spent $90 for one hour of cleaning and they didn't leave the rooms clean. I'm out $90 and two dirty rooms.

Window seals, fridge, oven and many nooks and crannies were cleaned. Where I squirmed at the mess, she didn't even bat an eye at the job ahead of her. I don't think I could have done such a detailed job if you gave me two whole days. They even cleaned out the fireplace! There were some tough stains on the stove and one in the shower (darn shower rack rust!) that didn't quite come off, but I feel they did their very best at trying to remove them. The price was fair and I'll be using Team Clean for monthly cleanings at our new home. Thanks, Tina!

Tina and her husband were the nicest people that you would ever want to meet. They told me that…read morethey charged $50 per hour for two people. I told them that I had always paid about $15 per man hour and that my house usually took about three to four hours every other week and as a senior, it would be very difficult for me to pay $25 an hour for housecleaning. They said that they would do it for $50 a week. I thought that we had negotiated three man hours of cleaning for $50 but in retrospect, I think that they meant that they would just spend less time cleaning. As a result neither one of us felt good about the job. They finally quit by sending me a text message. I suggest that they make their intentions clear in the beginning so that they can continue to grow their business.
