I was showing my house and needed everything done...baseboards, shutters, knick knacks cleaned, pictures, wood furniture lemon oiled, floors & cupboards cleaned & shined. When I came home I found her hand cleaning my self-cleaning oven. She told me she doesn't like the way they clean and the racks were sparkling. She usually has help but her help was sick that day. Mariely was given a list of specific items I needed cleaned, she failed to complete everything but advised me that she had completed the list. Some of the cabinets were not wiped down or even dusted. The mirrors in the bathrooms were only partially cleaned. The shower glass was wiped with something that left a film and will not come off, now it looks worse than it was. Her daughter did do a good job on cleaning the windows though. I just spent most of the next day doing what she missed. Mariely came to my house to clean after I moved out. The house was in desperate need of cleaning in areas behind recently moved furniture and the general debris created by packing and moving. Her team quickly got to work and in about 2 hours delivered a spotless home ready to turn over to the new owner. She scrubbed walls, cleaned and shined bathroom fixtures, windows and floors. Never call them for service. I said it is emergency cleaning. They arrived at my house, did not even ring the bell, did not call us, and left our house even before 5 minutes after the appointment.
