We used Michael's today to clean our solar panels and clean inside and outside windows. They were outstanding. Three guys, texted me the day before as a reminder, arrived on time, very polite. They use their own filtered water to clean the solar panels so no residue. They took all the screens out and cleaned those, also the window tracks and patio door tracks. Pricing is based on the number of windows/solar panels and is very reasonable. When you call to make an appointment, they will tell you the approximate fee for your house. We will be using them again for sure. read more

Worst window cleaning service I ever used. They did not even clean out the window tracks. They left dirt & debris in the window tracks even though their web site advertised that they did clean the tracks. Debris was also left on the sills and my new carpets. When I asked them to clean it, they said they did not have a vacuum and left it there. When I called the office about this, I was told that they "specialize in glass & not in tracks". Exactly the opposite of what their web site stated which is "* Cleaning of frames and sills for a complete look" . The crew also did not know how to reattach the screens. Most of the screens were reattached incorrectly. Extremely poor service and money wasted. Stay away from this company. read more

If I could give no stars I would. They came in and cleaned our windows. Took less than 15 minutes for $400. There were streaks and left over solution in large amounts all over the windows. I unfortunately was packing and didn't check the windows before they left. I will never use them again or ever recommend them. read more

This company came highly recommended to me by an employee from a local glass company. Scheduling was easy, young man came out and picked up the screens and sliding screen door. I requested that my rollers/wheels be replaced, he confirmed that he would do so. As promised, he was back a week later to install screens and doors. Thought things were well until the afternoon when my children went out to play and could barely open or close the screen door. Apparently rollers didn't get replaced and they wouldn't slide, hence the reason I asked for replacements. No worries, called immediately and the young man came back and replaced rollers two days later. Perfect! Well I failed to mention I have a childcare and the man was well aware, that afternoon I went out to check backyard before allowing the children to go outside and play and right on the ground were these rollers with large hooks laying in the middle of the play area. Thank God I checked beforehand or else a little would have been missing an eye. I understand things happen, but just didn't feel this company had any regard for my requests, and then didn't even bother to clean up his mess. Just won't be using them anymore. read more

Michael's window cleaning is the best..... the apartment complex I live in does not clean the windows for you.... I live on the top floor so it's not as if I can do it myself so I called Michael's window cleaning and a nice young man named Ryan showed up as scheduled and did an exceptional job cleaning my windows inside and out in addition he also cleaned the screens and the window tracks. He had to use a really large ladder to reach my windows. My parents had an appointment with Michael's Window Cleaning between the hours of 12 and 1 today, they came highly recommended. My parents are both disabled and so I cleaned everything off the garden windows, and everything off of the sills last night to prepare. No one showed up, not even a call to cancel the appointment, or report a delay and no one answers the phone at the business. Just an answering machine, the appointment was set up on a day my sister and I could be here, and one where they did not have one of many doctors appointments. Very disappointed, my mom was so looking forward to clean windows. Updating this review. Michael called last night and apologized that we were not on the schedule. One of their workers did not show up to work and somehow it was an oversight that we were left off the schedule. this morning we were rescheduled, and were apologized to again and again. I will edit this review once they get the job done, and they graciously offered a discount as well. It is obvious that they care about their customers. Everyone makes mistakes. read more

Used them for 25 years. Not sure what happened, they NEVER answer the phone, they don't relay information to their employees. Three times they did a poor job and once the owner contributed to that. They want to hose off your windows now like with the stuff you buy at home depot. The job is so bad I think they are begging to go out of business. read more

Super service, exceptionally hard working. Our exterior windows were coated with hard water. Rich, Justin & Katie really used elbow grease (and steel wool!!) to get it all off. We have LOTS of windows on several levels, they do them all. We schedule them every six months. read more
