I have called on Chris and his team for window services for over a decade for both business and residence services. He never disappoints and always come through with excellent service, follow through and fair pricing. I live in North county where a tripple digit day is not unusual and sometimes exterior window cleaning and streaking can be challenging. If the job isn't 100% a customers satisfaction, Chris is on it. The team corrects it! I might be able to work hard to find cheaper, but in the long run not as good or better. Chris happened to be working in our Paso Robles neighborhood and stopped by after seeing a tarp on our roof. We've had a poorly constructed vent in our master bathroom that had been build to code in 1990 but when it rains a lot the water overflows into the vent and drips to the bathroom floor. We've had this issue for a few years and after last year finally had the chance to get it repaired. We made an appointment with Chris to come back and provide an estimate. In the meantime, got another company to provide a second estimate to compare. The difference between the two were quite surprising but Chris kept in contact with me and I told him I would talk it over with my significant other. The seconds estimate was considerably cheaper, but after numerous calls to set up an appointment, we never got a call back. After phone tag with Chris, we finally agreed on a date and he explained the work that would be done to fix the flashing, tar paper and some broken tiles. The work lasted about half a day and the repair was made. WDW billed me and I asked if I could make two payments over December and January to settle the bill ($1880) and I was told I could. A week later I received a call asking for the entire amount. While I couldn't really make it happen, I did and paid off the roof repair. Been meaning to write this review for a long time! A superb company w great employees that value their work. They came promptly to quote (day of!). Bid was reasonable compared to others we got. Communicated when he was coming, men showed up on time. We have a metal roof that didn't get cleaned the way they wanted to. They stayed longer and washed it again. And Chris, the owner, saw it and said, no, we will come back next week and re-wash it with brushes. That's a man true to his word. Hard to find people that find pride in their work and will make it right. Called after the job was done to make sure we were pleased. The men that work for him are super kind and hard working. This is one of those companies that looks great from afar, but the closer you get you realize he's a scammer. He will send his kids up to your roof and remove tiles, break tiles and claim you have a broken roof and need repair. How do I know? I used to work for this guy. I quit after finding out the nefarious business tactics he does. He preys on elderly. The window washing side of the business is reasonable, but he's a scumbag preying on elderly who will never double check the work done on roofs. I physically watched his sons remove tiles and cut the paper below , then send him a picture to show the owner at their door. I watched many customer call backs after their botched roof repairs would create leaks in their house. He has no insurance on his guys so if anything happens to your property, you're SOL. It's been close to 7 years since I worked for him, I can promise he hasn't changed. I have used this business several times and I'm very satisfied with their service. I have a home that has multiple Paned windows and doors and no one's ever been able to get them shiny clean before. it's quite labor intensive, but We Do Windows did a beautiful job. When I have called them, I've gotten a call back immediately from the owner and he has worked with my scheduling and always shows up on time. The washers are all very polite, clean and efficient. They come in like a small army and when they leave. everything is glistening. I have also used them to get all the tough water spots off my glass shower at one time and they did a very good job I highly recommend this business and have decided to use them at least twice a year. read more

An appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday. The crew showed up early and were ready to work. They worked efficiently, did a great job and were very respectful and polite. Little did I know that this would get me on Angi's List (a company I didn't want) AND the actual number I called was We Do Windows! Totally wrong for my needs. Absolutely blown away by the service! Arrived on time, actually a few minutes early and we got a chance to meet the team, review the work to be done, and Chris and his team were fantastic. True professionals! This was our first time getting our windows (inside and out), screens, gutters, dryer vent, and outside light fixtures cleaned and it now certainly won't be our last. Chris and his capable team gave our home a huge makeover today. They cleaned windows, cleared out gutters, fixed our dryer vent and thankfully, checked the roof. They found many broken and displaced tiles which could lead to significant leaks and damage. They photographed every bit of the before and after for each roof section as they carefully repaired the damage. Can not recommend. We hired Chris' company to clean our mom's house before putting it on the market. The price quoted was over $800 for approx 2,300 sq ft house, which did not include shampooing carpet. Chris assured us his team cleans from ceiling to baseboards, cleans and sanitizes dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc., etc. Thank goodness we returned to the house one last time to remove final few pieces of furniture - as we discovered much (most?) of house had not been cleaned. Master bathroom had not been touched, at least one ceiling light fixture still had dead insects in it, oven was not completely clean, refrigerator had not been cleaned, drawers had not been vacuumed out and wiped, kitchen sink and faucet had not been cleaned. Not certain what exactly WAS done. WHOLLY unsatisfactory service. read more

We do Windows is incredible. We needed a Guard put around our solar panels--pigeons were nesting underneath the panels. We heard the horror stories of vendors charging huge prices and leaving a huge mess from washing the debris off the panels. We are thrilled with Chris's work and the very fair price. He had it done in a day with no mess. Also, our dryer outlet vent comes out to to roof. He cleaned our dryer vent. The dryer never worked better. Need Your Windows Washed? My new find is Chris, the "We Do Windows" guy. He's best window and gutter cleaner guy ever (and please note, we're not related and he hasn't paid me to say this; in fact, he probably doesn't even know about this post). The last guy we used took a day and half and still has our screens he took for repair. So when I spotted Chris's truck at the True Value in Cambria, I called, left a message, and he called back in about 30 minutes. That alone was dramatic. Chris was able to give me an estimate by the end of the day by using Google maps and a view of the interior using, I guess, Zillow or Redfin. I contracted for windows inside and out, power washing the exterior, and roof and gutter cleaning. A week later, Chris arrived promptly at 7am. His crew of 10 or 11, maybe 12 people (I lost count) got to work immediately. It was cool, and terrifying, watching a guy climb a 40 foot ladder (we're on a hillside) to wash a picture window. The inside guys took off their boots and worked in socks. Everyone was masked. They were done in about 3 1/2 hours, and overall, efficient, polite, and on time. I was 100% satisfied, something that doesn't happen often. Chris is a keeper. read more

We needed to have all of our windows cleaned following completion of our new home in Heritage Ranch. They were a mess - dirt and dust from construction, plus stickers and drips of paint, caulk, stucco, you name it. To complicate things, our roof tiles are easily broken, so we worried about damage from workers accessing our second story windows. We checked with several window cleaning vendors, and what sold me on We Do Windows was when the owner, Chris, told me they hired staff with roofing experience so they knew how to walk on a roof without inflicting damage. WOW! Everyone was extremely polite and courteous! They asked if we would like them to wear masks, even though they were all fully vaccinated. When they entered our home to clean, they took off their shoes. They did an excellent job power washing our entire house and cleaning the windows inside and Out. They took photos of 5 cracked roof tiles to show us, and were able to match the roof tiles and get them fixed on the spot. They also video'd the gutters. We were amazed how dirty they were!
