BEWARE! Chris DeCollibus and We Do Windows crew were doing work in the neighborhood. He gave me a card, and said that they did do minor rain gutter repair. He assured me that they would use a special mesh and appropriate sealant to seal three leaking corner seams. It rained the next day, and all three seams were still leaking. When I checked the seams, I found that they had simply placed a bead of inappropriate asphalt mastic onto a scrap of terry cloth rag, and stuck it on top of the existing failed sealant (See attached photograph). The asphalt sealant had turned to mush in the rain. A professional repair would have included removal of the failed sealant, and creation of a new seal with a waterproof polyurethane sealant. In addition, the rain gutter guards were not properly reattached, and one was left hidden inside the gutter. In the process of cleaning my neighbors rain gutters, the crew admitted to having broken three of her roof tiles. It is my opinion that I was the victim of a scam. read more

They arrived early and were a well orchestrated team who worked on the house cleaning the windows, gutters, and dryer vent. I have engaged We Do Windows for three jobs to date and have been satisfied with their performance each time. I always have them wash down the outside of my house, wash all windows inside and out, including removing, washing and replacing screens and wiping sills. Although it IS necessary to go around and check the work, each time I ask that something be redone the workmen are polite and cheerfully redo the work. It would be nice to not have to check everything, but I doubt that anyone else would do any better. They also remove their shoes when they are working inside the house. Their services are not cheap, but I believe the cost is commensurate with the quality I expect. The price I am quoted is always the price I have paid. Chris is a good, professional businessman. He is friendly and cordial and stands behind the work his employees do. I have never had to call him back, but he always tells me to do so if I am in any way unhappy. We Do Windows gave quote over the phone based on square footage. Chris and 4 person crew arrived early and set up quickly. The crew was uniformed and very professional. After talking a bit more to Chris we has the gutters cleaned also. Our approximately 30 windows and gutters full of leaves and dirt took about 2 hours. The windows looked great! The crew cleaned up nicely and then went around with us checking the job, polishing up a few spots. All in all a fair price on windows and gutters. Chris is also a licensed roofing contractor. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! The owners hands are very itchy for money! If they tell you you are in need of a roof job it's because they send their guys up there to break the tiles first and then tell you they were "already broken"... I can prove this! They "fixed" my roof but my husband went up there to check on it out of curiosity and he found a rag and tar under one of the tiles! This is what you call fixing my roof? Secondly...The sales man (who I believe is the owner of this company) does not have any common courtesy coming here at 6 in the morning. I will NEVER hire this company ever again! Beware folks! We hired We Do Windows (Visalia location) to do some work on our home before listing it for sale. We did not expect such a thorough and professional job and were pleasantly surprised at the whole team, and how much care they took in everything they did. In addition to washing our many (some hard to reach) windows, they cleaned and flushed our gutters, removed all cobwebs, cleaned the lint out of our dryer, power washed the house and cement in the yard, checked the smoke alarms and replaced batteries and even did a few roof repairs (they have a roofer on the team). Wow - our house was (and still is) sparkling! Chris (the owner), oversaw every step of each project, and the team worked hard all day long to make sure everything was perfect. I was really happy that they took their shoes off too, before coming inside, as I had personally done quite a bit of interior cleaning already. I cannot highly recommend this company enough - whether you are getting ready to sell, or just need monthly service. From the first phone call I made to We Do Windows, I felt like I was dealing with a professional. All questions were answered without feeling like I was being rushed off the phone. Chris (the owner) showed up for the appointment not only on time, but 5 min. early. He introduced me to his team by name. They were very clean in appearance and respected my space while in the house with me. While they were on the roof, they took several pictures of the BAD gutters, broken roofing tiles, and piping that needed fixing and showed them to me. I knew the gutters were bad and needed to be cleaned, so I approved the additional service charge for that. Unfortunately, I couldn't swing the roof repair at this time. However, Chris said he can work with me when that time comes. This is HUGE for people! My windows are sparkling clean! The screens and tracks are clean as well. Beware!! This company will take advantage of senior citizens and over charge or try and push their way into doing unnecessary work. They charged my parents $285 to clean 202 linear feet of gutter on a one story house with no trees. I know with other companies the average charge is up to $1.00/ft. He had written $185 then you could see that the 1 was changed to a 2 to make it $285 on the invoice. read more

This is a mixed review. Their customer service is excellent but the product is lacking. Chris arrived right on time with a large crew (I think there were at least 6 guys). They got right to work both inside and out and were done in just over an hour (single story, 2400 sf house). However, I noticed right away that one of the guys had stepped on and crushed a plant under a front window. When I pointed it out to Chris, he was extremely apologetic and immediately said he would take $40 off the bill. He really tried to make it right, which I appreciated. If that was the only problem (accidents happen) this would be a 5 star rating. Chris also gave me a voucher for more than half off for the next visit (kudos for that!). But after they left, I started noticing more problems. There were streaked, half washed windows. Most of the window trays had not been cleaned. Dirty water had been dripped in dozens of places on our wooden floors and not cleaned up. When I called Chris back after noticing the streaked windows and sending him a photo, he again apologized profusely and offered to come back the next week and re-do all the windows at no charge. (Again, kudos for trying to make it right). But after discovering all the other things, including some of their equipment left behind, my wife and I decided we were done. Also, we had an issue with social distancing- I had to keep backing away from Chris as he was repeatedly "in my space" (more like 1 foot, not 6) with no mask. If there were ten stars, We Do Windows deserves them. Our home is a high two story and has difficult to reach windows in several locations. We also had a load of cobwebs under the eves, up high. With an excellent team of five very polite and very talented men, the windows were all cleaned (inside and out), all the cobwebs removed, and in less than half a day. Very long poles were needed for some of the web removal and window washing. This is a very professional company. This is a wonderful service and I shouldn't tell people about them as they may get so busy they won't be available for me. They did a door knock. Set up appointment for window cleaning. They said they did a neighbors house "across the street". Called service, and they said - actually not across the street, but "down a nearby street", and gave a name and address. Called that person who i happenned to know .. and they said they did not use them.. When I called the actual cleaner for that person - they said they had been cleaning windows at that location for years. As soon as I asked for bid and insurance info "We do windows" - called back and said "we decided not to do your place." "You ask too many questions." Red flags abound. They may do good work. But very sketchy. No sign that they are insured or licensed - as they don't provide this information to clients. "Trust but verify.. " these folks don't check out! read more

My regular window washers are no longer in business, so I tried a new company today - We Do Windows. I was incredibly happy with the job they did! The price was reasonable and similar to what I've paid in the past. My windows (inside and out), window sills and window tracks are all sparkling clean. They also cleaned all the mirrors in my house- which I was not charged for. As an added bonus, they wiped down all the cobwebs that were building up on my front porch. That was unexpected and very nice. I also had my solar panels cleaned - they did a great job, the price was reasonable and they seemed to know what they were doing walking around on my roof, which I appreciated. They are a big team of guys so they are efficient and finished way before I expected them too. No waiting around all day. The guys that were here were pleasant and friendly and were quiet when they were in the house and removed their shoes. The owner was onsite the whole time. He is a great guy.
