We have a LOT of windows and I have hired several companies to wash them in the past, but We Do Windows provided the best service by far. We Do Windows did my neighbors windows and stopped by after to give me a quote. Usually I don't like that move, but I really needed a window washing and I trust who my neighbor used. They provided the best quote for the job of at least 4 different companies. They were very polite, amazingly timely, and did an excellent job. I was expecting the job to last all day, but they were done in 3 hours and that included over 30 solar panels, and the dryer vent. Everyone was genuinely nice and hard working. I was planning to do the solar panels myself, as they are easy to reach and this was the highest cost of my window washing, but it was great to just have it done without buying and getting all the equipment up on the roof myself. I have had the dryer serviced before and they won't clean the dryer vent because it vents on the roof, so it was great to have that done as well. Chris called later to make sure everything was satisfactory, and when I told him one window had big drip marks, he had some guys come back to fix it later. It was a really hard window to clean, but they did it pleasantly and politely. As for people complaining about having to recheck your windows, as the sun moves throughout the day, you see spots on windows differently, so it is something you need to recheck. And since they are willing to touch up whatever needs to be touched up, that is awesome. These guys were great and I am hoping to not have to try out a different window company again. read more

It is not often I can say that I am prepared for the holiday season. Striking a balance between the seemingly endless responsibilities inherent in this time of year can be overwhelming, particularly with a new child who requires so much time. Ironically, it is for this baby that we are running around and securing everything in place so we can enjoy our celebrations and see it all through her eyes. I didn't imagine some of the best viewing would be through...windows. I made the call to We Do Windows to see if anything could be during a very busy season so we can have things where we want them to be for visitors and for overall safety (after all, we feel being able to properly see through glass makes sense with a little one at home). The very accommodating nature of the phone call made me feel we were going to have a great experience. We Do Windows absolutely delivered! For a great price, we brought back the shine to our Windows that we previously took for granted. I could see out to my garden bed, and my grill was calling out to me for some love and attention (and some holiday cookin'). We Do Windows worked so efficiently and maintained a clean, professional ethic (they even wore shoe covers to prevent us from having more to clean!) the likes of which I have not seen in other companies. They not only did an amazing job, but were able to explain what they were doing to my wife so she knew just how well they were keeping things clean for our baby. I called on Thursday and talked with the owner, Chris. He gave me an estimate over the phone for cleaning my gutters and windows based on the square footage of my house and said it would take about 3 hours. I happily made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. Chris and his crew arrived early. All were professional and courteous. After confirming the agreed upon services, they got started right away and spent the first couple of hours outside. Then they took their shoes off and came inside to clean the inside of the windows. When they were all done I was presented with an invoice for the agreed upon amount per our original phone call. My gutters were filled with a lot of gunk, apparently they may not have been cleaned for a number of years. Chris said it took 2 hours to clean them when normally it would take an hour. And I have a lot of windows. I was very pleased that the invoice agreed to the estimate I received on the phone. After they left, I found that one of the window screens wasn't seated correctly in the window, and my green waste bin had been moved and filled with the gutter junk, making it too heavy for me to move back. I called Chris and he had his crew come back in the afternoon to fix the screen and they took the green waste bin out to the street for me. My experience with We Do Windows was VERY unpleasant to say the least. My neighbors next door hired them to clean the gutters with leaf blowers. They showed up at 6:30 AM and started 3 or 4 leaf blowers at 6:40 AM! I spoke with the owner Chris DeClitibus about this problem and have NEVER heard a company owner talk to someone like I was talked to. He was rude, interruptive, unapologetic and very apathetic to the noise problem he was subjecting the neighborhood to at a VERY early hour. I explained to him about the local noise ordinance, but he treated me like I was in the wrong. I know I'm not the only neighbor who was disturbed by the noise level. I saw 2 other neighbors looking around outside wondering what the heck was going on at 6:40 AM. This is a very rude, unpleasant man who obviously hates his job and has no interest in his business. Instead of apologizing, he tells me he saw lights on in our house so that made it "ok" to violate the noise ordinance. Stay FAR away from these people. read more

WDW gave us a two hour window for arrival. They arrived 20 minutes into that period. A team of 6 guys arrived happy and eager to work. Our windows and screens hadn't been cleaned for 3 years, so they had some work ahead of them. They jumped right in cleaning inside and outside (including our deck glass). All screens were removed, hosed off, dried and replaced. These guys were throughout as well as polite and respectful. Our herding dog followed them all everywhere, and they all stopped to pet and talk to him. The boss stopped by to meet us, told us a rather comical story, checked in with his team, and called later in the evening to see how everything went. He offered to follow-up in a week for a touch-up on anything that wasn't to our liking. We saw Chris's ad on his truck and we called and he very quickly got with us, came right out and gave an estimate and started very quickly thereafter. His crew showed up on time for the two days that it took to pressure wash & treat our large area of roof. They repaired shakes that were damaged on our wooden shake roof and painted the caps and applied a chemical roof treatment that made it look like a brand new roof. It really looked great afterward! They also washed the windows and were very responsive to any other suggestions I had for cleaning up. I am so impressed with the level of service that Chris and his team provided! The service call started with a simple solar panel cleaning and while he was up there I asked I he could tell me if there was anything else that may be done while they were up there. Turns out that several of my roof tiles were in need of repair well as some of the rain gutters needing cleaning and repair. He took pictures of the needed repairs so I could see them up close. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and how they needed to be fixed. Everything was well repaired and again he took pictures of the fixes done. We live in Templeton and just had our 21 windows, screens and mirrors washed by Chris and his helpers and they look great. Very professional and efficient in such a short time and everything was sparking clean. Our windows hadn't been washed in several years as we just moved here a year ago and hadn't gotten around to it. They came out today to do my house and they did a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier. I have many large, beautiful windows throughout the house and they now look wonderful. Once they were done, they did a walk through to make sure everything was right. Then I did a final walk though and a couple of things were not quite done to my satisfaction and it was no problem. We've had a relationship with We Do Windows for about ten years. Our Cambria hose has large very high windows and they have the equipment that does the job.My wife says when Chris and his crew come they are like Ants swarming all over the house. A couple are doing outside windows. A couple doing inside another on the roof cleaning the gutters. They replace all the smoke alarm batteries. This year they replaced a screen the birds had damaged. We Do Windows is a top-notch professional window cleaning service. We have been using his service ever since we put in our glass sunroom on the second floor over 6 years ago.
