I had never had our windows cleaned before. I had always taken a day and done them myself. I didn't ever do all the windows at the same time but mainly focused on the ones in the living room and kitchen where they are mostly seen. Needless to say some of my windows had not been cleaned in many years. JB and his crew took care of our windows beautifully. The process was so simple. They quoted us a very reasonable price in an email, we accepted, we were given options of days and times and the guys showed up right when they said they would, actually a little early ( JB called and asked if that would be okay). The windows look amazing!! The tracks are clean and the screens look great too. The guys were all super respectful of our home and even nice to our four dogs that can be a bit loud with strangers. I'd definitely use JB's services again and recommend his business to my friends and family. read more

I can't say enough good things about JB's Window Cleaning. When I first contacted the company, Justin responded the same day and we talked. He gave me a very competitive estimate for the windows, doors and screens and we set a day for the work to begin. He was on time, the work was done seamlessly. Everything sparkled when he and his helper were finished. I hardly knew they were here. Justin has excellent communication skills both in the tech realm and conversation, and as a customer I rate that quality high on my list when hiring a contractor. I've already started telling my friends about him and I hope they give him a call when they're ready for excellent window and solar panel cleaning. I would definitely use them again. read more

I have never had someone "do" my windows before, but I can't lift the new dual-paned windows out of the tracks! I asked for an estimate and since JB's was the same as my sister's, I thought why not? Justin came on time (very important to me) and got right to work. The only thing I had to do was move any plants or knick-knacks out of the way. It only took them about an hour, they covered their feet, and were very polite. My husband was skeptical until he saw the finished product and realized how dirty the windows had been. Justin was easy to work with and I can't wait to call him again in the Spring. I could get used to this! Thanks, Justin. read more

JB's window cleaning has been cleaning our windows for several years now. I love when I walk in the door and see crystal clear windows. We have one wall that has windows all the way up. Our place also cannot have running water over the windows. The guys do a fantastic job both inside and out. The one time that a new guy didn't quite meet the standards I have become accustomed to from JB's, Justin came by and made it right the very same day. They also have the best prices in the county! Recommend to everyone. read more

Quick and efficient would be how I'd describe the fellas. They've been doing the windows for our entire complex (townhouse condos) for the last 4 years, if my memory serves. They do great work, and they're super nice guys, and very polite as well. I'd highly recommend them. They show up on time as scheduled, no b.s. or excuses and work like a smoothly oiled machine. They're young guys and enthusiastic. If you need windows done, these are the guys you want to have do it. read more

I used JB window cleaning for the first time this week. I have a two story house with a lot of windows and they did an outstanding job. All the windows were cleaned inside and out with no spots or streaks and the window tracks were all spotless. Justin and his crew showed up right on time and went right to work. For all the windows they cleaned, the price was very reasonable and competitive with other companies. I have recommended Justin to all my friends. read more

Justin provided excellent service in cleaning my solar panels! He replied quickly to inquiries, showed up on time, and provided pictures after the job. He has a nice setup in his truck that filters the water he uses for cleaning, and he also provided a full quote with a copy of his insurance coverage up front. I saw about a 15% increase in solar output on my panels since Justin cleaned them. I would definitely use his service again. read more

Justin and his co-worker were so courteous and such nice young men. My windows looked crystal clear after they finished so I will definitely use their window cleaning service again. Their price was reasonable since my home has numerous windows and I had them wash my garage door windows, too. I've used different window cleaning services in the past but JB's Window Cleaning did the best job I've ever had done. read more

Absolutely deserving of five stars. JB's Window Cleaning arrived promptly, and were incredibly considerate and professional. My windows sparkle again. They took a few moments to show me where two of my windows had seals that were starting to degrade, and gave me suggestions about how to fix them. This is a fantastic, professional service. Do not hesitate to call them for your window cleaning needs. read more

These guys are young and certainly tech-forward. If that normally scares you, don't let it. The tech helps them operate efficiently. And they really know what they're doing. And they gave feedback at the end on the condition of a couple of my windows so I knew about potential upcoming failures. Previous windows guys never did that. Finally, the windows look great. Five stars! read more

Justin and his work partner show up on time, prepared and do an amazing job. They work efficiently and, quite honestly, we barely knew they were here. Very unobtrusive. Also, if this means anything to you, the guys wear coverings one their shoes when they come inside. A plus, especially if you have carpeting, or beige tiles like we do. Super clean windows. TY, JBWC! read more

JB's made our windows sparkle. Jason was easy to deal with: great communication, polite, professional. He even found a window that was fogging up between the glass and guided us in the process of how to get that addressed by Milgard, which we did, and it was still under warranty because Jason caught it in time! We will continue to use this company. Great service. read more

I just had my windows cleaned by Justin and Jacob. I couldn't be happier with the results. Justin stuck to the estimate he had given me initially, and also cheerfully allowed me to apply a coupon that I hadn't previously showed him. Justin and Jacob were on time, respectful of me and my house, and did an outstanding job on my windows. I'm a happy customer. read more

We had JB's Window Cleaning clean our solar PV panels last year (2022) and this year. They are punctual, do a great job and are quick. The communication is great. Another selling point for us is that they use deionized water when cleaning PV panels. That's important so that no water spots are left. I highly recommend this company! read more

Excellent customer service from making the appointment to appointment confirmation. Showed up on time. Workers took care inside with ladders and drips. Were gracious when a couple of touch up spots were shown; they fixed right away without complaint. JB's price is very competitive. Second time using and will definitely use again. read more
