I had never had our windows cleaned before. I had always taken a day and done them myself. I didn't ever do all the windows at the same time but mainly focused on the ones in the living room and kitchen where they are mostly seen. Needless to say some of my windows had not been cleaned in many years. JB and his crew took care of our windows beautifully. The process was so simple. They quoted us a very reasonable price in an email, we accepted, we were given options of days and times and the guys showed up right when they said they would, actually a little early ( JB called and asked if that would be okay). The windows look amazing!! The tracks are clean and the screens look great too. The guys were all super respectful of our home and even nice to our four dogs that can be a bit loud with strangers. He gave me a very competitive estimate for the windows, doors and screens and we set a day for the work to begin. He was on time, the work was done seamlessly. I have never had someone "do" my windows before, but I can't lift the new dual-paned windows out of the tracks! I asked for an estimate and since JB's was the same as my sister's, I thought why not? Justin came on time (very important to me) and got right to work. The only thing I had to do was move any plants or knick-knacks out of the way. It only took them about an hour, they covered their feet, and were very polite. My husband was skeptical until he saw the finished product and realized how dirty the windows had been. Very responsive, friendly staff and are neat and tidy in the home. Windows were sparkling clean and screens looked great and were in perfect condition after taking them out and putting them back in. The only thing I noticed was some of the window tracks weren't cleaned as well as others. And it would have been nice to have my slider door trim wiped down as there were obvious fingerprints near latch, as we use that door all the time and it gets dirty in the latch area. Not a big deal. JB's window cleaning has been cleaning our windows for several years now. I love when I walk in the door and see crystal clear windows. We have one wall that has windows all the way up. Our place also cannot have running water over the windows. The guys do a fantastic job both inside and out. Quick and efficient would be how I'd describe the fellas. They've been doing the windows for our entire complex (townhouse condos) for the last 4 years, if my memory serves. Justin provided excellent service in cleaning my solar panels! He replied quickly to inquiries, showed up on time, and provided pictures after the job. He has a nice setup in his truck that filters the water he uses for cleaning, and he also provided a full quote with a copy of his insurance coverage up front. We had JB's Window Cleaning clean our solar PV panels last year (2022) and this year. They are punctual, do a great job and are quick. The communication is great. Another selling point for us is that they use deionized water when cleaning PV panels. That's important so that no water spots are left. I highly recommend this company! read more
