Great job! very communicative and thorough. cleaned up before they left. they did all the work that I have been meaning to do myself, and some of the work that I didn't want to do which was getting on top of the roof and accessing the gutters. While working for, I believe, about 6 hours (2 men), Boaz asked if the corner leaked (no, just the nearby overflow problem) and he told me to just call if there were any problems afterword. Before leaving, Boaz gave me a tube of leak sealant in case I needed it. The next day or so, I noticed a dripping leak on the corner joint by the front door near the overflowed area.. It had overflowed near there because of the plugged downspout but the joint was not leaking before their visit. I saw their ladder in the area while working. I messaged him and he quoted me $200 to come fix it. We went back and forth for two days but he has not returned to fix it as he says it is a NEW problem.
