I was deeply disappointed by the level of service at this establishment. After taking our order and delivering the food, our waitress completely disappeared. We waited over 30 minutes just to receive the check. To make matters worse, multiple undisclosed fees were added to our bill. We were charged for chips without any prior mention that they weren't complimentary, and a $4 card-processing fee was added without warning. When I brought these hidden charges and the poor service to the manager's attention, the response was incredibly unprofessional. Leadership sets the tone for a business, and unfortunately, the management here falls short. With this standard of customer service, it is clear why the restaurant is struggling to maintain its ratings. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and staff oversight. read more

The food was absolutely delicious!!! I ordered the tacos governador and omg believe me when i tell u they were so so so good !!! The tortilla was handmade it was just delicious!!! They give u a chipotle sauce on the side to add to ur tacos ‍ a must try !!!! Also had the aguachilles and those too were delicious! Definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to go back ! We shared bites from each other's food, my tacos were good, but my friends chile rellanos were way better and the salsa was bomb with just the right amount of heat. It was one of the worst fish tacos I've ever had...I have no idea what she is talking about. Then I looked at her page and she only gives 5 star reviews and I realize that's where I focked up. What chapped my ass even more was I paid $10 for 2 fish tacos and they were the mushiest saddest tacos of my life... I had their pozole verde and it was okay, if was a bit under seasoned and could have used a bit more flavor but with all the toppings it was palatable. I also enjoyed the chips and salsa. I topped my meal off with a Coors Light. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again. We were craving some mariscos before heading back up home and choose this place since it was right off the freeway I-5. I got a tostada dr camarón and a huarache de al pastor. We came here on a Sunday, the GF and I were craving seafood. We came across this place and decided to try them out. I ordered their coctel "Levanta Muertos", which pretty much is a mixture of fresh seafood (Shrimp, octopus, fish, clams,etc.). Anyhow the coctel was delicious, lots of flavor, tasted fresh, decent portion for the price. The tostadas de camaron were above average. The shrimp tasted fresh, just lacked a bit of flavor (maybe needed the shrimp to be cooked a bit longer in lime), good portions. The cantarito was a hit! Refreshing cocktail, with just the right amount of kick. Overall I was satisfied, not overpriced and servers were attentive unlike other more popular places I've been to. My only complaint, maybe they just do this on the weekends, but they had a DJ and he was blasting his music so loud that it was impossible to carry out a conversation. Beware! menu prices are different from what they charge at cashier. The food is good but Don't think that $26 for a tostada is worth it, when in their menu is advertised at $17.99. Came to Anaheim for an event over the weekend and stayed at the embassy suites. Was yelping for a mariscos place with good reviews and found this place. The mariscos here are really good. We ordered camarones ala diabla, coctel levanta muertos, coctel campechana, an order of oysters and a carne asada taco. Everything was delicious and we all liked our food. The micheladas are ask really good here too! The menu prices dont seem that high but somehow, our bill was $140 which seemed a bit high for 4 people who order a meal and 1 drink. But I didn't mind it to much since the food was really good and our waiter gave use great customer service. They also were playing chente music all night so definitely a good vibe. read more
