The steak was tender and delicious. I had the thermador tater skins, which were amazing! Joanna had the 8 ounce Waygu filet, medium rare. Her filet was tender, juicy, delicious and perfect. Joanna loved it! She also had buttered whipped potatoes. Our server, April, was excellent and she patiently answered our questions: "What is dry aged; what does Waygu mean; what is the significance of the name Nineteen 86?" Joanna loved the ambiance, the service and the food.
