They needed more sauce and definitely more onions but they especially needed to cook their tater tots longer. My daughter tried the garlic Parm wings and hated them. There was a TON of Duce all over the wings but there was no flavor. She took a few bites and left them for me to eat and I couldn't even eat them. I saw on IG they had kimbap, but I don't see it on their menu. My youngest loves kimbap so if anyone knows if they have kimbap, please post your pictures :-) or let us know if it's a secret item. The day we went, the power to the building was out, so we ate in a cold room lit only by whatever gloomy light came in from outside. That didn't bother us, because things happen, and because the service was great anyway. I opted for the choriqueso style chilaquiles , bathed in a mix of gooey cheese and chorizo. You also have a choice of three different sauces (mild, medium, hot) eggs cooked to order, and beans. My food was delicious and flavorful, the medium heat was exactly that and I appreciated it. Eggs and beans were good too. They have a fridge with bottled drinks and a hot water container where you can make your own coffee. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they even offered suggestions since it was my first time. The prices may be a little steep foot some, $45 for two people, but supporting local, delicious food is worth it! By the way, there is a $1 fee to use cards to pay, so bring cash or you also have the option to pay using Zelle. I will definitely be back soon.
