I think it took me 4 days to finish mine haha. They do not skimp! You think it's gonna be dry when you get to the bottom, but it's buttery and they hook it up. Service was fast. It took them about 10-15 min to make all 3 of our baked potatoes and they even had a line when we went. Definitely recommend that you check them out. Make sure you have an appetite or make sure you share with a person or 2. Not sure how long they've been around or where else their truck posts at, but I would love to come back. If you're able to see inside their truck you can see they have a little assembly line going on to stay organized. I saw 3 people working the truck, but I could be wrong.
