Honestly I find this spot amazing! The food is on top delicious, and the service is honestly better than I expected. There are many varieties of foods, flavors, and more. The food comes by quick and the place is very colorful. In addition to everything I just said, they decorate the place most of the time during most holidays and the owners are very kind and funny. I'm not sure where I heard about this place but when I heard "chilaquiles", I was sold. Chilaki's consists of a food truck and a separate building where you can go inside to eat. If you are dining in, someone comes inside to take your order, or you can wait outside for to-go orders. The day we went, the power to the building was out, so we ate in a cold room lit only by whatever gloomy light came in from outside. That didn't bother us, because things happen, and because the service was great anyway. I opted for the choriqueso style chilaquiles , bathed in a mix of gooey cheese and chorizo. You also have a choice of three different sauces (mild, medium, hot) eggs cooked to order, and beans. My food was delicious and flavorful, the medium heat was exactly that and I appreciated it. Eggs and beans were good too. They have a fridge with bottled drinks and a hot water container where you can make your own coffee. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and they even offered suggestions since it was my first time. The prices may be a little steep foot some, $45 for two people, but supporting local, delicious food is worth it! By the way, there is a $1 fee to use cards to pay, so bring cash or you also have the option to pay using Zelle. I will definitely be back soon. read more

This hidden gem is located right on white lane in a small industrial park. The kitchen itself is in a food truck but they do have a small space inside with about 5/6 tables. Not the best place for a large group but for small groups or to take to go this place is great. The salsas were both delicious and great portions. Was lucky enough to drive by Chilaki's not knowing it even existed and stopped to pick up some chilaquiles. I love chilaquiles and was excited to try this mini spot. The owners were super kind and offered me the menu with a variety of options. I pretty much knew that i wanted chilaquiles Rojas. We were thinking of something to eat for lunch and I told my husband we should go to a taco truck so we can just grab food and head to work, so I looked up several food trucks nearby and this one came up. I have actually seen this truck parked at this same location for a few months. I don't know how long they have been here, but we drive past this place a lot since it's on our way to one of the places we stop at about twice a week. When you first drive up, the first thing you notice is the cute decor. I love the colors on the truck and I was excited to have chilaquiles. We ordered red sauce chilaquiles with chorizo with egg, green sauce chilaquiles with carne asada with egg, and a birria torta. So after we ordered 3 orders of chilaquiles and a torta our total was over $70. To me, that's a little bit outside of my budget for a food truck. Although the chilaquiles was good, I don't see myself spending almost $100 to feed all of us out of a food truck. If I want to spend so much then I would rather go to a sit down restaurant where I'm being served. They have seating inside the building near the truck and you can eat there if you want. The lady and gentleman that served us was pleasant and I would definitely recommend that you try their food. The chips was crispy and the salsa was tasty, but my two complaints was the price and the birria torta did not come with consome. I'm not Mexican so I'm not sure what authentic birria looks like, but any time I have eaten at other places, they have that delicious flavorful dipping sauce and this torta only had cooked meat inside the bread with no sauce. I don't know if I would recommend that item. If you haven't tried this place, you should check it out. The truck is not hard to find since it's super colorful! read more

If you LOVE chilaquiles then this place is for you! It's a small food truck. My husband ordered the chilaquiles plate w/ chipotle sauce, asada meat, 2 sunny side eggs & the toppings they offer minus cilantro & he really loved it he said it was the right amount of spice without over doing it. Now they do offer tacos & tortas as well but I would stay clear of ordered just a torta as it doesn't have any spread nor the bread to meat ratio is way off. I felt like I was eating more bread than anything else. My mom got 2 tacos & she also said they were okay for the most part. So that's why I would just recommend the chilaquiles since my husband seem to enjoy his meal the most. Besides the food, they do have a little shop where you can sit and eat, it's small but it will do. When we went it wasn't busy so there was room for us to sit & also it felt nice inside not hot at all. The food did take some time to get to us but they had the tv going and our conversation with each other flowing we didn't notice how long it took. Anyways if we're back would be just for the chilaquiles but might be awhile until we're back as we're not usually on that side of town. read more

Went in first time today . The chilakilles were pretty delicious . I got the green ones with Birria meat and husband Along with daughter got the one red and one green with chorizo and chorizo con queso. We paid 69$ for all three orders along with three drinks . Don't worry about the price as these are big portions they serve . Also the owners are very nice and sociable . Made us feel welcomed . Although we didn't eat inside , we took our it food to go the inside is small and very cute . Can't wait to go back next Sunday . read more

My husband found this hidden Gem and oh my goodness the best tasting chilaquiles I ever had! The flavors explodes in your mouth!
