This place is nearby and I had been wanting to try for a while now. It's hidden in a industrial area. I had the camaron and pulpo tostada. It was delicious!

Food is delicious and service is on point and ambiance is beautiful, what can say about this place but it the bomb. I had the tostadas camarón and pulpo and it was delicious. I don't like tostadas and salted crackers and they gave the crackers. 5 out 5 for service food ambience and delicious food

Came here with family for Sunday dinner outing. My wife's cousin suggested we try El Alegre... our first time here.. it's located in the middle of an industrial area, super hidden in Anaheim .. thanks to GPS to getting us here. Mariscos is a hit or miss, however, this place has some cool yummy items on their menu. Their highlight item is El pescado Zarandeado , Freshly grilled outdoors In open mesquite charcoal. Cooked just right! Serves 2-3 people .. big portion. Also ordered some carne asada Fries , and great size portion. Nephew ordered camarónes a la diabla and a taco de gobernador. He said it was good. Definitely will return to try out some of their other items on their menu.

Food was old and nasty they had bad customer service. I do not recommend coming here.

Service was outstanding, she was very attentive hospitable and on it. My shrimp cocktail was delicious and filling. This place is hidden and worth it. My husband had menudo n said it tasted clean with a savory flavor. My son had green pozole, I tasted it and it was yummy. Place is small but hole in walls usually never disappoint. Coming bk for sure.

Very tasty food, great customer service . Good size portions. Home of the " pescado zarandeando " estilo Nayarit . Recommend this place for anything looking for good quality seafood and Mexican food . Close to Disney land .

Cool spot with some great margaritas and cocktails!…read more Love this little Mexican restaurant located on the bottom floor of the Packing House. Came in for a little date night on a Saturday evening. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating, always quick to refill drinks or clear empty plates. We started off with some delicious and spicy oysters which were topped with a shrimp! We also had to try the Chori-brussels which are flash fried Brussels sprouts with chorizo, balsamic reduction, and Oaxacan cheese. For drinks we got a Santo Dia, a whiskey based cocktail with watermelon, lime, and fizz served over ice. We also ordered the Spicy margarita which had watermelon habanero, lime, and hibiscus flavors. They were both delicious and refreshing, the spicy marg had a good kick to it. For dinner we got a caesar salad, the ribeye plate, and the Urbana burger. We both loved the dressing on the caesar, it's made in house and it shows. The ribeye was cooked perfectly with a delicious herb butter on top, a really good steak sauce on the side, and thick cut fries. The ribeye wasn't the highest quality but it tasted good, the fries were perfect. My fiancé got the burger which had chorizo, melted queso Oaxaca, and an egg on top. Not gonna lie it was absolutely delish! I want to come back just for the burger. All in all we had a great time and I would definitely come back for some other menu items, especially to try more of their margs and specialty cocktails. Thanks Urbana!

I went for cinco de mayo because they had a 2 for $5 deal on tacos and $5 select drinks. It was…read moreeasy to make a reservation on open table for the same day. It's on the first level of the packing district. It's a small spot but they make effective use of their space. There were people there but it wasn't full. It took a really long time for our waiter to take our order. We each ordered two tacos from their special and I tried the spicy margarita and my friend had the sangria. The spicy margarita wasn't my favorite and I found that it was wayyyy too spicy. The spicy really overpowered the alcohol and other flavors. The presentation for the drinks was beautiful but the flavor didn't do it for me. My friend didn't seem like she liked the sangria either. The tacos took a really long time to come out. The Al pastor pieces were cut into thick cubes. There was nothing memorable about the tacos. I really wanted to like this spot but it was a complete miss for me.
