I took photos of all I ate but I see many photos of all the other dishes but not yet the Hamachi. I will say, this photo does not do it justice. I loved the melon, the jicama and the Thai/fish sauce flavors. Honestly, if I had had this first, I would have ordered another one. It's that good.
