I'm normally not a drinker but this place has BOMBBB DRINKSS and the environment makes you ask for 1 after another back to back. BEST micheladas I've ever had, definitely coming back here again. I went yesterday and checked in via Yelp as per the server suggestion. I along with my family waited 4 hours to be seated. The food and service was great, it's what led up to getting served that was annoying and the reason for the three (3) stars. I understand Covid-19 is playing a role in the seating captivity, but when people are just sitting at a table for hour's listening to music without a limit, it is simply a de-service to the rest of us. This is a late review. I came in to eat maybe a month ago. I was greeted by a hostess that prefaced by saying the hot kitchen was closed, only cold dishes, which was great cause I was there for the ceviche anyway. The last time I came to this location was with my mother when it was called Randy's. I've been wanting to come here for a while and it did not disappoint. I was having a terrible day and for the life of me I cannot remember my servers name (her nail broke and she's very young, that's all I remember), but she was exactly what I needed. I came in just before closing and she didn't seem annoyed that I was the only person in her section, she offered to put my salsa on the side cause she could see I was skeptical about it being to spicy, she was soooo attentive and quick. I think she knew I was having a tough day cause she stopped to chat with me. She spoke about the events and offered to move me closer to the music if I wanted. The ambiance was great and decor was cute. When she wasn't at my table I could see her cleaning and stocking. (I've been a waitress for 15 years so I notice all this haha.) I ordered the Aguachiles to my surprise they're not served with avocado. Also they did not provide tostadas or crackers (we ate them with the tostadas they brought to us when we got seated). This place was great at first, but we got the final meal and all the oysters were spoiled. The plate smelled like manure. I kept wondering what smelled. I couldn't tell if it was a port-a-potty or dudes pissing in an alley. I didn't say anything because the smell would occasionally come and go and I thought I was tripping. However when others at my table started noticing the smell, we realized it was the plate of seafood in front of us. We immediately ran to look for the waitress but she was on break. We told the other waitress what was happening and she came to remove the plate. They obviously didn't know how to handle it. Awkward smiles on their faces and the manager never came out. They removed the meal cost and gave a a free dessert card...wait what? You give me spoiled food and this is how you deal with it? By trying to offer me more food? I will never come back. I went inside the restaurant and asked for him and all he had to say was that he apologized for the inconvenience. I don't know what proper protocol was but we were all disgusted and ended up throwing up on the way to the car.
