Mike the delivery man rang my friend's bell at 8:45 a.m. and then dumped the flowers by the front door. Someone could have easily stolen the flowers. This was terrible customer service! Mainly because you have an option to have a photo of the flowers that you ordered sent to you via text. This is a big deal for myself because when I send flowers to my clients or loved ones I'm clueless of the results. They had it there by 5:30 - that's within two hours, last minute on a Sunday. That's damn near as quick and efficient as placing an Uber Eats order! Lol. Called for same day service which is a $15 delivery fee; ok. Ordered 12 multi colored long stem roses for my grandmothers' 91st birthday. They came HOWEVER the roses are not fresh as will be dead by Wednesday. For the cost of nearly $100 I received lots of "bush" 3 stalks of eucalyptus and way too much baby breath I contacted the store; George told me I can bring the arrangement back and he will correct it. Why not take the time to send out a beautiful vibrant arrangement. My time is valuable. I paid for delivery. Why not send a better quality arrangement and pick up one you sent?! I've used them twice now, both times ordered though their website, both times George called to confirm, both times he made suggestions on colors and arrangements when I explained the look I was going for, at no extra charge. This place is right up the street from me, but after all these years I'd never gone to them. They are great! I went to them to get a bouquet for my wedding, and was quite pleased. Vasilios, one of the florists there, really took care of my mom and I. He helped me to pick out a bouquet that was in my price range, and even though I was on a budget, he made sure to do a quality job on it. I also wanted to wear a flower in my hair and he was insightful enough to suggest a flower that would match my dress, and that would hold up until the morning of the ceremony. Because I was getting the bouquet and all I needed was one flower off of a stem, he gave me the flower for free! That's true class and customer service. My mum, who's a stickler for customer service even commented after we'd left that she's sure that's what makes their business successful. When I went to pick up my bouquet and flower the next day, Vasilios wrapped them up carefully and gave me advice for storing the bouquet and flower until the next morning.
