Fantastic service - they were actually able to get the arrangement delivered same day instead of next day on very short notice. They called me to confirm the order, had already coordinated with the delivery destination, made some great style updates to the flowers based on suggestions they offered me, and confirmed via photos what the final product looked like before delivery. Would definitely order again. read more

I really appreciate the customer service I received from Marine Florist. My former neighbors lost their mother recently. If you grew up in Brooklyn, you know that everyone on the block knew each other especially the moms! I could not attend the services, so I opted to send a floral arrangement. John at Marine helped me with the order. He took his time and reviewed everything with me. He assured me that he would make sure that the arrangement was delivered on time for the services. Afterwards, I received a delivery confirmation. Since I live in another state now, I contacted one of the family members to find out if they received it. The answer was yes and they told me the flowers were beautiful and that it meant so much to the family. I am so pleased. read more

Came in here for a last minute gift. Liked a plant but not the vase/bowl it was in. They simply replanted in a vase/bowl that i choose. No issues was happy with the price and how fast they got me in and out. Was very happy i didn't have to go to another store they had a very great selection of cards for all different occasions. Couldn't be happier with the staff and how they all worked as a team. Thanks!! read more

I live in Florida and ordered flowers for my mom's birthday who lives in Brooklyn, NY. I ordered the flowers at 12:30am in the morning the day of her birthday and was pleasantly surprised when she called me like 9:30/10:00am that morning and told me that the flowers were delivered. Bravo! My mother couldn't stop talking about how big and beautiful the flowers were. I know she was comparing it to ones I have ordered from 1-800 Flowers which was very disappointing. Thanks Marine Florist for putting a smile on my mom's face for her birthday! If she was happy, I am even happier and will be ordering from you again! read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my best friend's birthday. I was told the flowers would be delivered between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m, which was fine because I knew my friend would be home. Mike the delivery man rang my friend's bell at 8:45 a.m. and then dumped the flowers by the front door. Someone could have easily stolen the flowers. This was terrible customer service! Very insulting and disappointing. George has always been nice to work with, but this delivery was atrocious! Stick to the delivery times you give the customer, and hand the flowers to the person so that they receive them!! Shame! read more

I must say that my experience with Marine Florists was the best experience I have ever received from a florist before. Mainly because you have an option to have a photo of the flowers that you ordered sent to you via text. This is a big deal for myself because when I send flowers to my clients or loved ones I'm clueless of the results. And of course, a person will always tell you how beautiful their flowers looked when arrived BUT you want to know did they look the same as was on the website. They also call you after your order is received (I placed my order online to go over it and give advice, tips, or other suggestions). I was informed that the flowers I ordered was for front view presentation only. I certainly will place my next order with Marine Florists. read more

I ordered flowers for my mom today from California. Marine was more reasonable than the other highly-rated florists on Yelp. I placed the order online. They called to confirm details and were very friendly. The gentleman even gave me five Mylar balloons instead of latex at no additional cost because they last longer. They delivered them promptly, same day and my mom loved them! She sent me photos and they actually looked as described on the website, which is so rarely the case in my experience. read more

Awesome service and amazing attention to detail. I called last minute at 3:30pm on a Sunday and spoke to one of the brothers (Vincenzo?), and he was extremely patient, helpful, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make recommendations as to what type of arrangement could be done and then delivered to my friend by 6pm for her birthday. They had it there by 5:30 - that's within two hours, last minute on a Sunday. That's damn near as quick and efficient as placing an Uber Eats order! Lol. I recently ordered a last minute floral arrangement to be delivered the same day. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I ordered the Full Life of Wonders arrangement and it exceeded my expectations. I opted for the text message that shows the finished arrangement, which is a wonderful addition to an order. Most times, you do not know how the arrangement looks once the recipient receives it. I also received a picture from my family member and it was larger than I imagined.
