When my sister had a baby in Maimonides hospital I was in dire need to send her flowers and my local flower shop refused to go so far away from Williamsburg. Thanks Yelpers because I needed some guidance and lucky for me I landed with the right flower shop. The lady was super kind and texted me the picture of how the flower look and my sister was elated. Today I placed a second ordered and had the gorgeous arrangement delivered from Borough park to Williamsburg. They have amazing peonies, roses, orchids and their taste and skills to make a beautiful arrangement is one of a kind. Thank you . Keep up the great work M M flower shop. Your loyal customer.

have been purchasing from this flower shop for about 3 years now and the quality of service has gone down each year. the customer service is terrible. The workers always have attitudes and have different standards for pickups each time. Have spent 1000s of dollars with this company because the flowers are always good but as of today will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Prices are reasonable,I don't want to say cheap because that implies low quality, but if you want to get a good bang for your buck, then M'My flowers is the place to go. I've bought and received flowers from here and they outlast most places. They do arrangements for any wallet size and for any taste. My personal favorite bouquet they make is the curled back rose petals, wild flowers sprayed with glitter and dotted with floating butterflies. If you're not a 10 year old girl at heart they make classier arrangements as well ;). The only con is the name...it's a little awkward. I don't know what the website is, but they also have a Facebook, with actual pictures from real events. The owner is talented, friendly and always willing to accommodate. read more

Madlena created beautiful centerpieces and a bridal bouquet for my wedding. She did an amazing job and she came to the restaurant herself to set up the centerpieces and to make sure everything was fine. She even did an extra small bridal bouquet for me so I could throw it to my girls and leave the original one with me. As per the prices - I cannot really compare as I did not go to other places. Once I met Madlena and saw how she works - I knew right away I want to work with her and didnt feel the need to look for another florist. read more

My experience at this flower shop was actually really positive. I hadn't read any reviews before I went & was just desperate for last minute flowers for my moms birthday and this place happened to be convenient for me. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and I told her I had a flat amount of money to spend and wanted something colorful and left the rest to her. She created such a beautiful bouquet, like the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. Everything was fresh, the smell was amazing & she packaged them up really nicely for me as well. My mom loved them and said they lasted a good amount of time! read more

I live in Florida and after reading the reviews called M My Flowers I spoke to someone I believe her name is Madaline she was very nice. The flowers were delivered the next day and even though there was some minor issues with the delivery (no fault of the florist at all!) they were so incredibly accommodating and nice. If I can give 0 stars to this place, I would do so! I walked in to get some center pieces for an event, but the lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge us. She did have people that she was working with but she could have at least told us to wait however long it was going to take. We waited 10 minutes without her letting us know anything and eventually ended up walking out with nothing! I will never be returning here! read more

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had…read more I placed a birthday flower order online with Brooklyn Blooms on behalf of my company. I later called to adjust the note accompanying the arrangement and, to avoid any confusion, spelled the wording letter by letter to their representative. They still prepared it incorrectly. The arrangement was already two days late, despite being intended for a birthday, and we received no notification about the delay. Once I discovered the incorrect note, I immediately emailed Brooklyn Blooms explicitly instructing them not to deliver the arrangement under any circumstances and requesting that the order be canceled and refunded. From there, what should have been a very simple customer service issue became genuinely absurd. Brooklyn Blooms maintained that the flowers were delivered and the order was fulfilled. I disputed that because, to my knowledge, the intended recipient never received the flowers. Rather than resolving that discrepancy or providing satisfactory proof that the recipient actually received them, I was accused of making "unfounded accusations," characterized as a bully, and effectively called a liar for disputing their version of events. At one point, because I had placed the order under my boss's name rather than my own, I was also told, in substance, that I somehow was not involved in the situation -- despite being the person who placed the order, called to amend it, communicated with their staff, and was handling the entire matter on behalf of my company. So, to recap: I placed an order for a birthday. It was delayed by two days without notice. I called and spelled an amended note letter by letter, and it was still prepared incorrectly. I explicitly instructed them not to deliver it. The intended recipient did not receive the flowers as far as I am aware. And when I challenged Brooklyn Blooms' claim that the order had nevertheless been successfully delivered and fulfilled, the conversation became about my supposed behavior rather than resolving the actual problem. Their written response even included the line: "Your feelings are yours and valid; your behavior, however, was not." This was in response to a customer asking why a time-sensitive order was delayed, incorrectly prepared, allegedly delivered despite a cancellation request, and not refunded. If Brooklyn Blooms has verifiable proof that the intended recipient received this order, they are welcome to provide it. Until then, calling my complaint "unfounded" does not magically resolve it. I would never trust Brooklyn Blooms with another birthday, client gift, important occasion, or time-sensitive delivery. Mistakes happen. What made this experience extraordinary was how the business chose to handle those mistakes once they were raised. One star only because zero isn't an option.

They have anything and everything you can think of.. and that includes my all-time favorite boriqua delicacy.. pastelles! I picked up a dozen (half chicken, half pork) for only $22. They come frozen & bundled in twos and are the perfect size, which make them easy for boiling. If you've never had a pastele before, they are sort of similar to a tamale.. except made with masa de yuca instead of corn flour. They are filled with meat, pimento, olives and more, all mixed together with delicious achiote seed oil, spices and herbs. If you ae Puerto Rican or just so happen to make pasteles each year for friends and family, and don't quite feel up to the task this year, rest assured that Moore Street Market as got you covered!

I had her do the flowers for my wedding, the quality of the flowers were fresh and perfect, the arrangements were extravagant and very original. I got compliments from all of my guests on the wedding venue but mainly the flowers, I passed along her card to many of my friends. Most importantly, they are professional, kind and very generous.
