No problem right, I go to the Costa Mesa location on 5/9/26 and tell them what happened. After talking to the manager, we agreed on: they would fix my right hand and I would pay $30 for a polish change. The nails that I got were WORSE than what I came in with (I came in with a French and left with a solid nude color). The nails are lumpy, bumpy, thick, the nail tech apparently decided to snip off half the pinky nail???? So now I have half a pinky. Honestly I hate these nails so much, I have had to come home and re file alll my nails myself. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I'm extremely dissatisfied and just frankly disappointed. I would like a resolution to this (withouttttt attitude or aggression from the manager this time) because now I have paid $130 in total for a nail set that is less than one week old and it looks terrible.

The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash".
