So I when in on a wing and a prayer on a men's white gold Tiger Eye ring from the early 20th century given to my Father in 1920's. Well in a minute or so I had a startling answer, the ring itself was of some significant value but the stone no so. However, she provided a wealth of information and at no charge. The ring is now going from myself to our son. As noted, we have been here since the mid-70's and once she opened her emporium, she is the go to.

I acquired a large Benitoite stone and wanted it set in an engagement ring. After calling around to…read moreseveral places - they all offered to buy the stone but not set it in a ring. Not exactly what you want to hear. I got referred to John Pereira and he explained all the risks and rewards, plus told me it was my stone, and my money - and he would do the best to make it great. Boy did he. Not only did he create a beautiful ring, he and his wife drove over 2 hours each way to hand pickup & deliver my ring. That's the kind of service you don't get from jewelry stores advertising on TV. I highly recommend Pereira's Jewelry.

Going into a fancy jewelry store made me a little nervous. I've been in others around town, and…read morethey made me feel like I did not belong there. This was NOT the case at Raphael's! I called first to see if they could polish the opal in my wedding ring and resize another ring for me. I felt instantly comfortable when talking to the woman on the phone. She was so kind. When my husband and I went into the store, we were promptly greeted by the woman and man working there. They were both incredibly friendly, informative, and took their time with us. The price for both services was very reasonable. They got my rings back to me within TWO DAYS and even gave me some knowledge on how to preserve my opal. Words cannot describe how I felt when I saw my wedding ring. I was in shock. I walked back to my car with the biggest smile on my face. The picture attached does not do it justice. They went above and beyond for me. I cannot wait to go back and have more time to look through their selection of jewelry because the little bit we saw was beautiful and unique. Even my husband was impressed when I showed him the ring after the service. We both agreed that he and I will definitely be going back here for future jewelry purchases and maintenance.
