I understand this is not a problem with this U-Haul location but it is with U-Haul services in general. We had to call and stay in line in the middle of nowhere for almost two hours until they changed their system setting so we can start the process. The first person I spoke to hung up so had to start the call all over again. Overall, we had an awful experience. I would never use their online service and not recommending it to anyone.
