When you walk in for your appointment there's no "sign in" sheet. They know who you are and why you're there. I went to see Dr Mehdi for a root canal on 4/2/25. I was recommended to their office by my dental…read moreoffice. I needed a root canal done as soon as possible and they were able to get me in within a few days notice. The front office staff was amazing. She was very knowledgeable with dental insurance and billing, I was given an estimate the day before so there were no surprises. The nurse assistant was really nice, she explained all the procedures before we got started. She took X-rays and we got started right away. Dr Mehdi is very focused and a quick worker. He knows his job and he does it well. I was tense going through this procedure since this was my first root canal. He kept reminding me to relax and made me feel like I could trust him to get it done. In the end I was very happy with his work. They were all professionals and I was a happy camper. I was lucky that I did not need any antibiotics. Dr Mehdi advised to take pain medication when I arrived home. I honestly didn't feel like I needed and took it anyway. The next morning I felt good, I didn't not have any soreness, and I didn't see any bruising. It honestly felt like a got a tooth filling done. Thank you Dr Mehdi and staff for the great job and for making me feel taken care of.
