We had biweekly cleanings for 5 months, and things mostly went very well. However, towards the end…read morewhen the owner didn't accompany her husband and the other employees they weren't as thorough with cleanings (spilled cat food and didn't clean it up, didn't vacuum cat hair on the stairs). We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

Amy is genuinely one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and you can tell how much she cares about her clients. This wasn't our first time booking with them, and there's a reason we keep coming back! Most recently, they helped us during a particularly difficult time in our lives, shortly after losing my mom, when keeping up with things around the house just felt overwhelming. Their kindness and willingness to help meant more to us than they probably realize. We added a few additional services, and they went above and beyond our expectations, including washing our windows and sweeping our patio. They even noticed a leak while cleaning and took the time to let us know so we could report it to our leasing office. It's those thoughtful little things that really show how much they care. Amy and her team are not only incredibly hardworking and thorough, but genuinely wonderful people. Every experience we've had with them has been exceptional, and it's clear they take so much pride in what they do. Having people you can trust in your home who treat you with such kindness and compassion is truly special. They are the ONLY cleaning company we will ever book with, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We are so grateful for Amy and can't thank them enough for everything they do!
