Good pizza and dependable service. I have ordered carry out pizza from this Marco's location several times. The pizza has always been hot, fresh, and good. Always perfectly baked and as ordered. The Garden pizza is my favorite: mushrooms, black olives, onions, sliced tomatoes, three cheese blend and also feta cheese. There is a dining area here but so far I have always just picked up to carry out. This is a convenient location for me as it seems I am always driving by here. Did you see their coupons in the mail? What a saving! The 6-in. steak and cheese sub was $4.99. I sub the mixed cheese for provolone. By appearance, the white bread seemed too toasted, but it was so delicious! It came with mushroom, too. I asked them to hold the mayo. It was my first sub from there. read more

Having found out their dough is egg and soy protein free (allergies) we tried them for the first time and quickly gave them a good review last March. We've ordered about 10 times since all of them *very* good. Except the last time, on Father's Day. Extremely late and food poorly prepared. Why 5 stars? I just now found time to go speak with a manager face to face about it. He listened carefully, was professional, apologetic and made us whole. Now that I know they've worked hard to overcome the staffing problem (and what fast business isn't having staffing problems nowadays?) I'm ready to start ordering again. They are SLOW. Estimated time for delivery was 5:45, and I ordered at 4:30. It's 6:01 and it's still "on its way". This place is crap.

Waited for an hour and a half when I was quoted 20 minutes. Should have left but believed them when they said any minute. Arrived to find 15 people in front of me who had been waiting for their food just as long. The food is always good but today I waited longer for an order than I ever have. Hope they get the hold up straightened out. Just watched someone get heated at the young man who was explaining they didn't have enough people show up to work. Six employees basically moving like sloths or standing around, customer before me waited an hour for pizza that still had not been made and then my pizza was sat on the rack right after I asked about it, cashier looks at all the other orders, except mine. I told her it was mine and she went on to help another customer then a minute later another employee calls it out while I'm still standing at the counter. Another customer who ordered delivery came in to pick up order after waiting an hour for delivery, her order had not been started yet, so she asked for it to be cancelled. At least four other people waiting for orders for who knows how long. No management in sight at this store. Employees are poorly skilled and trained. read more

This location is a joke. The last time I tried to order, they delivered the wrong food. They sent an email offer for free cheesy bread, and the coupon code didn't work when I tried to use it. Tonight I placed an order (ham sub sandwich), and got a phone call 5 minutes later. "We're out of bread, and we're about to close, sooo..." (Long pause, like he's waiting for me to say something.) The guy finally nervously says he can cancel the order, or give me credit for later. Why would I want credit here when I never get the right order delivered, or can't get food delivered at all? I get the feeling that it was just too close to closing time (the website said online ordering was ending in 18 minutes), and they just didn't want to do the order. If they were out of bread, why would he even need to mention that it was close to closing time? What does closing time have to do with not having bread? I'm done with Marcos. We stopped by tonight and were quoted 20-25 minutes so we sat and waited. Realizing they were incredibly busy our wait Ended up being just under an hour for just one pizza. The staff did the best they could so we were more than happy to wait since the pizza did come out and it was super hot and delicious. Marcos is just about the only place to get food in Hamilton county after 10:00. Is it the best pizza you'll ever have? Nope. However, when you're hungry and stay awake later than the typical Carmel/Westfield/Noblesville 30-something, it does the job. We usually eat this while watching college football so it's kinda the perfect pairing. read more

We've tried Marco's recently and it has become our favorite pizza. We usually get the Uno Deluxe and it never disappoints. It's a little pricier than the competition but there are usually are plenty of coupons in the "pizza drawer." In my opinion, Marco's has the best ingredients, fresh and plenty of them. Compared to the competition, they stand out: Jet's is good but tends to be greasy on top. We like Bazbeau's but service is iffy and it can sometimes be dried out which is a turnoff if you do carry out. Papa John's has good ingredients but I don't care for the super soft crust. Dominos/Pizza Hut - enough said. The only suggestion to Marco's for improvement would be to crisp up the crust a little bit more but I suppose I'm being picky. I love the flavor though. read more

This has been our go-to pizza place for years. Those days are over. Placed an order last weekend online and was given a pick-up time of an hour later! That seemed excessive for carry-out but whatever. My husband arrived 5 minutes after the website said our order was ready for pick-up, waited 20 minutes, only to finally find out that they lost the order and hadn't started it. He left with our pizzas over an hour AFTER it was supposed to be ready. The manager tried to rectify things by giving us several free pizzas. Thank you! Tried to redeem one tonight. The coup[on code would not work online and no one answers the phone. Finally placed the order online anyway and sent my daughter to pick it up and have them deduct the price before paying. She is STILL waiting after an hour later than the pick-up time. Same exact thing. No sign of our order. This place is a complete dumpster fire! read more

Marco's Pizza just opened a new location in Westfield, Indiana, and they also already have locations in twenty-eight other states. Their restaurant in Westfield offers some limited inside seating and is likely utilized more for carry out or delivery orders. However, they do have a $5.99 lunch special - a six-inch sub, chips and a drink, a small salad and a drink, or a small one-topping pizza and a drink - that probably brings them a decent volume of dine-in patrons. Marco's online ordering system is pretty easy to use, and therefore I placed my carry out order for an extra large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza, an extra large ham and bacon pizza, and cheezy bread on their website. I enjoyed Marco's cheezy bread as the Parmesan and Roma seasoning they put on top gives it a little extra flavor compared to other restaurants' similar offerings. Overall, the two pizzas I ordered were pretty good, but I didn't taste a lot to really set Marco's Pizza apart. I think a way to try to accomplish that in the future would be to order a different crust than just their original classic as they also offer a crispy thin crust as well as garlic butter, Roma seasoning, or Parmesan cheese free crust toppers. If it's possible to add all three crust toppers, then that should step the crust up to the flavor of their cheezy bread and make a delicious pizza from the first to last bite as I have no complaints about their three cheese blend or toppings. So, feel free to give Marco's Pizza a try if you have one in your area and think about my advice to make the crust more interesting when placing your order. read more

I was very disappointed in my service tonight. The customer service was very poor and the employees were not helpful in trying to order my food. I was in a time crunch and I thought this would be a quick and easy option but it was not. I ordered 2 sandwiches and the cinnamon rolls and I had no idea that it would take as long as it did. They said that the wait would be 20 and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. When we finally went up to check on why our food was taking so long, the food had been sitting there for a while and was cold. They didn't bother to call out our name to tell us it was ready and they could clearly see that we were in a rush and were sitting there. I would understand this if they were packed but there was barely anyone in the store. When we finally got our food, the sandwiches were a little soggy. Whatever you do do not order pizza from this location. I've had great success with marcos in the past, but this particular location is one of the worst food service places I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. customer service is alright, but you can see into the kitchen where they make the pizza and I had a hard time finding anything that a health inspector would find acceptable. there are flies everywhere, a terrible smell like the store is filled with dough and trash having set for days and days . extremely disorganized when it came to crunch time. we ended up throwing our pizza out because I assume we would have gotten food poisoning, I have no idea how they are still operating. I've heard more than one negative thing about the franchise that runs this location, the woman is a spoiled Carmel mom whose rich husband probably needed something to entertain her so he bought her a pizza chain to shut her up.
