Also the people who work here are extremely friendly and fast never spend more than 5 minutes waiting on my food. One of the only Jets pizza locations I've seen with tables and chairs. I visited Jet's Pizza today for the first time this afternoon after watching WTHR and they were talking about how delicious their pizza is. I have passed this location many times and just never stopped. I wanted to try the Detroit style with pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushrooms. Shout out to Jennifer the manager and the gentleman that took care of me. I am very sorry that I didn't get his name but he has dreds ,they absolutely blew me away with the customer service that I received. The restaurant business gets a bad rap sometimes and I wanted to say how much I truly appreciate the wonderful service that I received today. The pizza was PHENOMENAL!!! I knew when I saw it, the pizza was going to meet or exceed my expectations. It's one of the best pizzas that I have had, and I am very serious! I ate again for left overs the next day and it was still just as good. I'm glad that they didn't go overboard with the pizza sauce. The ranch was really good too. Long time consumer -- first time to review. A friend introduced us to Jet's and I was simultaneously loving and hating him for it. Truth be told, we used to drive 25+ minutes just to pick up pizza from this place...and then they built one a block from our house. Deeaaa lawwwwd. A good thing and a bad thing for sure. We ALWAYS get the 8 corner pizza -- aptly named as each piece is a corner piece. It is really 2 pizzas side-by-side disguised as one with 4 big pieces per pizza. This is perfect as the hubs and I each have very distinct pizza needs and each can be met with this beauty. No overlap. The 8 corner pizza is kind of a thicker, deep dish -- but not with a traditional crust. It's hard to describe -- but imagine the perfect amount of cheese over an edge to just make it crispy but chewy inside. Heck. Just try it. I also love the Turbo Sticks -- cheezy bread goodness. Better than the Jet's bread in my opinion as the Turbo Sticks have more/different kinds of cheese I believe. Jet's does also offer ways to 'prepare' their crusts on other pizzas, but we have honestly never strayed from the 8 corner. The hubs used to get the wings here as well -- and he was a fan. Jet's also offers salads and 2 liters if that is your thing. We have slowed down in our frequency of Jet's consumption, but we will never tire of the 8 corner. Promise. The staff here at this location is always friendly, and they always get our strange order right! I used to love this place. Today we ordered pizza at 5:30 for delivery. It said it would be 50-55 minutes. It's currently 7:10 pm. The pizza isn't here. I called at 6:40 and they said it was on it's way. The pizza still isn't here yet at 7:10 pm, and they have turned off their phones. I tried calling 19 times (literally. I counted). I am going to have to call and cancel the charge on my credit card. So not only was my food and service bad. I couldn't eat the pizza. I called to speak to the manager who told me I was lying. I offered to send pics of the burnet pizza and told him about the service too. He said I was lying because he was looking at the order. I told him I have confirmation by email on the time the pizza was ordered and phone confirmation the time I called the first time and the time I called the second time Unbelievable. He then told me that I was trying to get my food for free? Not to worry he reimbursed me. I told him I was not concerned about the money but the food they were sending out. Another lazy Sunday and completely unmotivated to cook, so I decided to check out Jet's Pizza. They offer the option to order on-line, which I like. The process was pretty simple. There is a $3 delivery fee. Pleasantly surprised when I found a $5 discount applied to my order for first time on-line ordering. Sweet! I decided to get carry out. I ordered a small square pepperoni and sausage pizza and the deep dish cheese sticks. With the $5 discount I spent $11 and some change. I went in after about 20 minutes. I was greeted by my absolutely adorable cashier. My order was ready to go, so I was in and out in no time. When I got home, I immediately dug in! The cheese sticks were pretty good. Cheesy and liked the crunchiness of the crust as well as the creamy garlic sauce. The pizza was pretty good, but nothing exceptional. The romana cheese crust toppers was a nice addition. All in all great service, but for some reason I found the pizza to be just ok. I would rate this place a 3 and 1/2. This was my first time getting pizza from Jet's. We have a few locations but I was happy to see that they have opened one close to me. The establishment was very clean and very neat and orderly. They have a variety of different pizzas subs salads wings and other items that you can order off of their menu. I ordered online for the first time which was very user-friendly it was very easy to navigate through their website. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the staff was very friendly. Because I ordered online I did not have to wait long to get my pizza once I arrived at the location. If you're ordering for the first time I suggest that you go online and look at the menu as they have different styles of pizza crust along with different sauces that you can add to the pizza crust, not overwhelming but I took several minutes just to decide what crust sounds funny but true. The one thing that did stand out to me on the menu is that they sell pizza by the slice. The pizza was cooked to perfection it wasn't overcooked and it wasn't under cooked. I feel like I need to start by saying that I love Jets pizza. This Shadeland location however has let me down more than once. We rarely have pizza delivered because it's usually just easier for myself or my husband to pick it up. The last time I ordered delivery from this location, I received someone else's order. I called the store and after some back and forth they finally offered to give me my money back, but there was never any offer to remake the correct order. I let that one slide, because they did somewhat make up for their mistake. The most recent transgression however I cannot let slide. Less than a week ago (6/9/22) we ordered dinner and my husband picked it up. When I order online and one of us picks it up, I don't leave a tip. I never have. (I'm not a monster-when we use the delivery service we do tip, and we tip well!) Today my husband was going over the credit card statements and there was an $8 difference of what we should have been charged and what we were actually charged. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else (I sure hope not) but I'd be careful and be sure to check your statements if you do decide to order from this location. We will not be using this location any more that is for sure! I understand that times are tough for everyone, but stealing from your customers is not the way to go about running a business. read more

More than one bad experience with this pizza location. Had I not called to follow up on my order, I never would have gotten it. They never asked for my name or number to be reached at, then had the nerve to say they tried calling and have been looking for "Tiffany." My name is absolutely not Tiffany, nor as anyone else that was working in my department during the shift that I placed the order. The receipt had the wrong name and a number that I did not even provide them with at the bottom. The driver even had the nerve to have an attitude when they're the ones who messed up and just left the pizza at the front of the building and left without saying anything. This was my first time ordering from Jets and its was the best pizza I have had deliver to my house EVER!!! I ordered the Jet10 deep dish pizza and it was cooked perfectly. The crust was crisp at the ends, toppings were plentiful and the flavor was excellent. I am a big fan of Noble Romans deep dish, but the Jets deep dish has a much better flavor. The delivery was timely and the order was correct. They have gained a new frequent customer for sure!!! My experience with Jet's and Grub Hub delivery was a nightmare! I placed order at 5:32 with an estimated delivery of 30-40 Minutes. It arrived 85 minutes later. Pizza cold, tough. The order was almost correct; I medium pizza with sausage, cheese, sauce, pepperoni, & black olives on 1/2. It came with black olives over entire pizza, but they were so few it made no difference. I will not try this chain again. Life is too short to tolerate poor service. Ordered a large thin crust pizza with bacon, ham, and mushrooms this evening. It was delivered and arrived cold. In addition, there was very little cheese, and very light on each of the toppings.
