I was in line for a while. Those kids don't care and when it was time to go to the register, it wasn't whose first it was who they knew. I just stood right there looking at them like an idiot.

ordered dinner for the starving family online, quoted 40 mins. checked at an hour and app says still being made.... hmm. Because I used to run a pizza delivery place ( 20 yrs). I thought ok , they are busy, we will give them a bit more time. at the one hour 30 min mark we call . Takes for ever to actually get a human to answer. The gal that answered says she is the manager. we asked where our order was? She said , it's not my fault people dont show up to work. its not her fault they are super busy. I was shocked to even hear someone who claims to be a manager talking to her costumer this way at all! She did say our order was out for delivery tho. And she offered a refund, but was going to have our delivery drive bring our order back to the store. We said excuse me? This isn't how you keep customers coming back. She said well I don't have to stay on the phone for you to abuse me. we never said anything to attack , we didn't even raise our voice. Our order arrived about 45 mins later (2 hours 17 mins after we placed our order). driver was nice, friendly, apologized up and down. not this guys fault he is doing his job and the best he can. but pizzas were very cold. super greasy. Food has to be good to keep customers but if the people suck , WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! Sandy location is awful, because of the people.

Bored of the pizza joints we usually frequent, my husband suggested we order from Marcos. I think they were fresh in his mind as it feels as though we receive their coupons via mail about one a week. At this time, however, I could not locate any, so navigated to their website. They had some reasonable specials, but after making my order and attempting to "check out," could not get it to go through. I spent a good fifteen minutes doing this, but eventually frustrated, I called them instead. The girl who answered was nice enough, but when I explained my online difficulties, explained that they cannot honor online coupons. Hmph. I get it. Lots of places have different specials for different methods of ordering, but taking into consideration the fact that this was clearly an issue on their side, I would hope they might be willing to work with me. I was not married to Marcos Pizza, and nearly told her to forget the whole thing, when I enquired if they might have a similar offer in-store. She shared a few specials that were not particularly, well, special, then put me on hold for a moment, and returned with something similar to what I'd chosen online. So at least that was something. The order was placed and prepared within about 20 minutes, though note it was in between lunch and dinnertime, so your experience may vary. When I arrived, I was surprised to find an okay-ish looking restaurant; in fact, they have a kind of cute little covered outdoor patio. There is plenty of seating inside. I was greeted promptly, and the gentleman who assisted me seemed eager to ensure I was satisfied. Home, we ate our pizza (well, being a non-pizza fan, I just tried one slice), and it was a-okay. Nothing exemplary, but fine. Other menu options span all the expected standards beyond pizza: wings, salad, a few desserts, though of note they have sandwiches, too. The cost is the same as the majority of other pizza places, food was average, and really the only thing that makes them stick out as a superior choice is if you are dining in, they offer more comforts than the alternative spots geared more toward delivery or take out.

Gotta order online for the coupons which make the price point align with everyone else's. The site tells you it'll be ready at 7:05. Show up at 6:50 and your pizza will have been waiting for you for 10 minutes (manager's confession). Pay an extra $3.00 for cheese and I'd be happy to attach a photo to show you what you get. It isn't discernable from a normal pizza. Call the manager once you get home and he'll confirm extra cheese. The drive through window isn't operational. You have to go inside. I hate Little Caesar's but I'd much rather that than Marco's. To be fair, the business model is to pay shit wages so the franchisee can make their profit. Turnover is going to be frequent. Work product is going to be commensurate the wages. The manager doesn't deserve the grief but I'm pissed because I paid $15 for a cold Little Caesar's pizza. #imdonepatronizingthisshithole #improperandunnecessaryuseofhashtags

Lots of doughy crust. Only a few toppings.

Only reason I haven't been back is because eating out is a whole-family decision. What you get at Bumblebees is, in my opinion, a rare and odd fusion of foods that loosely fall into the realm of Bulgogi and Primanti Brothers (think fries plus bulgogi). The interior is appropriately dive-y. The service isn't surprising or especially fast (I recall it being respectable), but...that unique combination is only akin to having chili Mac (chili over spaghetti) from Hard times in DC. So...it's in that vein of highly flavored meat over a base starch that is cooked in such a way as to carry the flavor and not hamper it...every time I drive by, I wish my family liked spicy things more - it's totally worth it!!

It was so refreshing to not feel rushed out of a restaurant on a busy weekend. I'm a big fan of Lulu and the clever things she's doing with pizza and tortes.

I did notice that the music selection was odd....all 80's soft rock, like an ode to Billy Joel or something. Maybe something more modern or cultural would make it even more enjoyable!
