Never will order a delivery from these guys again Ive never been able to have Marcos deliver to me before. My wife has never had a problem with their delivery. When I order online I plan on having to pick it up because they always say it will be an hour or more before they get it here. Tonight I didnt want to go out so ordered online where the delivery time was listed as 32 minutes. I received a call from Marcos, 20 minutes after it was supposed to be here, the guy on the phone told me that they were down to only one driver and it would be another 40 minutes before they could get it to me, could I just pick it up. I told him no just deliver it then. He informed me that the order was ready and would just sit under the heat lamp for another half hour. Well that was over an hour ago and still nothing. Figure if they ever get it here it will be stale and cold. I would caution anyone looking for delivery against these guys. Received the order, wouldn't recommend their food either, changing to one star. Never had a sandwich that was made so poorly by them, let alone being stale from sitting under the heat lamp. UPDATE: Was contacted by the manager at this location. She did her best to resolve the situation. I understand the difficulty with young food staff workers. Ill give them another chance based on positive experiences in the past. read more

We LOVE their pizza! But seriously, the wait time for delivery is straight up insane. We've been told it will be 4 hours once! Most times it around 2! That's crazy. We have to pick it up, but it's not too far, so it's not terrible. The price is higher than most pizza, so we don't get there very often, but it's definitely worth it when we do! I recommend their bbq pizza! There's one with different styles of pepperoni and it's amazing! You won't regret going (unless you order with delivery)! read more

This pizza tasted really good. I always order just a plain cheese pizza when I go to a new pizza place. The crust was cooked absolutely perfect a little bit of brown color on the bottom and great bite through. The sauce was really good also. I also ordered the wings they were cooked perfectly but they did not have enough sauce on the wings. read more

Food tastes good, customer service is terrible. They originally entered my order wrong, we asked them to remake it, then gave it to someone else. We wasted 30 extra minutes waiting for our pizza. The manager was definitely something else. We weren't being any what hostile or mean, he wanted to completely avoid the situation and let his employees resolve the issue. Refunded our order, only words he said regarded how the card will be refunded. I would expect a manager to at the very least apologize. read more

My family gathered together after the passing of my father in law and after a while we decided we wanted pizza. Marcos pizza, in Sandy, looked to be the best option so I called and placed an order. I was given a time frame of about 40 minutes. One of our family members is diabetic and while waiting for the pizza to arrive began to drop in his blood sugars, meaning he needed to eat something. Since the pizza should be arriving within the next 5 minutes he waited. The time came and went, we waited a little bit more thinking surely they were just running behind. 75 minutes after the original order I called Marcos back to find out if there was an issue and was told that they could not find our order anywhere. The gal said she remembers taking my order, but they have no record of it in their system. They offered to make the pizza then and have it to us within 30 minutes. I obviously turned it down and we went out to dinner. This is unacceptable for any company that wants to keep their customers. It is true that people will seldom talk about their good experiences with a company but almost always talk about the bad. This is only the second comment I have ever made on yelp and will tell others about this experience as well. read more

this marcos has a serious problem with taking orders and getting pizza out. we went there tonight and there was a line some who said they had been there for 45 minutes without being acknoledged . there were people there who had gotton their food but no plates. Food was fine, but in a competitive pizza industry fine wont cut it. The lady behind the counter was not very friendly. It was my first time here and I felt rushed and I didn't know about the rewards program until a different employee asked another guest if they wanted to join. All the in store advertising was centered around how profitable of a franchise it was. This makes since as I didn't feel like they are a guest oriented business. I ordered their cinnamon pizza and i wasn't a fan of spreading my own icing. Not sure if dine in or carry out packaging was available, but i dined in and was given a box as if i were leaving. I wish I had gone to yelp first instead of Tripadviser. Ordered 7 Pizzas and 60 wings. Ask Cole the manager to make some changes from their menu items and he agreed. He said he put special order instructions in the order. He asked me to call a couple of hours before they were to be made and remind the staff to make adjustments. I did and got Vickie another manager. She told me 6 times the "special order request was not on the menu". I told her 6 times that because its is a special order! Every time she would repeat that's not on our menu??? 30 to 45 minutes late also for my party. No wonder this place is rated a 3. Never go back. We have ordered from this location several times, their quality seems to go down with every order. We only live like 3 blocks away. the wings were soggy the last 2 times. We have had our driver forget our salad, only to bring us the wrong one. Today it took an hour to get our order, which shows up 5 minutes after we call them to ask where it is. And of course the wings are soggy and cold. The driver said they were really busy, but it's a Tuesday and we ordered at like 6, so not buying it. I really enjoy the convenience of Marcos. Their thin crust pizza is my favorite. Always great service and very fast delivery no matter what time of day I order. My only complaint is their Sunday hours- they close at 8 and their website still allows you to order online after they have closed. I also don't recommend their salads. The dressing is store bought and not good at all. read more

Worst place ever! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. We ordered pizza for delivery and they told us it would be delivered in about a half hour. An hour and 20 minutes later they brought the pizza and cheese bread and the cheese bread box was empty. We took our money back and called the store and they told us they would deliver our cheese bread right away.... It never came. There is no way that was a mistake. We will never order from them again. I was told the pizza I had ordered hasn't turned out right, so they made another pizza while I waited. They only charged me for the one pizza.
