Why was she not being monitored if she was still in training or at least properly trained? Do I fully blame her...no. Then she picked up our leftovers to box up and she piled up the dishes on the plate of food we were to take home! I almost lost it! Does she lack some common sense? Yes! Who piles dishes on top of my food when I'm supposed to eat it later? WTF? I was afraid to eat my leftovers after this debacle. Where did she get her food card? Having worked in hospitality for many years I gotta say train your wait staff properly and keep a shadow with them until they're fully trained to serve and then guess what?
