The husband and I went there on Saturday to eat. It was very quiet. You were able to watch television and just talk to ourselves. We had a great time. The food was delicious. The manager on duty was very rude. I had to be in twice and each time he was rude and dismissive. He got smart with me when he tried to give me the wrong order and then started mocking me because I said my wife had placed the order on line and I wasn't sure what she ordered but I knew it was a pizza. I had the confirmation email so all he had to do was look on his computer but he chose to get smart with me. II told him this was our last trip here and he said "fine" then went to the back to mock me to his employees which I could plainly hear. I guess I came at a bad time .. yes my order was taken at 10 pm , but it says they close at 11 pm but the looks was not happy and all i wanted was a small cheese pizza , I watched while he made the pizza because of the look I got upon my entrance so I noticed that the same guy at the cash register was the same guy that made my pizza BIG NO and gross even if he did rinse his hands and put on gloves .. he still touched his hat with the gloves on ! By far THE worst customer service ever! Rep was rude, then spoke to "Dj" who claims to be regional manager, doubt that. He spoke over me for the most part of the conversation. Didn't allow me to explain and then went on saying that "I wasn't explaining myself" he hung up on me twice. My complaint was that I had a promise time of 4:14, it is not 5:14 and no pizza yet delivered. Why show up at work and provide crappy service, if that's the type of customer service you want to offer, do us all a favor and don't show up. Pepperoni Magnifico might be a ridiculous name, but it's a delicious specialty. I recommend using the app, which makes ordering easier and accrues reward points. Marcos isn't the best pizza out there, but if you're looking for something more affordable than the finest pizza, but you also want a step up from the Papa J's of the world, it has carved out a nice little niche in that sweet spot in between. I've ordered from this location exclusively for the last 2 years and have noticed a decline in quality of the food. Pizza at one time was very well made and great tasting but now it is hit or miss. Recently ordered a pie that was undercooked and had very few of advertised toppings, of which were all in the center. This resulted in a crust that was close to 3 inches wide. If I wanted bread sticks I would have ordered them. Add this to the decline in customer service & the unwelcoming attitude of the staff spells for me time to look elsewhere for my pizza cravings. Basic order - cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread, and wings, NO modifications! Placed order online at 5:20pm for pickup at 7:15pm same day. Upon arriving at 7:25pm we were told the pizza was in the oven. Twenty minutes of being parked we were then asked the name of our order. At 8pm we get back in the drive thru and were then told the pizzas were just being made BUT if we didn't move our car they would call the police on us!!! TERRIBLE management!!!! Utterly RUDE. I tried to place an order, not to long ago, and was trying to find out why my online coupon wasn't working. They said that I would have order over the phone. The boy who was taking my information said that I wasn't in their area (I'm in Lilburn, and so are they.) I proceeded to ask what store may be in my location and he said "Rockbridge." I said "did you say Stockbridge?" The boy didn't even put me on hold before he told the manager to come get the phone before he "goes off on me." We ordered delivery last night and I was so happy I finally got around to trying them out. I ordered the Uno pizza, cheesy bread, and spicy BBQ wings. The website quoted 45-55 mins but the pizza was delivered in about 30 mins even though I live in the outer edge of their delivery area. Everything was piping hot. They included several sauces including marinara, ranch, and blue cheese. The cheese bread was amazing. Lots of garlic and cheese. The pizza was also delicious The toppings were generous and the mozzarella was good quality. I wish they used fresh mushrooms instead of the canned ones though. The garlic butter crust tasted so good. The wings were good as well but not as spicy as I would like but that's ok since the kids devoured them. I will be a regular customer from now on. Marco's may just wean me off of Pizza Cafe as they have delivery. read more

Even though they didn't have table service, the workers were quick to bring food to the table and remedy any small issues. Hubby loved the veggie pizza. Our kids enjoyed their pepperoni, cheese, and sausage pizzas. The Greek salad was very good, and I highly recommend it (the whole family loves it). We've been in quite a few times, and sometimes they close the eat in area entirely, which stinks. Self service is fine by us and I do try to tidy up the plates and stuff so it's more manageable for them for clean up (large party). Friendly. Great experience, will be back. read more

I was an exclusive Marcos patron until Christmas 2016. I had received a coupon that was supposed to be valid through 12/25/16. I got on computer and placed my usual order and put in the coupon code. Everything was accepted but when I was setting up the delivery time, then I was informed that it couldn't be picked up until next day. Christmas day. That was fine. When I went to pick it up the amount was different and I didn't get the bread sticks. The coupon stated it was good through 12/26/16 and the order was accepted by computer on that day. Although the website says differently, they insist that orders require two hours to be delivered because they only have three drivers. This store should be closed period. Its has gone so far down in food and delivery now its is beyond disgusting. I thought I had ordered a medium work pizza with the original crust. What I got was something beyond recognition of being food. The crust was so thin a wafter was bigger than it and it was BURNT !!! The pile of stuff on top I assumed were my toppings some of which I paid extra for. The scary part this thing had no taste at all no pizza flavor nothing and it had jalapeños on it !!!!
