Dirty Hands! I guess I should just stop expecting something normal..... like washing your hands at a restaurant, because this young lady was just not going to do it. I watched her handle money and go straight to the back and start making pizzas, no gloves, no washing of the hands. besides the germs, the pizza looked pretty good -lol! Lines were long and the prices were good! Crazy, but great service! ...... I'm writing this with tears lapping down my face, has the world gone mad???? read more

I've been coming here for a long time. And I've never been disappointed. This pizza here is amazing. My favorite that I was always order is a very cheesy, tomatoe and sausage pizza. They're Greek salads is so good. The customer service has always been top notch. I always highly recommend Riveraide Pizza. read more

Generally fine, unless two specific workers are there. Placing an online order for pick up at a certain time doesn't mean it will be ready at that time at all. Inconsistent lunch option. read more

We order takeout from here all the time because they have a small square pie for around $6. It's really delicious and so inexpensive. I've never had a service issue because we don't even call the order in. read more

I ordered food from Riverside Pizza not gonna lie, I love Riverside Pizza. This location does not acquire good service. my order was super simple. All I ordered was a large cheese pizza that came out to the total of seven dollars and some cents but when I walked in there, he first gave me an attitude. I said I want a cheese pizza and he mumbled something under his breath and rung me up on the cash register I paid and he gave me the pizza. I opened the box that thing was burnt and its crust, it's not like super burnt. It's just burnt to where I don't wanna eat that like I spent money that I've earned even though it's seven dollars it's still money that I've earned and I'm not gonna eat this so I gave it back and this is what happened so I said the pizza is burnt. He just snatched from my hand and put it in some square thing and then took like almost 25 minutes to make me another pizza and while I was waiting, there was workers in the back they were cussing and they were making TikTok's and doing salsa dancing, and all that stuff and one of them said their butt was itching but I'm not even exaggerating like what are you doing? This is not good customer service so I do not recommend this location, but I do recommend this restaurant cause their pizza is the bomb so don't come to this location. Pick another location thank you. The ambience was mid. I wish they had a bathroom for me to use cause I was waiting for so long. I had to use the bathroom. read more

Pizza was really good but the cashier was awful. I asked if she was open or helping and she just stared at me. I said Im here to pick up and order. She said name. Then total. No smile acted like she didnt want to be there. Other cashier was wotking at getting boxes made. Wow! read more

This is a "whole in the wall" place in the entrance of the Kroger entrance. But it is not run down by any means. During the Covid pandemic they had all the precautions with plexiglass at the register and employees sometimes wearing masks. I had picked up 6 pizzas for a kids birthday party and they were really good. A little above Little Caesars. If you pick up their regular pizzas are $5.99, but if you have them delivered they are $8.99. I had to wait about 5 minutes for our pizzas when I had gotten there right at pickup time. We ordered online and walked in to pickup. The place is okay inside but has an extensive menu of pizzas, sandwiches, salads, wings and breadsticks. They have a cooler for drinks and other sides to grab. read more

Max gave excellent service , the food was very delicious. The restaurant had this old pizzeria feel.

I called my order in and was told it would be done in 10-15 minutes. I arrive at the location 20 minutes later and they have not made my order, and it seems they don't even have the ticket made for it. I order a second time and wait in my car for 15 more minutes. I come back inside and my order is still not ready, they did not make one of my pizzas. So now I'm just standing here waiting for a thin crust veggie, and they asked me if I could get it regularly crust instead. I said "whatever is fastest." I accidentally ordered at this location. I won't make this mistake again. read more

The manager is a real POS I'm allergic to pork didn't order it on my pizza. He did it anyway it made me sick and he refused to compensate me and he was very disrespectful. He blamed my wife for not checking the dog food tasting food that the idiots in his restaurant made. Hopefully he gets sick in the near future like I did. Then we will call it even. It was the lawrenceville location off of riverside parkway. I would definitely advise you not too frequent this establishment. read more

They can't seem to get it right knowing when to have pizzas ready during rush times. It still makes it worth the wait to get a 10piece lemon pepper wings. Since they bake them instead of drowning them in grease, they seem to taste so much better. It won't be as good w/o their delicious cheese pizza to chase it down with. Anything beats that downward spiral of little Ceasars cardboard with cheese. Lol. read more

Love getting pizza from here. Good carry-out deals (5.99 for large cheese or pepperoni) and they have an app if you don't want to call over the phone or order in person. Ordering in person will have you waiting in your car because it's just too small inside this location. I order from here atleast once almost every month. I love their personal size pizzas. The junior pappa pan is my new favorite. Their breadsticks are good most of the time. Their marinara sauce is bland but take it home and add some salt and seasonings to it! Salads are just regular, nothing special about them. The desserts are good. I love their cinnamon sticks. The cheese sticks are pretty good too. All in all, you'll pay a bit more than your national pizza chains here depending on what you get but the quality and freshness is worth it as they're pretty consistent with that. I hope they add seasoning packets on the side and the ability to season crusts in the future. read more

awful manager. takes way too long. serves other people first. restaurant filled with unhappy impatient customers. needs new management

I decided to try this pizza spot out. I always hear about it, and it seems kinda mom/pop so I assumed it must be really good! The pizza is GREAT! Hot, very cheesy and great deal. I got a drink and personal pizza for $5. NOW, the wait for this order was crazy. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, and a lady before me waited even longer. We were chatting about the delay as there was nobody there! The girl who took the order advised she does delivery and doesn't know anything about the deals inside. I had to walk outside and show her the sign. She was clueless and seemed a bit scared behind the register. Poor guy in the back. He had to cook the food, and ring it up because the girl refused to help him. Owners probably need to invest in better staff and the expectations because the service was very bad, and this was my first time there. read more

*Recommendation* Great pizza when you don't want to order from a large chain! *Location* You can get in and out easily! I usually park near the sidewalk so I run in to get my order quickly. *Food* I love the crust of the pizza, but I love pizza crust in general! Lol! It's not like a dip dip, but more of a NY style of that makes sense. The cinnamon sugar sticks are delicious! You can tell they're made with fresh ingredients. The wings were OKAY. They'll get you by if you're craving them. *Ambience* Always clean and the employees are courteous! *Service* I've ordered several times and each time I enter I'm treated respectfully. They show you your order before leaving, so if you have any issues they can resolve them then. read more

This was my attempt to see if the chain was consistent across the board. And indeed it was. Same great taste and same great price!!!

Placed delivery order at 8:28... arrived at 9:55. Was told when the order was placed that the delivery time was 30 min. At 9:24 called to check status and they said 10 more minutes. Called back again after 20 and they were extremely rude saying they were busy and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to their manager and was declined... won't order again. just got a pizza delivered and the delivery guy wasn't able to just drop it off outside since it was a credit card order so I had to sign for it and he had no mask on. I asked him if he is required to wear a mask and he said no. I called the manager and he said they would talk to the driver and I told the manager that this is not a driver issue this is a Riverside issue since you guys are not requiring them to wear masks. Surprisingly my family and I was looking for something to eat. We were going to cook dinner but instead decided on pizza. Being from NY we are very picky with Pizza. Everything has to be on point the cheese, the sauce, the toppings. We came across this place on yelp. The only reason we tried it was because of the great reviews. I will say when all was said and done it was really good. We enjoyed it very much so don't pre judge this place it's worth the try. You won't be disappointed! read more

Knowing that it takes them 10-15 minutes to make Cinnamon Bread, I called ahead and put in an order for that and pizza. They told me it would take 20-30 minutes. My husband arrives to pick up our order 40 minutes later and they asked him what we ordered and asked the kitchen to start making it only when he got there. I wasted my time putting in an order. They should start orders when they are called in, not when customers arrive. Overall the food isn't impressive, but the prices aren't bad. Expect to wait if it's anything other than pepperoni pizza. read more

Riverside Pizza earns 5 stars for exceeding my expectations and providing a very good product at an excellent price. I recently started coming back here whenever I out and about without my wife, who can't have tomato sauce, dairy, or gluten, which pretty much eliminates pizza. They have been running a $1.99 pepperoni personal pizza lunch special that is awesome. It is made fresh to order (expect 8-10 minutes wait time), and is a perfectly cooked pizza crust with flavorful sauce, plenty of cheese, and just enough pepperoni. Rather than wait inside while it cooks, I walk across the street to QuikTrip for a 99 cent fountain drink (28 oz or so) and sometimes splurge for the 49 cent soft serve cup, and usually get back to Riverside just as the order is ready. Staff is always friendly, so I usually toss in a buck to the tip jar, and still end up with a great meal, drink dessert, and tip for under 5 bucks There are two tables outside, along with a bottle of sanitizing spray, but I usually just hop in the air conditioned car and eat hot pizza while listening to the radio. read more

We love the pizzas here and the quick service for takeout. My favorite is the veggies and meatza pizza. Yummy

I eat here often...its cheap pizza and it taste ok. My problem is whenever you all send out a "deal" it's very misleading. I received a coupon by email saying any one topping pizza for $5. I get there and I'm told i can only order 1 pizza. The email does not state that anywhere on it. This is deceptive and this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. You really should state all limitations on the email like any other place. I'm going to stop eating here and go back to Papa John's where I don't have any surprises. read more

The last couple times I've came they have been well prepared and seem a lot more organized. Food doesn't take forever. Good job

This is our favorite local pizza place. I am one that generally doesn't like chain pizza places but Riverside has changed that! The pizza is always good and the ingredients appear to be pretty fresh! Additionally, you can't beat the price! My only complaints are the following: A. They can get pretty busy and when the get busy they can get slowww. B. As of right now they do not offer online ordering which means you have to call and when the store is loud I have found that the associates can't hear you. We always call in the order and pick up because the pizza is so cheap it feels silly to pay to have them deliver. We've become regulars here and are always happy with our pizza! read more

I like pizza. I like overpriced California Pizza Kitchen with their BBQ duck and feta nonsense. I also like bottom rung frozen supermarket crap that I can build on. So believe me when I say I'm not really biased when it comes to pizza. I can't tell you how thankful I am this place opened up less than 2 miles from my house. Without question the best bangs for your buck. A welcome alternative to Dominoes and Papa Johns. And cooking in general. They have this 5.99 deal for cheese or pepperoni all day walk in special which really just makes it too easy for you. Good sized wings (mild, medium, or Franks Original, oh well...) and other basic stuff (salad, bread sticks, 2 liters). Overall a solid, cheap pizza joint. Now, here's where it get's weird. Although they have a drive thru I implore you, resist the urge and place your order inside. Before you leave, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PIZZA! A few times my anchovies were "replaced" by chicken or olives or not there at all. In Riversides defense I will say that this happened on nights when they were a bit overwhelmed. Cause the whole zip code frikkin' loves this place! read more

I have been obsessed with this place since I can remember. This is the cheapest, quickest, bang for your $$ you are going to find. I always make it a point to grab a large peperoni pizza when I am in this area. The service is perfect. They always get you in and out in a jiffy. When I first started coming here the large pizza was only $4.99 and years, years later they upped the price to $5.99 and that is okay. It is still delicious for what it is. I don't know what it is about this pizza but it always amazes me at how good it is. It is nothing complicated it just makes me want more and more. In this past visit I ordered two large pep and ate 13 out of the 18 slices. I would have had more but a buddy of mine came to visit and ate the rest. It is a great substitute for those tired of chain pizza places like Domino's or Papa John's. read more

Absolutely terrible. We showed up right at closing and they closed the door in our face and completely ignored us even though we already called in the order. I never like putting a establishment on blast but we given you guys to may chances. Monday night has became pizza night in our house because of my son that is 2. It was a little before 7 and we call to place an order. The family deal come with 2 large one topping salad and bread sticks. We added one extra topping and chicken to the salad. The girl who took the order was total lost from the start. My fiancé corrected her several times stated that she didn't want chicken on the pizza just the salad. Now mind you she has told her many times and had her repeat the order you think it would be correct. You tell us 10 mins so we stop at the Kroger next door to grab drinks. Now we get there and chicken on the pizza. You have no bread stick for my order!?!? So you wanna remake the pizza that we already had to wait for bread stick. Then when the manager ask the employee what happen you say yea she told me no chicken i just didn't take it off. now again mind you we are eating pizza because our 2 yr old and kids like pizza. We are doing a keto diet the salad is good we have two pizza we will just take our lost with that let's just get home and feed the kids is my thoughts. Oh no we get home start eating our salad and to my surprise it's a fly in it. So at this point I'm totally pissed. We call in a order and it takes a good 30min for it and it's wrong and has a bug in it. I can find somewhere else to spend my money. read more

Great pizza, good customer service. Reasonably clean in waiting area. Kitchen and staff where perfect, clean and considerate.

They have amazing crispy and chewy crust just the way I like in a pizza. It taste good, they're reasonably priced and they're super fast.
