I called and spoke to a gentleman who was able to quickly help me with ordering a pizza and wing special. I asked if I can call back and he agreed. When I called back a younger woman answered the phone and refused to assist me with finding the special claiming I had to order first and transferred me to someone else in the middle on talking.. I got transferred to the shift lead Ariana who listened to my concern and said her GM won't be back for another hour and asked if I wanted to place an order. I said ok that's fine, can you find the special the gentleman informed me of & she was unable to find it and after I politely requested the gentleman who assisted me before she hung up on me. I was never rude or disrespectful to either one of the associates so I'm not understanding the disconnect but I do not appreciate the Customer service or reactions I got from either of these associates and I wish I would've placed my order with the gentleman before. As a shift lead Ariana definitely needs coaching on deescalations as her response was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and left a bad impression. read more

I heard a lot of people that raved about how good MARCOS PIZZA IS SO WE went to try it. We found that it was expensive and for a small little salad is 8 dollars. That's ridiculous and as for the pizza I was disappointed I've had way better pizza and for less money. NOT A GOOD PIZZA! I wouldn't mind paying the high price if it was a good pizza . Everyone from the person that took our pickup order to the person that give me my order were very friendly and professional. The pizza is delicious. We ordered the meat loves. It was loaded with meat and worth the money. We also ordered the buffalo wings, which are meaty and very tasty. The last thing we order was the family size Greek salad. I paid to have meat added. We tried Marcos last week. They have only been opened a short time. We got two medium pizzas, chicken bites, and a salad. The pizza was terrific. We got one with Alfredo sauce, which is my favorite, and it was delicious and made just right. The pizza dough was so good I even ate the crust. I ordered online and picked up in store. Every employee there was super friendly, smiling, and greeted us. As I was leaving a driver was returning and held the door for us. I would definitely recommend trying this pizza place! read more

You don't have to try it if you really know what real pizza is. My curiosity got the best of me, so I stopped by to check it out. The first thing I noticed was the conveyor oven and no self respecting Italian would use anything but a brick oven. Second, there was no Pizza Parlor aroma. When you walk into a real Pizza Parlor, you can't miss the fragrance of the product. I walked out without buying a pie. Just tried Marco's pizza for the first time. The pizza was great. The flavor of the sauce was delicious and the crust was perfect. The owner, Chris, was super nice and attentive. Both him and his staff continually checked on how we were doing making sure that everything was to our liking. This place is new. I highly recommend that people give it a try. read more

Ordered online and said it would be taken out to the car at 6:17. At 6:37 we finally got the pizzas after my wife called and bugged them. I asked for a discount because the pizzas were 20min late, and the guy basically said "there's nothing I can do." Tried this place for the first time tonight . We ordered a large pepperoni and a large sausage pizza. Both were very flavorful the sauce, ingredients and toppings were all delicious. We are now customers for life! We just discovered this gem a few days ago. We went in to order a pizza for my husband and noticed they had Gluten friendly pizza so we decided to ordering for me and my daughter who both have gluten intolerance/celiac disease. The customers service was the best we have ever seen in this area thanks to Chris! The pizza smelled so good on the way home! My husband is sold and absolutely loved his pizza with the Romano cheese on the crust. This was also the absolute best Gluten friendly pizza I have ever tried hands down and tried the garlic butter on the crust! Even my pickiest eater loved it and asked for more! Hands down the best customer service I have received at a pizza restaurant. From being greeted when I walked in the place, to opening the door for me when I walked out. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. I got 2 Lrg. pizzas and a 2 litter of soda for $23 and some change. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend them. This place is one step up above Little Caesars pizza.Prices are about average with Dominoes or PizzaHut.Pizza was good, definitely not gourmet but okay.The meatball bake was very generous with the meat but I dont believe the price was comparable to the size.It was a tray about 5 inches by 4.But was disappointed that it was just one thin layer across, you could not get a spoonful.For the 7 dollars I paid , you could pay that and buy the frozen Bertollis family size and get way more. If ate by itself definitely not more then 2 people maybe.Not knocking them, you just have to try for yourself. read more
