I don't know when it became so acceptable and widespread, that fast food workers would have such poor hygiene. This used to be my go-to place for a sandwich, and I drive from quite a ways to get here. But the past 3-4 times I've visited, I have encountered, not one, but two different males with long hair and facial hair that, I'm sorry, do not look clean. I don't ask much from a fast food establishment, but I would expect fresh ingredients and cleanliness. I enjoy a good sub sandwhich and to get it I don't mind paying a bit more. But the sub I got today from Jimmy John's was pitiful and extremely over priced for what I was served. The paper thin turkey was only 1 layer and they forgot my cheese. I wish I had looked before I brought it home. Their bread is actually delicious but I didn't want to just eat bread....especially at those prices. And I shouldn't have to ask for double meat double cheese when other sandwich places include enough meat. I will never go back. It was basically price gouging selling me a sub with no meat. I know inflation is tough right now but the way to getting more business to increase revenue is to have every customer raving about how great the food was. Not by over pricing and selling crappy food! Take a business course ...you are doing the opposite of how a successful small business does. Went in to Jimmy Johns for the first time today and I must say I was very unhappy with everything starting with the service, We were helped by Trisha and her attitude and vibe was very negative. me and my girlfriend were rushed into ordering and when we had questions we were answered with short answers and an attitude. Jimmy John's only deserves 4 stars at best for numerous reasons but this location doesn't have the hours posted.so when every other place on this strip closes at 10, your lights are bright as fxck, yet I have to Google to find out you close at 9, you automatically lose half a star.
