I ORDER about 1 time a month use to be more frequently getting hard to afford eating out,,,But that has nothing to do with there great service..always someone polite taking the order and even delivery people are on time and go out of the way to bring to the back of my apartment...i normally tip well for that..food is always hot and fresh...i did have 1 time in all the years they sent me a wrong pizza they quickly corrected it and brought me cheese bread too and even left the bad pizza...im pretty sure it was just slip up and it happens...i was not even mad at the one time...This store Rocks read more

Terrible. Too many choices for pizza: type of crust; how much cheese. They had about 6 different types of crust! I got thin, as in New York thin crust, the crust was biscuit thin and flat biscuit crunchy. Out of NY it's hard to get a good pizza and Marci's proved that! I grew up eating Marco's. Since moving away, I had always missed it (although they finally built one closer to where I live now). Since I eat low carb now, I was happy to see that they have pizza bowls now and decided to order the all meat pizza bowl while I was visiting my family back home. And just like when I was growing up, their sauce is still the best from any pizza chain I've ever had. And it was loaded with meat, I could only eat half of it. It was,...ok. I was pretty hopeful after the reviews I saw but overall I didn't find the pizza to be anything special. It tasted the same as a $5 Little Caesar Hot n' ready but for 3x the price. The crust was a little over cooked which didn't help. The pizza was good after a long days work of just needing something eat on the way home but I wouldn't make this my go to by any means. read more

I ordered pizza here on line and was told it would be here by 5:45 called at 6 said they were waiting for the delivery guy to come back and it would be here callat 6 :15 they said it was delivered they would call back to let me know what was going on called back at 6:30 they said it was delivered I told them that I was outside and no one showed up they said ha I'm the one that delivered your pizza I said it wasn't delivered here they said to call someone else so I went down to dales got excellent pizza so glad I didn't prepay for it or someone else would have gotten free pizza would definitely not recommend this place and I order from Marcos all the time read more

Been ordering from Marco's since moving to Avon 5 years ago. Never had a bad pizza and when you pick up your order, the staff is always super friendly and nice. It has become our go-to when we're in the mood for pizza. Our favorite is white sauce, extra cheese, and feta cheese and just recently rediscovered the garden veggie with a couple tweaks. Marco's Pizza in Sheffield Village is so good, it amazes me every time we order one. They're BSD (big square deal) is our go to "build your own" because the surface area is larger than a 14" Large round, so at $7.99 it's a great bargain. Very nice staff, and as busy as they are, I have rarely had to wait for my carry out. read more

IMHO, Marcos brand pizza is one of the best chains around. This particular location takes good care of their food and makes sure you get the delivery fast and hot. You can definitely get a high tab if you're customizing too much but you et what you pay for. Try ordering online. read more

This is the rudest place I have ever encountered, only worthy of a half a star. I spoke to someone who claimed to be the "owner". If this was the owner he needs to take a class on customer service skills, while in the process he should learn to be a team player ( because your not doing your fellow Marco's owners any favors by being rude). I have worked in customer service positions in the past and have always encountered the same policy, " the customer is always right or keep your customer happy!" Considering his establishment is in a business area and we all work, delivering to another business should be top priority....hint hint.....they will order again, and do not charge for each individual order going to the same establishment. Unfortunately this is the third bad experience we have had with this Marco's. I can say with certainity we will not order Marco's again, Pizza Hut around the corner came through with 5 stars!!
