This spot is so cute in a great little town, right next to an old movie theatre. The tree theme is welcoming, with verdant colors everywhere. They have outdoor and indoor seating. We sat inside in a booth, and had a very friendly server. As we had just come from eating, I stuck mostly with beer, which were all delicious from years of development. We had some sharing food as well, which was great; fresh produce and amazing bread and pizza dough. I had a beer flight; one friend got the special regional collaboration beer in a limited glass to take home. It was a popular spot with a lot of people. Prices were reasonable for the quality. If you're nearby, this is a great brewery to visit.

We were told they recently moved from a smaller building across the street. We were there around 3p on a Saturday and there was a steady stream of people coming in. The beer selection was very good. The lobster bisque had a very fishy, burnt taste to it. Would not recommend. The side salad was excellent with very fresh, crisp cut vegetables on it. Very refreshing and great mix of flavors. For dinner I had the vegetable pizza. Lots of vegetables, however, it needed to be cooked another 5-10 minutes. The crust was very mushy. The Reuben sandwich was good. The corned beef was tender and had a good flavor. Would give it 3 out 5. They were setting up for a live band. Lots of commotion, however, we did not stay for their set. All in all would give it a 3 out of five. Would like to try it again as it had 4.9 stars. Maybe just an off night?

The sandwich was outstanding and packed with ham, turkey, pepperoni, pepper jack cheese, and a sun-dried tomato walnut pesto. I honestly thought my 11-year-old might be skeptical of the green pesto, but he ended up loving it too. My husband and older son both ordered the Brewer Burger; one with chips and one with fries and everyone really enjoyed their meals. My husband also tried two beers, the Millennial Haze and Swirl of Particulates (pictured), and gave both a thumbs up. The setup is casual and easygoing: you seat yourself, order drinks at the bar, and food at a separate counter. It was a gorgeous night, so the open-air atmosphere and outdoor seating made it even better. Definitely a spot we'll be back to!

Beer, cider, wine, seasonal type mixed drinks. I had the Ethel's apple pie cider. It's a sweet cider tasted like apple pie with cinnamon. Super good. $7 for 16oz. My friend doesn't like beer or cider and she wasn't sure on the wines so she got a rum and coke. Which was your average rum and coke. We sat at the bar. Bartenders were super nice and helpful. The seats are not comfy. They are those metal stools and chairs. No cushion at all. So if you sit a bit your butt will hurt. Just so you know. Nice stop for a quick drink to pass some time. They have TV's going and it's kinda open with the beer tanks along the side. Definite repeat. Maybe try some food next time.

Before we had even ordered our food, we were already talking about coming back because everything on the menu sounded so good! We sat indoors at one of the high-top tables across from the bar, and the atmosphere was very open and welcoming. They also have a really nice outdoor patio that looked like a great summer spot. We started with the pickle chips appetizer, which was a great way to kick off the meal. My husband sampled a couple of their beers, including the Sunny & 60 hazy IPA and the Blood Brothers blood orange beer, both of which he really enjoyed. For dinner, I ordered the 12-inch Italian hoagie, which was huge and came with house-made chips and a delicious French onion dip. My husband chose the Black-n-Blue Burger with truffle fries, and my older son ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with regular fries. My youngest son went with the pan-seared salmon dinner, served with green bean casserole and risotto. Our server, Anthony, asked if he'd like a Caesar salad before his meal arrived, and we're glad he did because it was outstanding! The food was excellent across the board, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our server Anthony. Since it was our first visit, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, offered recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Hop Brothers Brewing Company exceeded our expectations, and it's easy to see why people keep coming back. Great food, great beer, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

We stopped in for dinner on a Monday night, and once again they didn't disappoint. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The portions are generous, and the quality has remained consistently excellent over the years. That's one of the reasons we've kept coming back for so long. The food is always great, but what really keeps us returning is the consistency, friendly service, and laid-back atmosphere. If you've never been, it's absolutely worth a visit. After all these years, Fat Head's is still one of the best places around for great food and generous portions.

Wings you get in increments of 5. So my 5 buffalo wings were again small and just OK. Nothing to stand out or say this was a good meal. It was just OK.
