I ordered a pizza at 5:15 today. My husband just got out of the hospital so I didn't want to leave the house. An hour later I called to see where it was....they had no idea, maybe delivered to a different house. Manager said she would talk to the driver. 6:30 still no pizza and manager didn't call back. We had this place for the first time during the Arctic Blast of 2021. Here's what I can say. The people at the store worked SO hard! They worked until they ran out of product. This was one of the few places open and they did their absolute best until the end. We waited an hour, but we didn't mind. The food was fresh and yummy. Also, when they couldn't deliver on time, they would let me know so that I would not be disappointed on expectations. I really like Marco's thin crust pizza however this is the tigers time I have ordered double garlic butter everywhere and not have it at all. The second time the young guy offered a side of garlic butter since it had not been put on the pizza at all. This time I asked and she only put it on the crust. Completing an order correctly is important. We all order food a certain way because we like it that way and we pay for it. Hope the staff gets better with completing orders correctly. read more

The employee who waited on me was so rude and very annoyed from the moment I walked in and he was definitely upset that I checked my to-go order. He didn't like that I ask questions to make sure it was all there and annoyed that I ask him to get my drink that I ordered. Then I had to ask for another plasticware for my to-go order he was again annoyed, yet again. I had to repeat myself 3 times because he had earbuds in and couldn't hear. We will not be back! Giving this pizza a solid 7.2. not the greatest pizza in the world, but it beats the hell out of those generic places like pizza hut, dominos, or mod pizza. Especially when it's late at night and you've had a little too much to drink. . Seriously though, this place always leaves you satisfied. Very disappointing. Today is 12/23/2019 and they were suppose to have hot chocolate and kid activities from 5-7pm. We arrived at 6pm-ish and nothing was set up. We went to the counter and it was as if they forgot it was Monday and they were suppose to be delivering on what they promoted. I hyped my stepson all day about the fun he was going to have when we got there. You just can't advertise Monday fun every Monday in December and we get there and it's nothing. They did try to "make it right" by sending us home with cinnamon sticks with NO icing - so we had nice, dry cinnamon sticks. This was our FIRST and LAST time visiting Marco's, this location. Do better and I say that for the other guests that were sitting and waiting for their food and they seem annoyed as well. read more

I forgot how great the quality of Marcos pizza is. If you want authentic Italian pizza then you have to go into town but if you live far like me then Marcos is the closest thing to authentic Italian pizza. Oh and the salads are delicious and wings. I was surprised at how much I liked the wings. I asked them to cook it longer so it would have that crisp to it and wow. This is definitely my go to for pizza unless I'm on a budget then Pizza Hut it is. Lol read more

I have ordered from Marco's (for delivery) twice now. Both times the food arrived before the scheduled delivery time. The first time we ordered the white cheese pizza an enjoyed it. The second time we ordered the Hawaiian pizza (yum), cheesy bread, and wings. The bread was addictive, beware! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the wings had a different texture- they were very mushy. The flavor was there, jut the consistency was way off. Best place to grab pizza. The dough tastes so fresh and the chicken Hawaiian is my favorite, but I choose to remove the bacon. Walking into the restaurant, Brandon and team were very welcoming. Asking if we had been there before - which we had not - and running through all the things they do in-house from fresh crusts to house chopped salads and never frozen cheese. My wife and I decided to split a large half and half pizza, cheesy bread and a brownie tray... no we are not on a diet. After a short wait Brandon delivered a pizza and said it was not up to his standards, so he was making another as well but did not want to throw the first away. We dove into the first and it was delicious! The pieces were a little wonky but we almost finished it despite the cosmetic defect. "Replacement" pizza came out and was perfect - like stock photo marketing advertisement, as seen on tv style. Shook hands with Brandon and left with a smile on our faces and stuffed bellies. This place is going to do great. Friendly staff,awesome Pizza,great variety. Not just Pizza. SANDWICHES and salads and even a pasts bake. We've eaten at other locations and have never been disappointed. I ordered a salad and wings while the guys are getting Pizza. I'm sure I'll have to share. The salad was good and fresh and the salad was definitely a great bargain. They are also going to have a daily buffet for 8dollars. That hasn't started yet but will soon. The chocolate brownie is awesome. We bought that to take home but it smelled so good we had to eat some there. The dough made fresh daily and trust me folks, that makes a huge difference. They definitely get my vote, 5 stars because I had zero complaints or concerns. They just opened this location and did a fantastic job in getting our food out fast and accurately.
