Update! Under new management and this place got so much better! Love their pizza! I typically order carry out from here. The pizza has been to perfection and hot. Their sauce has the right amount of seasonings. They use good quality of cheese and toppings. Aside from pizza, I get their cheese bread. Love the garlic butter on it. Sooooo good! We order Marcos pizza lots. They offer many specialty pizzas. Our favorite is the Lg thin crust pepperoni melt. Extra cheese and pepperoni. So good. The Pizza Bowls are awesome too if you're trying to go gluten free/ no crust. read more

Marco's Pizza - a pepperoni and mushroom pizza - Pizza Near Me - Brighton, Michigan

We received a coupon card in the mail for 1/2 off and decided to try Marco's for the first time. I called and asked about square pies and they told me they only had them in large. I ordered a square with half veggie minus black olive and half old world pepperoni (the small krinkly ones), and a bread with both ranch and pizza sauce on the side. I was quoted 45 minutes and the tab was $15 after half off. The driver showed up fast and we were geeked to try the pie. When I opened the box it was a round with the half pepperoni and the other half tomato, canned mushrooms and a ton of undercooked onions, no olives BUT ALSO no green peppers. It was undercooked and did I mention it was ROUND. The bread was overcooked and it came with a Marco's Ranch cup and a Marco's Pizza sauce cup. They don't make their ranch fresh, WTF?! Pizza sauce cups with foil seals on them. WTF?! Was this Little Caesar's. It couldn't be....I paid way too much money. Was it mass marketed Pizza Hut? Nope, just Marco's. A 2 topping pie with a bread, before delivery, was $24, half-off was around $12 with $3 delivery charge. $15 is kind of pricey for an undercooked round, not square pie, with pre-fab sauce cups. If I'm looking for good mediocre pizza I'll go to Caesar's and save some coin, and if I'm looking for good pie I'll call Jet's or Cottage Inn. read more

2 employees were Rude and insulting! It is the customers fault that the employee was not listening. They stated that if I continued they would not make my food. That immature statement really got me thinking, if they made my order, what would they do to it? Not any better than a $5 hot and ready, but much more expensive. When the pizza arrived 15 minutes after the estimated delivery time, which was 50 minutes after we placed the order, it was undercooked. Cheesy bread wasn't very good. I could go into a long boring story but the end is, if you don't mind lukewarm or downright cold pizza, then go ahead and order from Marco's. This has been our go-to pizza place since we moved here 10 years ago. 95% of the time the pizza is absolutely delicious and delivered hot. But for the last couple of months, they are slipping- big time! After one very expensive order because we had lots of people over, we are done. Nobody enjoys cold pizza. read more

Sorry to say that we are not impressed with deep dish pizza or some of the employees. First of all, it's not a pleasant sight seeing a young lady scratching her nose bare handed and then using that same bare hand to press out the dough to make a pizza! No telling what else goes on. Then there is the delivery driver that pulls into the parking lot as I'm leaving, whips his door open, then spits a big old goober onto the ground (guy with golf/tennis hat and dreads). Finally, the deep dish crust is nowhere near the quality of Jet's or even Little Caesars for that matter. After experiencing this in one trip I believe I'll skip purchasing from Marcos. read more

Ordered a pizza bowl tonight, don't waste your money. it was horrible. Looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Covered about 1/4" on bottom of container, was mostly pizza sauce with ham and pepperoni and there was absolutely no cheese on it. Are a couple bites then threw it in trash. read more

One week ago, we ordered (delivery) a pizza that was completely burnt, dry, and basically inedible! We choked a piece down, because we were hungry. Shortly after I received a survey via email. I explained what had occurred and how unhappy and disappointed we were. The survey asked if a store employee could contact me regarding the matter. Of course, I agreed. Still waiting. Interestingly, today we received a letter from Marco's Pizza (complete with coupons)! I thought to myself, "the store is contacting me via usps". :) The letter was from the store manager, telling us that they missed us because they see it's been months since we've ordered anything from them. Some might say the food is good.. Customer service is another issue! Last month they had a road sign out saying large 3 topping $9.99. I called & orderd the 3 topping pizza. A simple order pep. mushroom and extra cheese.. which didnt have extra cheese on it. waited another 12 min.. The kid on the phone made me feel like i was bothering him that i called. So I order the food, after saying my phone number to him. yes ssllooowly 3 times. yep 3 times... really? He says 15 min to come get it. ok.. great im ready, a long day, hot pizza, yum.. Showed up about 20 min, still waited longer, and when I got it, it was wrong. so waited even longer.. im hungry! Showed up. 2 of the employes make eye contact.. yet dont help me.. a min or so later after makeing a loud noise to be noticed.. " did you order?' whats the name? - Nice- Im told the price. It was around $18.00 well a little under.. What? I said no its $10. The kid looked at me confused.. Talked to another employee.. who said something to another employee.. a bit later an older woman came up. im thinking the owner of the store.. I explained the order. the $9.99 thing. With what i felt a rude attitude. - from her-" well did you say you had a coupon?" - no i noticed the sign for it- " well i cant just give out discounts if you dont say you have a coupon.. do you have the coupon with you?" - no i saw the road sign the other day- well if you dont have a coupon i cant give that price." - she rambled on about hard times and trying to make money.. she was laughing and jokeing about it, while it took forever for the employees to make my pizza again. i ended up getting the $9.99 price. My point is why should i have to deal with a fight to get the price i see advertised.. Im not going back. Tastes good. great. if your going to try to rip me off $3 because i "didnt say i had a coupon that you offer when I drive past the store" you wont get mine or my familys buisness.... read more

I am addicted. Loving pizza and teh ability to walk in and walk out without call ahead is amazing. They are quick to take your order and whip that pie together in no time and the final result is simply the best carryout pizza around. I experiment with different toppings and everytime is a new explosion of awe. Best suggestion I can offer is butter parmesan crust, its a must. If you dont want to spend the money on the one of their specialty pizzas just hit up a pepperoni melt, OH HOLY MOTHER it is as good as it gets. Youre will pay for the quality and flavor but if you like yourself a great carryout pizza then Marcos is the place to find it. read more

I'm in town and got delivery to my hotel- ordered a small, thin crust pizza with pepperoni and banana peppers. DELICIOUS!! I was so pleasantly surprised. Ate the whole thing. Convenient that it was almost the only place open past 9 for delivery on a Thursday. Good job! read more

Fabulous pizza! Not your average "chain" pizzeria. Love the garden veggie pizza with feta and fresh sliced tomatoes. Everything tastes fresh and service is always superior. Never disappointed. Online ordering module is very nice! Delivery is always speedy. Love Marcos! read more

Ordered on line which we have done in the past. Arrived at the store and they said no pizza was ordered. Went back home (forgot my phone so could not confirm I Ordered to the correct location) and my son reordered (this time on the phone). Drove back again for the second time and tried showed staff & manager screen shot of order number and correct location. There answer..."We did not receive any order" would not look at my screen shot, just looked at their computer and kept repeating "we never receiver an order". No apology for inconvenience of driving back and forth, no attempt to find out what went wrong, and no attempt to set things right. Pizzas and subs are good, but poor customer service will prevent me from ever going back (as their competition is just up the road). Funny part, is I just received a customer satisfaction survey yesterday for that order number (still have screen shot), so clearly the order was sent. read more

Great pizza and cheesey bread. Gave them a very complex order and they made a mistake with one of the pizzas and fixed it but threw the extra pizza in for free. Very classy of them. They threw in a side dip for the cheesey bread for free as well. And they don't charge extra for a premium topping like steak. One of my boys is gluten sensitive and they had gluten friendly pizza for him. Couldn't be more pleased. read more
