Marcos has never been my favorite but hubby likes it every once in a while. Tonight he ordered an All Meat. I had a slice and it was decent delivery pizza. Came quick, and met expectations. They didn't do anything wrong, we got it quick, hot, and it was good. There are better pizzas out there but I can't complain. read more

They have definitely improved over the past years. We always order pickup. The pizza's are always hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered. It's not too greasy or saucy & they load it with toppings. Personally from the inside it wouldn't be my vibe for dine-in, but would definitely recommend pickup or delivery. read more

Placed the order online at 4:58pm and after the order tracker showed no movement at 5:49- pizza still under construction-I called the store to check. They informed me that they tried calling to tell me that they did not have lettuce for my salad but I received no call and n my end nor any voicemails. Okay, no worries, they actually did get lettuce in and had made my salad and it would be on its way. We walked in asked if they did dine in she said yes. We sat there for a couple mins and she said I don't have a waitress to take your order so your gonna have to come up here and order so we did. Then she said what drinks you have two liters or 20 oz so we got 20 ozs. We didn't get any cups or ice. We had to get our own napkins and cheese. Ate our pizza and crazy bread on paper plates. We asked for something to get our pizza off the tray and she handed us a wooden spoon. Also asked for sauce and she gave us 1 ranch and told us the buttery garlic was 89 cents for the garlic but as we left she gave someone else butter garlic for free. New to area as we moved up from Florida. I was happy to see a Marco's Pizza close by because the one we used in Florida was excellent. Alas, we will not go to this one. First time, while staying at a nearby hotel, I ordered an Italian sub. I mean it is a pizza place right? I picked up the sub, got to my room and found a nice hot sub- with NO MEAT! Just veggies, seriously! I called and after trying to talk to Some young guy who was brain dead (sorry, it true), I got the day manager who said sorry, he would get me another sub. I drove back to Marco's and watched a guy make my sandwich with no gloves and no mask. What? This is a restaurant in the middle of COVID! I told the manager that I wouldn't eat that and to please either refund or make another. He was not happy, but made another. I got back to the hotel and the sub was terrible. One month later, we moved into our home and as I must be a glutton for punishment I ordered a small pizza and a spinach salad for my wife. The pizza was burnt and the spinach salad was a little bit of spinach on top of lettuce. Another fail! So, I will have to miss my old Marcos pizza. In general I like Marco's Pizza but this establishment needs work. My mom and I went there for dine-in on Sunday night. There was no one in the restaurant and all the employees were sitting around watching the football game on the big screen TV. Even when I tried to order, the manager (who was taking my order), was more interested in the game than in serving me. All the tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. While we were eating, one of the employees started to sweep and mop the floor around us. Cleaning while customers are eating is on the top 5 list of do-not's in my book. I do not want all that dust kicked up and getting in my food while I'm eating. Nor do I want to smell of floor cleaner while I'm eating or the hazard of slipping and falling if I have to get up. Owner is extremely rude and will talk back to you and belittles customers. They messed up my order after we waited Pat the time it was going to be ready. I asked for them to refund my money because we had to leave and she said they would fix it in 2-3 min which turned into 6. We have given this location multiple chances to provide decent food and good service. As we have only used them as a pick-up pizza place, that shouldn't have been hard to achieve. As many other customers have stated...you would be better going elsewhere. Their staff is a revolving door of kids who don't care about customer service, the orders are frequently missing ingredients and the owner does not care about maintaining clientele. After our last experience of waiting 40 minutes for a to-go order that we were informed was not quite ready, but then being handed a box that had been sitting in the order window since we walked in, Marco's in Bethlehem has lost our business permanently. I'm always hopeful that this will be the time that things will go well when ordering from this place...I was wrong. I placed my order for delivery at 11:35am unfortunately it no longer tells you how long delivery times are before placing your order so I didn't find out that it wouldn't arrive until 12:45pm which if this was a weekend evening instead of a Monday morning I could rationalize and if it wasn't for the fact that I'd already paid for it with my credit card I would've called and cancelled (but I don't trust that they'd actually refund it). At 12:30 the tracker said it's on its way (we're less than 3 miles from the store) and I do take into consideration that there is construction going on but it didn't arrive until 1:12pm. Of course the pizzas were cold upon arrival but that they weren't right is even more annoying. I realize the only reason they're still in business after all this time is because we all would rather eat wrong cold pizza delivered to us instead of having to cook. So I think I'm going to start keeping frozen pizzas on hand instead because it'll be cheaper and can't be much worse and it'll actually be done and here in less than an hour & 40 mins. read more

Our pizza arrived and all three were smashed in the box into the same corner; it mimicked what would happen if someone slammed on the breaks and the boxes flew into the floor. I politely stopped the delivery woman and explained the situation to her and also called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She was very short and cold with her responses. I asked if she would like for us to return these with the driver or keep them. She sharply responded, "oh no, give them to her". After that I tried to recap the conversation and she hung up on me in mid sentence. After 30 minutes the pizza was delivered by the manager who walked in the office (which does have a sign that says to please wait and someone will come assist them), sat the pizzas down, told the front desk to check them in front of her. She then grabbed her warmer bag, stated she gave the doctor 10% off her total and turned around and walked out. Very poor attitude. read more

My wife and I ordered Marcos this evening and the food arrived in a very timely manner but that is the last positive thing I have to say. When the food arrived the salad I ordered was the wrong one and it looked like it was put together by a 2 year old, it looked nasty. When I unwrapped the the sandwhich it was burnt. I don't mean it was slightly over done it was nasty. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager the girl I spoke to sounded annoyed that I called. The manager was surprisingly helpful and she told me that she have have it remade and have it sent to us again. Unfortunately it took almost 1.5 hours to get to us. You WILL be ripped of... - Kajal (the owner) tells us to put far less toppings on pizzas than the franchise tells us - You cannot get a Special, Deal, or Coupon unless you specifically ask for it - Many parts of the restaurant are only cleaned with water (and not soap) simply because its "too expensive" - This restaurant isn't even close to Marco's Franchise standards (51%) - The customer satisfaction rating is below 65% - We are told to never give store-credit, or give customers their money back.... even if its our fault - Less than 20% of the inside tips actually go to employees (verified several times) - Many employees have regularly had hours missing from their paychecks - The owners will rip-off anyone: customers, employees, or anyone just to make a buck Everything mentioned is completely verifiable by employees other than me.... just ask None of the employees expect this place to be open in a year or two.... especially not with the current owners read more

1 star doesn't seem low enough to describe the poor quality and complete lack of concern and customer service from this Marcos store in Bethlehem. We have been ordering pizza and salad for well over a year. I can honestly say that we've had more orders delivered incorrectly, cold, late, missing dressings, etc. than we've had correct orders. What's even more concerning, is that the owner, Cajul, is the most disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They continually forget salad dressings, underestimate the time it takes and it's always late and cold. The biggest disappointment is that the food is amazing when prepared and served as its meant to be served. Do not order pizza for delivery from the Marcos off 316 and 81. I ordered pizza for delivery almost an hour and a half ago. They took the order no problem. The delivery driver called 30 minutes ago asking which house i was....obviously he wasn't on our street or even in the neighborhood. Now that the delivery driver can't seem to find my house or our neighborhood, the woman on the phone is insisting that we are out of the delivery range but she was doing a favor by delivering the pizza. I asked her to cancel the order because it is going to be cold by the time it gets here, since he's been out driving for probably 40 minutes and she got an attitude, talking about not serving us again.
