Soo.. this is my go to spot for pepperoni pizza. Its a little older pick up spot. Nothing fancy. Throughout the years it's been hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is amazing and sometimes it passes. If you go during peak times there'll be a wait. Obviously. I don't usually order delivery because I'm not too far but recently I did and most likely wont ever again. I've ordered delivery before and it has always been a good experience though this franchise uses door dash for their deliveries instead of in house. Attached I have a couple pictures of how my pizzas were delivered. I called Little Caesars multiple times right after receiving the pizzas but there was no answer. I called Door Dash and was supposed to be receiving a partial refund but never got it. I tipped cash (40%!!) so I'm pretty upset the driver took it knowing the pizzas were not handled correctly AND she was 20 min late. Take my L as a learning experience and don't tip cash because Door Dash will not reimburse you that if anything should happen. read more

We drive out of our way 15-20 mins to this location because they have always had the best breadsticks. The last 3 times we've got them have been horrible. Tonight we ordered 2 packs instead of the usual 3 and I was very disappointed, very dry, no butter or and barely any parm. Absolute waste of my time and money tonight. The frozen fundraiser version comes out better than this. read more

The staff gives away pre-order pizza, that are paid for online to their friends. And the reason being that, another person with the same name ordered the same thing with the same code, at the same location. What are the chances. One in a million type situation. So do we order online just to be told someone else has our order and we have to wait for a replacement. We were not offered a refund, nor an apology. And the police were called because we caught the employees stealing. Rude and robbers are what they are!!!!!! read more

just stopped here to grab dinner for my kids after my sons HS track meet. The young lady at the front was very sweet, kind and had amazing customer service. I ordered a cheese, italian bread and a beef pizza. While the cheese and Italian bread were ready, I had to wait about 10min for our beef pizza. The pizza that was hot and ready was fresh and the kids tore it up in the car. The store was also clean upon entry and the cooler was stocked with various drinks.! My husband picked up a pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was SO GREASY that the crust was flappy and soggy. The bread was gummy and not done. Very disappointing. read more

BEWARE! Ordered a 5 meat and batman/calzone combo pizza online at 11:20 am using their Doordash delivery option. Was watching the tracking which showed delivery estimated at 12:05 PM and could see a male driver for doordash picked up my order at 11:50 am. I live 3 min away. 15 min goes by and no pizza, then the tracker online resets and shows a female drivers information and shows my order was just received by the store??? What!?!? It's now 12:10 PM and I call the female driver and a recording says a new driver is trying to be located to fullfill my delivery order. Then I get a text 12:14 PM my order was modified or canceled and to please call the store. I call little Ceasars and they said a male driver picked up my pizzas over 20 min ago but a female driver also showed up to pick them up right after him and they told her the order was already picked up by the first driver. Little Ceasars looked at my order on their computer and it showed my order was canceled thru doordash. I ask why or who canceled my order and nobody knows anything, I'm out $31.30, and I have no pizzas. Nobody has the contact info for the driver who picked up my order either. He never showed up at my house or called me. Little Ceasars tells me to call customer service to get a refund. Customer service tells me it will take 7-10 business days to get a refund. Seriously? Then they tell me to reorder the pizzas and a new doordash driver will pick them up and deliver them. Lol Hell no! I called the store back and ordered the same pizzas and said I'll just pick them up. They tell me it will be ready in 10 min. I get up there 15 min later, swipe my card, and they tell me the pizzas are not ready yet. I wait another 5 min and get my pizzas and leave. Get home and this batman pizza/calzone combo and the 5 meat has so much grease on it, its not even edible. Literally puddles of grease on top, grease in the box coming off the pizza, and when you try to pull slices apart the grease goes everywhere and your fingers are covered in grease. I'm 46 and have eaten a good amount of pizzas in my lifetime, but I've never had a pizza with this much grease. In my opinion the amount of grease looks intentionally done because I complained about my first order not showing up. You can't even eat it. I call little Ceasars customer service back to see if I can get compensation for my troubles and this horrendous pizza and they tell me they don't do that. I will not be doing business with this or any other Little Ceasars ever again. read more

Have eaten here many times over the years, but it went way down hill. There are many issues with this place, but what I want to put in the spotlight is the fact that I'm face deep in pizza, right? And as I swallow, I feel (what I assume) to be a roach. But it gets better- I actually didn't get to swallow it. As I frantically dig my hands into my throat trying to get it out, I feel it crawl deeper into my throat; forcing me to swallow it. Never eating here again, get your shit together. Peace read more

The food is good but the place is severely understaffed. The owner should come in and help or hire more people. I never used to wait at this location but now I wait every time for a hot-and-ready pizza. Why aren't kept stocked in the hot case? It's the only reason I go there. I used to be in and out and now it's a 5-10 minute wait every time. The remodel is well done and the place is clean but they need more people. I hope the owner sees this. read more

The service from order to the time of taking out take about 38 minutes. Both of the guy been touching their face, but the other one been touching his face multiple time. And All the cooker from the pizza artist is been talking to each other while they making all the pizza. read more

I sent my 16 year old daughter to order some pizza there. While she was looking at the menu, the cashier, a young man with a man bun, looked at her and said, "What's the matter? Did the blunt hit too hard this morning?" I felt like this was total disrespect as my daughter doesn't not smoke marijuana nor does she do any drugs. Their pizza does not taste very great. There isn't much flavor, because there is too much bread. It is very cheap, ($5 for a pizza) so there isn't much to expect. Their breadsticks are good, but I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone. read more
