Your Pie might do regular pies really well, and while I give them full marks for having gluten free and vegan options, they fail miserably in the execution. I am gluten intolerant, not allergic (I know, I find me annoying, too), and again, to their credit, they offer gluten friendly and allergic crust options. I was also pleasantly surprised to see vegan cheese options and plant based sausage. So, I got all of that along with spinach and red peppers. Maybe my problem is I tried too many "alternative" options. The gluten friendly option was required, but I'm not vegan - just try to be plant based a few times a week - and maybe gluten free or vegan would have been good, just not both. The issue with the crust was it was very doughy. I don't think it was undercooked because the edges were crispy - I just think this was a very chewy crust, and I don't like that. There also seemed to be a very conservative amount of sauce - stingy, almost. And "stingy" goes for the other toppings too. Cheese was fine - I liked the vegan cheese - but the plant based sausage, red peppers, even the spinach, was barely a sprinkling. I am not sure when spinach because a scarce item, but this place was hogging the toppings like there was a pandemic coming and pizza toppings were the new toilet paper. The quality, in addition to the quantity, just wasn't there. Perhaps with an acceptable amount of toppings and sauce, it would have overcame the unacceptable crust, but I guess we'll never know. I hate panning restaurants that try to cater to everyone, and I really appreciate the effort and menu on the part of Your Pie. I just wished they pulled it off better. read more

Ordered two pizzas, had them delivered, one was missing all the toppings, the person who answered the phone said it was still at the store. Ok... they're going to deliver the right one right? Nope. She was like "can you come pick it up?" Um no - that's why I had it delivered. Couldn't figure out how to refund it. Expected me to be happy with an overpriced no tipping pizza. Seriously? The restaurant is fairly clean and staff are typically friendly. I have been here a few times since opening. Most of the staff smile and speak clearly and loud enough to hear them. Their attire is clean and you can see their name tags. I am not thrilled with the amount of hair free flowing and whipping in the breeze. It would be best for them to wear hairnets. The young lady at the register today had hair across her face covering her right eye and extremely long lashes that I'm certain were fake. Personally, I do not think this is appropriate in a food establishment. The dough prep station seems cluttered and unorganized. This might be the typical setup but just looks like poor use of space. There are boards one on top of another. I assume they are cleaned boards with the bottom of one board on the prep space of another, cross contamination could be an issue. I suppose the heat of the oven kills everything. The prep station itself is usually a mess, with stray bits of toppings all over the place. I have come in at opening and it looks like they've been open for hours. The glass is clean and you can see clearly through it. The cut station has left over items crowding the space, extra containers and items that look like they are for the registers. Not making good use of their space. Wait time for the pizza is good. Movement through the line is typical for this type of establishment. The staff move with purpose, mostly. The drink station is typical and all the drinks work. The gelato is good and looks clean and well kept, as well. I have not visited the bathroom. Ambiance is good. The temp this time was nice and cozy. I have been and it is freezing. So it's a hit or miss on to bring your sweater inside or not. The tables are hit or miss. Sometimes they are clean and other times they are not. Guess it depends on who is working, unfortunately showing either poor training about cleanliness or staff who don't care (or both). The TV is on but I don't notice the volume. The pizza is hit or miss. I have only been one time when the bottom had been burned bad enough I had to ask for a replacement. It was unacceptable. The other times the pizza is cooked well but the toppings are clumpy or skimpy. I think over time this will improve. I like this place. The location is convenient, price is good, but quality needs some improvement. I will continue to dine here. read more

My wife and I visited this location today and were standing in line waiting to place our order for approx. 5-10min., I watched 3 receipts spit out of a machine (which were online orders) and we were then told we would need to wait because those online orders had "timed" deadlines... I told them that was not ok and that we'd like to place our order as we were standing in line when those orders came in. I was told "sorry, I'm trying"?? I think that's the wrong thing to tell a customer!!! So, I told them that's fine, I have no problem going somewhere else to eat. Their food at this location is mediocre at best as we've eaten at this location a couple times before, and is not (in my opinion) worth standing in line for an additional 15 min to place an order. Pizza was good. Mine could have been baked a lil longer considering I waited 50 minutes. that's OK because I do like to reheat mine in the oven the next day so that way it will taste better the next time I eat it. The sausage remind me of little Caesars pizza sausage. I ordered the Italian sausage pizza so I was just surprised that the sausage didn't look consistent with the advertised and social media pictures that I saw. My sausage was light in color, some social media pictures look darker and much bigger like a real Italian sausage and should have been cooked a lil more, again, it doesn't really matter to me, I plan t reheat anyway. I will go back here again. But I will be buying a small slice of pizza and not this big one. Prices are high. I page over $35, I think close to $40. read more

It's nice to have one in Loganville. However, the experience is lacking. The food is good and quick. The employees do their jobs, but they look really bored. I've gotten food from this your pie many times, and my school has it on Mondays and Thursdays. Since I've been here so many times, I'm confident to say this place is great!
