OMG I RARELY get on Facebook and post. But I want to share with everyone my adventures tonight. Ordered online at MARCOS PIZZA Loganville. I arrived at 5:54Pm Large pepperoni with 1/2 onions and 1/2 GREEN olives simple correct. Got my first one made wrong. Half had wrong items. The guy asked you really want me to make it again. I said yes. Pizza Two had 75% onions on it not half. So I had them remake again. At this time the "Manager" made my pizza. So instead of READING THE ORDER He Made it wrong for a 3 time. I asked for a refund at this point and he refused stating I could have all the wrong ones if I wanted. So 1 hour later I get pizza number 4. I always really enjoy the pizza here, so we went for dinner this evening. I ordered online and my wife went inside to pay. The gentleman who took her payment treated her poorly for not tipping for a carry out order. Don't feel like I should have to elaborate any further than that. Then she could literally hear the other staff members talking about her. Not even really trying to hide it, and it there were no other customers in the store. Oh, and I'm pretty sure the bbq chicken pizza isn't supposed to have a marinara base with bbq sauce on top. HORRIBLE experience!!! I arrived to Marco pizza following Kumon with my 5 year old son at 4:10pm 11/14/25. At The Counter was a large african american male in a "wife beater" hair exposed on his chest and under arms. YUCK! Marcos pizza, why are you allowing this??. On top of this lack if clothing, the gentleman around the age of 50 was rude! He could not find my order even though it was the only pizza on the shelf and in his frustration he verbal lashed out at me. I visited this Marco's Pizza on New Years Eve. I just wanted to tell the staff that they are much appreciated. On this evening, there was a large back up in orders. When I arrived, the line practically out of the door. Everyone seemed to have already ordered in advance and they were there to pick up their orders. Many people were livid as most of them had waited over an hour for their pizza and many hadn't even been made at the time. I was completely understanding as it was also the same evening as the UGA/Michigan game. I also heard a worker say that five people called off from work. I don't know what going on with this store, I love marcos pizza i was in the area and this was the closet to me. I went in to pick up a pizza. I had to wait about 5 minutes until my food was ready. I sat and waited in the inside most of the tables were dirty crumbs and sticky residue everywhere. this is highly disturbing. not only was the tables dirty but the mangers and staff weren't friendly at all. Some indian dude and looked like a bunch of teen. I asked them about cleaning off the table while i waited and they use a napkin to brush off the crumbs on the table. no surface cleaning products were used so the sticky residue was still there. while i was waiting I over heard the management being very rude to there staff. over all i was more ready to get out of that store and leave i never had a experience like this. once i got home to eat my food my pizza was also wrong. i ordered a pepperoni magnifico with double sauce my pizza was very dry. We ordered the plain bone in wings and a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, the wings were terrible, incredibly small with barely any meat on them. The flavor on the wings was ok. However, the pizza was really good but a little greasy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hot fresh pizza locally. read more

Second time at this location and it was awesome!! We were craving pizza and decided to order from Marcos because of the $6.99 medium pizza special. We ordered two medium pizzas an hour early and went to pick it up at the time I set it. The pizzas were just coming out of the oven and it was piping hot and ready! So today I decided to get Marco's Pizza BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni. So the young girl at the counter opens the box to show me the pizza, I then noticed there were mushrooms on my pizza. So I ask her what is that on the pizza that doesn't look like cheese. She responds oo thats's mushrooms (extremely nonchalant) I said I did not order a mushroom pizza. So her response oo its not really a lot I said Ok but if a person is allergic to mushrooms that's definitely not ok. Y'all have to make this over. Then asked to speak to the manager. She walks away takes my pizza to the manager who looks at the pizza and laughs. (Young male) I said ooo so this sh*t is funny. You could potentially kill someone and its a joke. Then she goes well you didn't tell us you have a food allergy. Yea I did not however I'm telling you now so Im confused where is the damn disconnect! Little miss red hair in the back who apparently her name is Sandra proceeds to go on and on about how oo well I said we can take it off we don't need to remake a whole pizza. I make pizza's all day and I have to use the same cutting knife so sometimes a piece of food can get on another pizza it's not that serious. So I then said clearly you don't understand how a fu*king allergy works! You can't just peel it off and there it is you need to make the damn pizza over! Here's what I just sent along to corporate for your horrible staff management. I arrived on location and began to walk through the lobby of the restaurant and manager yelled at out at me to determine if I had a pickup order. I stated I did not and he immediately began yelling at me to get out of his restaurant and that there was no public restroom available. There was no signage or any indication of this anywhere. I said nothing to him and I began to walk out of the restaurant and he continued to berate me. He stated this is a restaurant what is wrong with you. I went back to the location a few moments later and I asked him if he thought that he was rude in the way that he spoke to customers. He immediately began yelling and stating that he was not rude because people walk out and use the bathroom all the time. I stated do you think I would ever come back here as a paying customer when you talk to someone like that? He immediately began yelling and acting aggressively. He was not wearing a name tag and I asked him what his name was and he stated that he did not have to give me his name and to get the hell out of his store. We have been eating here since they opened and if you're in the restaurant the pizza is the best in Loganville. Most of the time the delivery is good but usually on the cold side. They changed their delivery program online and it's been down hill ever since. They can't seem to keep more than one driver at a time so even though the online system says you'll get your pizza at 7pm, the ONE driver may get it there by 8pm. Not his fault, of course, but crappy management! I just had to cancel my order because when I called at 7:15 my pizza was still waiting at the store for the driver to return to pick it up. I literally waited over 90 minutes for delivery. When I called and spoke with a manager I was told they have no control over the wait time and they are extremely busy and up the phone. The driver finally arrived and when he did he had the wrong order and proceeded to go back to his truck. He received a call from the manager and I assumed told him to not delivered the pizza and leave. The driver drove off while i stood at my door waiting on him to return with the correct order. Where to start?...We've figured out that after 6 attempts to get a pizza from this place that was correct to the order. one must actually be in the restaurant. Tonight that wasn't the case. After getting our drinks, we gave the female waiter our order - Large thin crust pepperoni, sausage, and green pepper...very well done and sliced like a pie. Our waiter complimented us on the order since that was "exactly how I would order it". When the pie arrived, it was under cooked - not even half near "very well done" and it was cut into the little squares we don't like. When we pointed these errors out, we were told "but that's how I entered the order and that's how it's normally done". We got up and left thoroughly disgusted at both the service and the response. Marco's Pizza next to Kroger in Loganville, who I have ordered from many times, had a girl answering the phone tonight who was completely rude and immature. She had no phone skills whatsoever. By far the best pizza in town but I'm done giving them my business. When they first opened, they offered a 5 level scale for doneness. We have always preferred Level 5 - E extra well done. Awhile back we make our usual order and get an argument from the girl about how well-cooked we wanted the order but she assured us that it would be done right...The pizza they delivered was only a level 3 at best. The next time I ordered, I explained how I wanted a level 5 cooked pizza and the clerk assured me she would personally see to it that it was correct...T he pizza that was delivered was a level 3 at best even thoughthe ticket said xtra well done and I called the store and complained again. This time they called me back and left the message that they were sorry and my next pizza would be free. Tonight I ordered again. They didn't honor the free pizza like they offered but they said my file now showed that my order should always be extra well done. So I paid top dollar for the pizza...The pizza that was delivered was level 3 at best and required an extra 20 minutes in the oven. I called to complain but the manager wasn't listening when I said they're dead to me now.
