OMG I RARELY get on Facebook and post. But I want to share with everyone my adventures tonight. Ordered online at MARCOS PIZZA Loganville. I arrived at 5:54Pm Large pepperoni with 1/2 onions and 1/2 GREEN olives simple correct. Got my first one made wrong. Half had wrong items. The guy asked you really want me to make it again. I said yes. Pizza Two had 75% onions on it not half. So I had them remake again. At this time the "Manager" made my pizza. So instead of READING THE ORDER He Made it wrong for a 3 time. I asked for a refund at this point and he refused stating I could have all the wrong ones if I wanted. So 1 hour later I get pizza number 4. And then i tried to take a photo and the manager smacked my phone out of my hands and on to the floor Wow folks what the heck is going on with these restaurants. #Marcos #marcosloganville #MarcosPizza #Marcoscorporate #worstpizzaever read more

I always really enjoy the pizza here, so we went for dinner this evening. I ordered online and my wife went inside to pay. The gentleman who took her payment treated her poorly for not tipping for a carry out order. Don't feel like I should have to elaborate any further than that. Then she could literally hear the other staff members talking about her. Not even really trying to hide it, and it there were no other customers in the store. Oh, and I'm pretty sure the bbq chicken pizza isn't supposed to have a marinara base with bbq sauce on top. Pretty disappointed with the people the most, but that's no surprise if you read any of the other posts. Know that not much has changed. read more

I called the store and a rude ass manage or somebody answered I thought everything was perfectly fine once I asked if they were hiring he hung up in my face first of all that's disrespectful and unprofessional I called back 4-3 times and he didn't no answer then when he finally answered my last call he answered yelling and raising his funk ass voice then proceed to auger with me and hang up in my face once again I will be calling the corporate read more

Every time I give them a chance, it's aways a let down. Tonight's order was no different. Wings can over cooked and very salty, the new 3x pepperoni magnificent pizza was a joke. Skimpy toppings, little cheese. Was made like a $5 Little Ceaser pizza. Will not be returning wasting my hard earned money! read more

HORRIBLE experience!!! I arrived to Marco pizza following Kumon with my 5 year old son at 4:10pm 11/14/25. At The Counter was a large african american male in a "wife beater" hair exposed on his chest and under arms. YUCK! Marcos pizza, why are you allowing this??. On top of this lack if clothing, the gentleman around the age of 50 was rude! He could not find my order even though it was the only pizza on the shelf and in his frustration he verbal lashed out at me. As i walked out the door this man was still verbally aggressive while I had a 5 year old with me. Wow! Marco pizza, why has your service fell this low? Please address and watch the film. Never had this experience in coming here. read more

I visited this Marco's Pizza on New Years Eve. I just wanted to tell the staff that they are much appreciated. On this evening, there was a large back up in orders. When I arrived, the line practically out of the door. Everyone seemed to have already ordered in advance and they were there to pick up their orders. Many people were livid as most of them had waited over an hour for their pizza and many hadn't even been made at the time. I was completely understanding as it was also the same evening as the UGA/Michigan game. I also heard a worker say that five people called off from work. When I did finally receive my pizza, it was completely delicious. Marco's is my favorite pizza. Again to the staff, thank you! read more

I don't know what going on with this store, I love marcos pizza i was in the area and this was the closet to me. I went in to pick up a pizza. I had to wait about 5 minutes until my food was ready. I sat and waited in the inside most of the tables were dirty crumbs and sticky residue everywhere. this is highly disturbing. not only was the tables dirty but the mangers and staff weren't friendly at all. Some indian dude and looked like a bunch of teen. I asked them about cleaning off the table while i waited and they use a napkin to brush off the crumbs on the table. no surface cleaning products were used so the sticky residue was still there. while i was waiting I over heard the management being very rude to there staff. over all i was more ready to get out of that store and leave i never had a experience like this. once i got home to eat my food my pizza was also wrong. i ordered a pepperoni magnifico with double sauce my pizza was very dry. I will not be coming back this marcos again worst experience ever read more

We ordered the plain bone in wings and a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, the wings were terrible, incredibly small with barely any meat on them. The flavor on the wings was ok. However, the pizza was really good but a little greasy. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hot fresh pizza locally. read more

The owner fussed at me because I went in and used the restroom without asking him. I was so shocked. I told him I had an emergency. He didn't care hollering that it was private property and it wasn't a public restroom and I should ask. I usually go to this Marco's for my pizza. When I told him he just lost a customer, he told me he didn't care. What a jerk!! BTW, I saw no sign stating you couldn't use the restroom! read more

Love the pizza here! The cheese bread is good too! Some of the pizzas are super greasy, but what do you expect from triple pepperoni?! Pepperoni is greasy!! I just adore their Pepperoni Magnifico! I'm a huge pepperoni fan and they do not disappoint! read more

The manager Sundap was very rude and non-conforming. My employer and I frequent this location quite often until 10/31/24 . We were refused service because he said that he was too busy getting orders ready to prepare our calzones the way that we were requesting. We were very disappointed. read more

Second time at this location and it was awesome!! We were craving pizza and decided to order from Marcos because of the $6.99 medium pizza special. We ordered two medium pizzas an hour early and went to pick it up at the time I set it. The pizzas were just coming out of the oven and it was piping hot and ready! Very pleased with the amount of toppings and accuracy of my order. Medium: Pepperoni and chicken with double garlic and romasean crust toppers Medium: Mushroom with half cheddar and other half spinach with double garlic and romasean crust toppers read more

That indian man is super rude and the pizzas are so chewy. Taking my business elsewhere.

Hour and 45 min wait 1 med pizza and meatballs so cold ! Sad because once it's hot it was tasty,

Manager Sandi was extremely rude and condescending when THEY got my order wrong. My wife is vegetarian and they put bacon on the whole pizza. Instead of trying to work with me he talked down to me and made me feel like we were the problem. Very childish man. Will not be ordering again. read more

Since I moved here to GA I needed a place to get my pizza, and I love my pizza. I found this place and wow they have great prices and topping selection is great and they don't skimp!!! So today I decided to get Marco's Pizza BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni. So the young girl at the counter opens the box to show me the pizza, I then noticed there were mushrooms on my pizza. So I ask her what is that on the pizza that doesn't look like cheese. She responds oo thats's mushrooms (extremely nonchalant) I said I did not order a mushroom pizza. So her response oo its not really a lot I said Ok but if a person is allergic to mushrooms that's definitely not ok. Y'all have to make this over. Then asked to speak to the manager. She walks away takes my pizza to the manager who looks at the pizza and laughs. (Young male) I said ooo so this sh*t is funny. You could potentially kill someone and its a joke. Then she goes well you didn't tell us you have a food allergy. Yea I did not however I'm telling you now so Im confused where is the damn disconnect! Little miss red hair in the back who apparently her name is Sandra proceeds to go on and on about how oo well I said we can take it off we don't need to remake a whole pizza. I make pizza's all day and I have to use the same cutting knife so sometimes a piece of food can get on another pizza it's not that serious. So I then said clearly you don't understand how a fu*king allergy works! You can't just peel it off and there it is you need to make the damn pizza over! (Even another customer in the shop was like yea you have to make it over) Like seriously do y'all not train these kids on cross contamination like I'm confused or did that go out the window So then we get into oo well you are going to have to wait another 6 minutes if you want your pizza clearly I wan the damn pizza. Marco's Pizza you hire these young kids to work in your family owned establishment who clearly need a proper course in customer service. Not once did they apologize for their mistake nor did they take ownership. Not once did they offer to make the pizza over until I asked them to. Back in my day when I worked in fast food we had respect for the customers who came into our stores to spend their money. Our store managers held us to a certain standard. This kids today displayed no respect for your establishment nor did they take any pride in their place of work! Miss red head should definitely go back to food handler training 101! Your gloves become soiled they need to be changed! You should be changing your gloves every 2 hours after continuous use! After each pizza has been cut there should be a cleaning cloth near by to clean after each cut! IF there so happens to be cross contamination which can be likely while handling food the item is to be prepared AGAIN! Trinity, Kaylie, Sandra and whatever the male manager was on shift this evening need to be held accountable for the BS because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! This is a family establishment I came here because my children loves the pizza. NEXT TIME I WILL GLADLY TAKE THE DRIVE TO GRAYSON! read more

We have been eating here since they opened and if you're in the restaurant the pizza is the best in Loganville. Most of the time the delivery is good but usually on the cold side. They changed their delivery program online and it's been down hill ever since. They can't seem to keep more than one driver at a time so even though the online system says you'll get your pizza at 7pm, the ONE driver may get it there by 8pm. Not his fault, of course, but crappy management! I just had to cancel my order because when I called at 7:15 my pizza was still waiting at the store for the driver to return to pick it up. This is the 2nd time. Dominoes it is from here on out. read more

Here's what I just sent along to corporate for your horrible staff management. I arrived on location and began to walk through the lobby of the restaurant and manager yelled at out at me to determine if I had a pickup order. I stated I did not and he immediately began yelling at me to get out of his restaurant and that there was no public restroom available. There was no signage or any indication of this anywhere. I said nothing to him and I began to walk out of the restaurant and he continued to berate me. He stated this is a restaurant what is wrong with you. I went back to the location a few moments later and I asked him if he thought that he was rude in the way that he spoke to customers. He immediately began yelling and stating that he was not rude because people walk out and use the bathroom all the time. I stated do you think I would ever come back here as a paying customer when you talk to someone like that? He immediately began yelling and acting aggressively. He was not wearing a name tag and I asked him what his name was and he stated that he did not have to give me his name and to get the hell out of his store. I'm extremely shocked by the conduct of this manager or owner and he is extremely aggressive and an unnecessary manner towards customers. Indian man in his fifties with short grey hair read more

I literally waited over 90 minutes for delivery. When I called and spoke with a manager I was told they have no control over the wait time and they are extremely busy and up the phone. The driver finally arrived and when he did he had the wrong order and proceeded to go back to his truck. He received a call from the manager and I assumed told him to not delivered the pizza and leave. The driver drove off while i stood at my door waiting on him to return with the correct order. Said absolutely nothing. I will NEVER order from this place every again. read more

Marco's pizza is the WORST I have ever eaten. I will NEVER go to Marco's again. Additionally, the size he laughingly calls a large is a joke. It's possibly a medium at more than large price. Rip off for a BAD pizza!! read more

It's honestly just ok. The service was quick but the food is mediocre. My food was delivered promptly and I went here because I was tired of papa johns and pizza hut. I wanted something different. Maybe I shouldve just ordered a pizza because the steak and cheese sandwich was just lack luster. I'm happy I ordered jalapeños to put on it or the only thing I would've been able to taste was mushroom. Salad was ok. read more

Since our original sit-down visit, we've ordered pizza to-go twice. Marco's has good coupons, and both times they were pretty busy but still friendly and efficient. The pizza is good, but not exceptional - beats the usual takeout places, though. I enjoyed the thin crust extra large pies the most. read more

Where to start?...We've figured out that after 6 attempts to get a pizza from this place that was correct to the order. one must actually be in the restaurant. Tonight that wasn't the case. After getting our drinks, we gave the female waiter our order - Large thin crust pepperoni, sausage, and green pepper...very well done and sliced like a pie. Our waiter complimented us on the order since that was "exactly how I would order it". When the pie arrived, it was under cooked - not even half near "very well done" and it was cut into the little squares we don't like. When we pointed these errors out, we were told "but that's how I entered the order and that's how it's normally done". We got up and left thoroughly disgusted at both the service and the response. It was literally as if we didn't have a minute long discussion about the order. We cannot continue to patronize an establishment that can NEVER get it right. read more

We have been coming to this Marco's for some time now.The food is always right, the service is better than any pizza place in Loganville. The managers let themselves be known and always ask if everything is to your liking. We always seem to go when the manager Rocky is there and he is always willing to make it a positive dining pleasure. The only problem is that it is not bigger! read more

I just had the worst customer service experience at a pizza place, and that's saying something. Marco's Pizza next to Kroger in Loganville, who I have ordered from many times, had a girl answering the phone tonight who was completely rude and immature. She had no phone skills whatsoever. She actually laughed at my concern, and when I asked for a manager, promptly hung the phone up. I called back and she did it AGAIN. Unreal, folks. When I finally got a manager, he made an unemotional reply of "Sorry" followed by, "Would you like to place an order?" Hang up on paying customers??? Never will I give them a dollar again. Too many other places wanting business and respecting their customers. read more

By far the best pizza in town but I'm done giving them my business. When they first opened, they offered a 5 level scale for doneness. We have always preferred Level 5 - E extra well done. Awhile back we make our usual order and get an argument from the girl about how well-cooked we wanted the order but she assured us that it would be done right...The pizza they delivered was only a level 3 at best. The next time I ordered, I explained how I wanted a level 5 cooked pizza and the clerk assured me she would personally see to it that it was correct...T he pizza that was delivered was a level 3 at best even thoughthe ticket said xtra well done and I called the store and complained again. This time they called me back and left the message that they were sorry and my next pizza would be free. Tonight I ordered again. They didn't honor the free pizza like they offered but they said my file now showed that my order should always be extra well done. So I paid top dollar for the pizza...The pizza that was delivered was level 3 at best and required an extra 20 minutes in the oven. I called to complain but the manager wasn't listening when I said they're dead to me now. I don't like the Hut, Dominos bores me, Basanos is closed, and now Marco's treats me like an idiot and I'm sick of it. read more
